I love this care home the staff are amazing very easy to talk too they look after my father very well ,it's very tidy ,all family members are always included in activities and bbqs .the manager is a lovely and warm person i just couldn't ask for any better place for my father to live in well done to all who work there xx

The staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. We are very happy with the care dad has received during his stay.

My husband was transferred to Autumn Vale from hospital with 1-1 nursing care. He had Lewy Body Dementia and delirium and his behavior was unpredictable. The staff were amazing with him. The delirium subsided and his behavior improved. He became very settled there, enjoyed the food and built good relationships with the staff who were always positive, encouraging and kind with him. I cannot praise their professionalism highly enough. The entrance to the home was welcoming as were the admin staff; the sitting room was clean and so was his bedroom. The majority of staff had English as their second language which, unfortunately, made communication difficult at times. However, I would recommend Autumn Vale to anyone who was unfortunate enough to need a safe, clean, environment, where they would be well cared for.

I am happy with the staff they listen to what I have to say and suggestions concerning Gary, not just for him but the way to handle him so he does not kick off and there safety . The staff are lovely, on Gary's first day he actually kissed one of the girls on the cheek and he had a smile on his face

I just want say that they are an asset to the care home and must be thanked and acknowledged for the challenges they come across on a day to day basis.

Having worked in and for the NHS for 55 years I can honestly say the staff here were the most committed, caring, compassionate and professional I have seen.

Absolutely fantastic here and the staff are so lovely and helpful, especially Andrea and Nicol. The food is great as is the entertainment.

My mum moved into the home and recently. The home is welcoming and the environment is always clean. Despite having previous issues with anxiety she settled in well. Well cared for and the staff are great and always listen to her needs. Thank you to the team

Today I was recommended to visit Martin's House by a friend. It turned out to be their Summer fare. I was very impressed on the home & the standard of care given to all the residents who appeared to be very Happy & well cared for. Thank you to everyone concerned for making the afternoon a success

Great sense of humour!!

I visit my Mum each week. I find the home clean and tidy and all of the staff are friendly, polite and happy to help with anything. My Mum has some dietary needs and the home has been very accommodating and supportive with making sure these are met.

I cannot begin to say how much my family appreciated the love and care my father was given during his two and a half year stay at Hatfield. The management and staff were exemplary from his arrival until his departure. We left there after every visit reassured that my father was being cared for to the highest standard. That's all families can ask for.

Home is lovely, very clean. Staff are lovely, everything you would expect from care home. Truly amazing. My mum has settled well has really found herself great to visit and see her smile. Would always recommend.

Queensway House is a lovely home and everyone's lovely. They did everything they could for my family and my husband. It is a real shame he wasnt there longer, but he sadly passed away. I cant thank them enough for everything they did for us.

My mum moved into Hatfield Nursing home in January. My mum was a little reluctant, however I have seen her confidence grow. She is at high risk of falls and is always worried about falling. The care she has received has been compassionate and her dignity has always been maintained. The team always keep me updated of any concerns. The manager is very welcoming and will always greet with a smile and make effort to ask how my visit went. Thank you to everyone for all they do for my mum. I now can go home and not worry as previously when she was at home.
