Mum passed away last year and the care and compassion with which she and Dad were treated was exemplary - we were able to spend Mum's last days with her and Dad. Dad has stayed there since, in the same room and is happy and content. The team there keep us well informed of anything of concern regarding Dad's health etc. Dad is now enjoying the various activities that are laid on. Overall, we are very happy with the care that Bon Accord provides.

The carers are lovely and although their shifts are quite often on different floors, so that we don't always see the same people, they are very caring and helpful. Sometimes his socks go missing but in the bigger scheme of things that is a minor problem. The answer is to add the owner's name to everything! The welcome at the door is second to none along with the nursing care which is excellent.

diligent and feel like a second family to Mum. They look after all aspects of a person's health - physical, emotional and social. I spend a lot of time with Mum in the home and can see that the nursing and care staff are attentive, meals are prepared with care, the facilities are kept clean and tidy and lots of thought is put into daily activities. The management/admin team are exceptional and has been of immense support to me. When you have been caring for a loved one yourself for a long period of time, it can be very hard to entrust their care to others, but I am in no doubt that Mum is in safe hands here.
