The staff were exceptional at every level and every need attended to. As her Power of attorney, I had the difficult decision to make for her safety and well-being and the choice of Creggan Bahn more than met that requirement. This is a welcoming haven as a feeling of goodwill and kindness permeates throughout , My friend received end of life care in a loving and dignified manner and my wife and I could not have got through these difficult times without the support of everyone.

from the very start, I knew we had made the right choice in Creggan Bahn. It felt like home, with the staff as extended family. I think for Mum, we became her second family, with staff being her first. Even in her final hours, the care given to my mum, myself and other family was phenomenal. I would highly recommend anyone making the decision we did, just over a year ago, should have this place at the top of their list. Would give more stars, if I could. Thank you all.

a Nursing Home, relatives have a huge fear that they are making the right decision because some homes have received a bad press - this is definitely not the situation with Creggan Bahn.
I have never had any grievances, and if I have any questions or queries, they are dealt with straight away and nothing is too much trouble.
All the staff from top to bottom are very personable, friendly, kind, caring and helpful.
To conclude, Creggan Bahn is a fantastic place to live out the sunset of your life - in luxury with good food and home comforts and with a first class Medical Team who can attend to all your needs.

very quickly settled and knew that she was very safe there. She trusted the staff implicitly and they very much became her family, who loved her in return. As well as looking after Mum so well, the staff also looked after those of us who had been caring for Mum up until that point, right to the very end. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, from domestic staff right up to managers. The staff are the epitome of the word care. Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude towards them all. My Mum spent just over a year in Creggan Bahn and the care, companionship, fun (banter) and friendship that mum and all her family received was first class. All the staff, and I really do mean all the staff, are excellent and every time I stepped in the front door to visit Mum I felt as if I was going into my extended family home.
At the end of Mum's life, the care, nursing, compassion and support that Mum and her family received was beyond expectation and very gratefully received.
Putting a loved one into a care home is a massive decision for most families but if you find yourself in this position then I couldn't give a higher recommendation than Creggan Bahn Court.

However I am almost lost for words to describe just how exceptional the nursing staff were towards the end of mum's life. They made sure mum was always pain free and at the end peaceful and very comfortable. I'm sure most people - as indeed I - had rarely thought about what 'end of life' actually means. All I can say is, you want the kind of experience, expertise and loving care this nursing team devote to you at the end. Their support of us as a family and the care, tenderness and concern for my mum still brings a lump to my throat.
