On Thursday 21st May 2026. I was taken ill whilst visiting my friend, a resident in St Kathrine's house. I passed out, when I came round, I then was violently vomiting. The Nurse on duty took my blood pressure, pulse, tempeture & oxygen levels, while the carers held my hand, put a wet towel around my
neck, cleaned me up, gave me clean clothes to put on & washed out my soiled clothes and waited with me until the ambulance came to take me to hospital I honestly can't praise the staff enough for the care they gave me, I have since learnt I had a TIA, mini stroke that day!!
Reply from Seema Thomas, Home Manager at St Katharine's HouseThank you for taking the time to share your experience. It is our pleasure to care not only for our residents but also to support their family and friends whenever they need us. We wish you all the very best for your continued recovery.

I cannot praise the staff at The Triangle highly enough as you won't find a more dedicated and helpful team anywhere else. We looked at a number of very different care homes when selecting a care home for my mother and this one stood out immediately as being the most welcoming and genuinely caring
about the comfort and wellbeing of their residents. It's not about having a posh building, scenic views or having snazzy facilities - it's about the care team and their approach to the care of the residents. We looked at some seriously high end care homes and were shocked to notice staff members scrolling on their phones in the lounge areas when they were meant to be supervising residents and a serious lack of one-to-one care. The Triangle is the complete opposite and being a smaller home it's such a friendly environment where residents are treated like family. My mother seems to have settled in well there and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Reply from Julie Daley, Home Manager at Triangle Care HomeThank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback.
It means a great deal to hear that The Triangle Care Home stood out to you for the things that matter most. While every home is different, we firmly believe that it is the people who make a home, and we're so pleased that our team's warmth, dedication and genuine care came across from the very beginning.
Knowing that your mother has settled in well and feels at home here is wonderful to hear. Thank you again for your recommendation and for placing your trust in us.
Best wishes,
Julie

Despite outside appearances this home is caring, empathetic and friendly. The staff gave excellent care, my husband always looked as I would want to. My thanks also to kitchen staff for giving him his favourite foods, the housekeeping staff and the laundry ladies who always asked after him, and the
office staff for their kindness, The Triangle feels like a family.

My mother has been in the home for 2 years now and has always been well cared for. The home has been very helpful in keeping me informed on anything concerned with health and care. Plus, responsive to any questions recently. They have issued a lot more activities and excusion while has been much appreciated.

All the staff were excellent, caring and nothing was ever too much for them. They were friendly to relatives and always helpful if anything was asked for. My husband's stay although a short one was what I had hoped it would be, safe, caring and with people who genuinely cared for him, and his welfare.

A lovely care home , not just physically warm but emotionally warm too
I love visiting and seeing that my Uncle and other residents look happy and well cared for
The staff are friendly and they also welcome my dog . Rosie my dog loves coming to the care home and meeting the staff and residents and
eating a biscuit or two and having a fuss made of her .

I visit my elderly brother on a weekly basis and find that the staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. There has been a lot of updating going on and despite this it appears that things have carried on as usual. I wouldn't if there could be more entertainment - not sure.
I
feel it's a very safe environment for my brother.

This care home is truly excellent. I hated having to put my husband of 63 years into a home. The staff are so caring, like a caring family. From the receptionist, to the secretary, the wonderful carers and attentive nurses, both male and female. The laundry comes back correctly, and the kitchen staff
and chef provide beautiful food. The cleaners are really thorough. In my opinion, this can only be because the manager is overseeing it properly. Truly exceptional!!

Always excellent the care my husband receives, staff helpful, efficient and polite and friendly.
As I have mobility problems the staff always kindly get a wheelchair and take me to his bedroom, and take me back down to reception for my taxi/lift home. Very kindly are happy to bring me a most welcome
cup of tea. The food is varied and always looks well cooked and enticing. Physio is given daily.
