My friend has been resident here for several years. During that time she has been well looked after by staff, many of whom have been there many years. They are very friendly when I arrive. The home is very clean and tidy.
I have been finding difficult to cope with the ever changing entry and exit
methods, as I visit on a Sunday, and have to wait for someone to help me. However I quite understand that security is a priority.

The staff were fantastic. Food bland and not very nice. We couldn't really fault the care mum received and as a family we are so pleased of the outcome. To have her home after 3 weeks with yourselves is great, we are very happy she didn't need to go home with carers.
Reply from Litiana, Home Manager at The Headington Care Home

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am thrilled that we were able to provide the high standards of care that we are known for, to facilitate your mums return home without the need for additional support. If we can be of service again in the future, please do not hesitate to get back in touch. I have noted your comments regarding the food. Our chef works very hard to provide a varied menu that not only meets the nutritional needs of up to 60 residents but that offers choice, and that appeals to all tastes. This can be a difficult task but we constantly strive to improve, and we will take your comments and feedback on board.

Lovely visit today. The Home is very clean throughout and the Residents appear to be well looked after and happy. The care staff were very welcoming and hospitable with hot drinks on offer as well as cold drinks. The rooms I saw were laid out in a more homely fashion.

We are so blessed to have found St Katherines House. This is such a loving and caring environment. We have found every aspect of care to be of the highest standard at all times. The activities have been exciting and inclusive, and we have especially valued the attention given to residents emotional

I have found the staff at St Katherines to be welcoming, supportive and caring. A nurse is always available and is experienced and knowledgeable in case of problems. Care is very good and the utmost attention is paid to residents' dignity, cleanliness and welfare. The food is traditional, wholesome
and care is paid to special diets or tube feeding activities are available for residents every day and full list is posted to keep everyone informed. The services of a hairdresser and chiropodist are regularly available as is NHS physiotherapy, a visiting optician etc.

Our Neighbour has need in the triangle for 2 years now suffering with dementia. The care and support that she received was second to none. The staff treated her like a family member . They not only care about her but the kindness and compassion to us was marvellous. The care home has just been taken
over by a company and the communication between the new company was great they have kept us informed on all the changes and what a lovely job they have done to. Right to the very end our Neighbour was cared for with love and dignity. A BIG thankyou to all the staff from the top brass to the cleaners you have all made our visits delightful and friendly. We will miss you all. Xxx

My mum has been a Triangle resident since 2017. The care has always been satisfactory but the home has always had a 'tired lok' since the manager took over as manager plus the acquisition by the group, there has been a very welcome improvement in both the fabric of the building and the general running
of the home.

I moved into the Triangleon the 19th July 2025 for two weeks respite after hip operation. I have found the care for me to be excellent. All aspects were food with the staff encouraging me to get up and walk go down to the diving room for lunch, ok they also made sure I received my medicines daily and
giving me meals in my room. More than once a day the staff would call in to see if I was ok etc. I had a couple of incidents which they dealt will incredibly well. I needed to be somewhere where I did not have to worry about meals and someone to talk to and I can say that The Triangle provided that.

The staff at the Triangle Home have been very caring of my sister, and have organised the NHS to come in and administer 'hydration' and medication. They keep her room clean and tidy, as well as tending to my sister's needs. My sister isn't very interested in food and drink, but they try to get nutrition
into her - and very generously bring me and visitors cups of tea.

I visit my wife every day and have seen professionalism from every member of staff, cleaners, maintenance and carers. Administration staff are always available to help should anything needs to be attended to. Because I visit every day I see that it is consistent and the care provided is the best. Residents
are well cared for, clean & tidy and happy. Catering staff also do a wonderful job and meals are plentiful and nutritious. The entertainment staff arrange a vast array of activities and social events.
