Overall good. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Communication was good, kept up to date with mother's overall well-being. Felt senior staff cared for residents and were professional at all times. Special mention to Mohit and Russell for being so supportive. Thank you.

After a recent fall my grandmother needed some respite care to help her rebuild her confidence. The staff have been so helpful and supportive with my grandmother and the family. My grandfather especially loved the fact he could go and have lunch with her and the family could join whenever they liked.

First time visiting - great welcoming atmosphere
Professional staff
Good signs of interaction with residents and as I arrived a group of residents were playing games I. The reception and encouraged to move , lots of laughter
I was escorted to see the resident and pleasantly surprised to see lots
of staff all
Who were friendly and offered me a cup of tea
Everywhere was bright and cheerful and people were being encouraged to eat by themselves being comforted where necessary and being fed where necessary
I truly hope this was not a one off - based on what I saw I would not hesitate in recommending
I have visited various care homes over the last three years - this is by far the BEST I have seen

On arrival the staff are always very welcoming, happy and cheerful. They give a wonderful first impression when you come in. I visit my wife mostly daily or every other, and she's well cared for. If she needs help, they come in and there's no fuss. Generally it's a happy experience when I visit. The
staff are cheery and helpful. My wife isn't able to get involved in the activities so it's not something I wish to review.

Peveral Green is a truly outstanding care home that offers exceptional care and support for both residents and their families. My mum has been living here for some time now, and I can honestly say she feels completely safe and secure-a feeling that has brought us immense peace of mind. She has formed
genuine, warm relationships with the carers and staff, who treat her with kindness, respect, and dignity every day.

The care team is compassionate, professional, and always takes time to understand each resident as an individual. They go above and beyond to create a positive, nurturing environment. The facilities are excellent-clean, modern, and designed with residents' comfort in mind. There is also a wide variety of activities on offer, which keeps everyone engaged and entertained.

One of the real highlights is the beautiful garden space. It's large, peaceful, and immaculately maintained-a perfect place for residents to relax or take a gentle stroll.

I cannot praise the staff and management highly enough; in every instance, they are all kind, courteous, thoughtful, attentive and vigilant. My mum went into The Deanery as a resident due to an emergency situation when she became ill. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming & reassuring towards her & us as a family.
Through - out mums time as a resident she received excellent first class care. Staff were extremely kind,
patient, friendly & professional.
All her physical & mental health needs were met. Mum had a restricted diet which the catering staff facilitated ensuring her nutritional needs were met. Managerial staff were available to discuss issues & provide us with support throughout her stay.
Mum being at the Deanery was an excellent experience which I highly recommend.

Peveral Green Care Home is light, bright, clean and spacious with a beautiful, well kept large garden with grassed and paved areas and ample outdoor seating areas. The basic care of all residents is good overall, although sometimes care of individual residents and attention to detail could be improved.
Retention of good staff should be a priority and staffing levels increased overall. Whilst weekly activity schedules look interesting initially, my experience is that quite often they don't actually happen or if they do, are often not accessible to the majority of residents. Occasionally small groups of residents are invited to get together with staff to reminisce memories and share stories about their lives which I think is a really positive and stimulating experience for them. Residents are also encouraged to sit together for mealtimes which is really positive for them and their individual dietary needs are always met.

My mother has been in your care for 4 months now. In that time, she has been given exemplary care, compassion & safety. The food she has been offered, more like a restaurant than canteen. The activities offered are carefully planned and fit for dementia patients. Nothing is too much to ask. The patients
are never forced to do something they object to.

The overall care of my mother is excellent. The staff are very attentive. Despite my mother's dementia she enjoys the meals and sometimes contributes to the activities depending on her current mood. Despite this, I have witnessed the staff's attempts to include her. The building itself is becoming quite
tired. I am confident my mother is well looked after.
