I cannot speak highly enough of Bentley Grange Care Home in Biddenham. The care and support my brother has received there have been absolutely outstanding.
From the moment he arrived, the team made him feel welcome, safe, and genuinely cared for. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and incredibly
professional. They treat him with dignity and respect at all times, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. It gives our whole family enormous peace of mind knowing he is in such capable and kind hands.
A special mention must go to the manager, Shweta, whose leadership clearly reflects in the high standards of care throughout the home. The dedication, warmth, and organisation shown under their guidance are truly impressive.
Thank you to all the staff ,you are truly so caring.

It is a wonderful place for my mum to be. Amazing staff and care so far. The communication between staff is very good and they all seem to know mum and what was happening for her. She needed to press her buzzer more often when she first arrived following her very recent operation but it was answered
quickly and with a friendly smile, she had nothing but praise for the way they interacted with her and neither do I. The management seems to be attentive and available to residents, staff and family when needed. Mum has been here a few weeks now and has put on weight and is getting stronger by the day. It's meeting all her needs and ours. She recently went to the Christmas tree festival and really enjoyed being out and about. Thanks Bentley Grange for giving me back a feeling of relaxation, knowing she is with you has taken away the stress and the relaxed atmosphere you have created is fabulous.

The team at Bentley Grange (Biddenham) are fantastic. It is clear that they are deeply caring people who really get involved in resident's lives.


Support is provided to families who are often going through difficult times and emotions can run high but the team are clearly experienced at supporting

families and helping them understand what can be achieved.


The individual rooms and the wider set of spaces available for residents and families are pristine, extensive and also very welcoming.


Thank you to every single person who has supported my father and family during a very hard few months.

From the moment we contacted Bentley Grange we knew this was a special place. Our mum was welcomed when she went for some respite care, but very quickly she needed more care and support. The entire team were exceptional , the care, the compassion, the dignity and the friendship she received was so genuine
and made such a difference both to mum and all our family. Sadly mum passed away at the home, she was supported by the entire team as were we, her two daughters. The Bentley Grange Team are like a family, they always welcomed you when we visited mum, they always had time to help even when under pressure. It was so obvious that the entire team wanted to help and make a difference to everyone that was a resident.
The facilities and the rooms are also exceptional, so much light, so clean, bathrooms with space, beautiful decor, this also made such a difference when someone is having to give up their independence and their own home.

My gran was at Bentley Grange for over 9 months from early 2025 and has recently left.
The individual facilities there, and the communal facilities are of such a high standard, you would be happy to go abroad and have facilities close to that level.
As well as bedroom/bathroom spaces being state of
the art, the coffee bar, hair salon, cinema, garden spaces, dining areas are beautifully designed and upkept.
The staff make the place, from the housekeepers and admin staff to the nurses and catering teams, nothing was too small for the team to do for Gran throughout her stay.
They were welcoming of us visiting, including when we brought two young kids and other family members have also on occasion brought their dog in too.
Whilst Gran didnt go on any of them, the care home organise and facilitate a range of external trips and visits, which is great for the residents to be able to attend activities outside of the home. This is supplemented by the activities delivered on site too by the team

Bentley Grange Care Home is nothing short of exceptional, offering warmth, professionalism and genuine care from the moment you arrive. The staff are consistently attentive, compassionate and go above and beyond, creating an atmosphere where every resident feels respected, valued and truly at home.
The environment itself is stunning - modern, immaculate and thoughtfully designed - with spacious en-suite rooms, many with private patios, and inviting public spaces including elegant restaurants, welcoming lounges, a quiet library, beautifully landscaped gardens and even a rooftop terrace. My dad is very well looked after and cared for, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

My mother arrived in Bentley Grange from hospital on end of life care. The staff looked after her very well and I was comforted to know that she was getting the best care she could for her remaining days. The staff were friendly and attentive and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bentley

My aunt has been a resident of Bentley Grange care home for over 12 months. During this time as a dementia resident she has flourished in the care of this dedicated team of staff and the management. She enjoys the meals, which she personally chooses from a menu everyday, has put on weight (which was
much needed as she had become malnourished). She has become far more engaged with her family and surroundings. She is treated with kindness, respect, dignity and care, always clean and well presented. She is included in the many social activities provided by a dedicated team, including a recent daytrip to the seaside. The home, her property and her room are always immaculately kept I am very grateful for the hard work of the staff, their kindness and the positive and safe environment. I would not hesiate in recommending this care home, I cannot find fault, my aunts placement here has been a blessing, for her and our peace of mind.

I cannot recommend Bentley Grange Care Home highly enough. The staff are kind, friendly, supportive and incredibly attentive, not only towards residents but also to families. There is a genuine sense of warmth, kindness and care as soon as you walk through the door; staff are cheerful and helpful and
nothing is too much trouble. My husband, who has dementia, has been at Bentley Grange for six months and is benefiting from the socialisation and varied programme of activities which have vastly improved his wellbeing and cognitive abilities. Bentley Grange is more like a 5-star luxury hotel than a care home and I cannot praise the manager and staff highly enough. Thank you!

Bentley Grange was carefully selected for my father in law for respite & future care. We chose this care home for the wonderful standard of environment & cleanliness. We fully informed of the care we provide at home & the needs required by my father in law. No care plan was share & don't believe his
needs have been met - support with personal care, assistance with meals (cutting of food) very disappointed that we were not happy for the cost of £1800 per week.

The staff were always kinds caring and on the ball. Sometimes an exhausting visit, there was always a drink and snack on hand to boost my visit. The facilities are absolutely amazing. The management were always happy to discuss issues, ideas or just chat. The cleanliness was top notch. I miss the staff

My Dad was living at Bentley Grange for the last three weeks of his life in December and we really couldn't have asked for a better place for Dad to be in his last weeks. The care he received was exceptional, from every member of staff at the home. Unfortunately my Dad wasn't able to make use of a lot
of the wonderful facilities, but his bedroom was so homely and cosy, and he was very comfortable here. His grandchildren loved coming in to visit him, as it is such a welcoming environment, and doesn't have the feel of a traditional 'care home'. We are so glad we found Bentley Grange and we will be forever grateful to everyone who works there for making my Dad so comfortable and for the support they have shown us as a family.

My mother recently moved to Bentley Grange and it's been an incredible experience, from the initial tour, the pre-assessment and management of the move I've been very impressed. Within the short period of time, I've seen a massive improvement in my Mothers appearance and mental state. I believe this
is down to the quality of care staff, social engagement and positive environment. The home is immaculate, the facilities are incredible, and the staff are very professional and approachable. There's a lovely atmosphere with a busy programme of activities. I am very grateful for the hard work of the staff and the kind nature of the management in making this move effortless and very happy to see my mother settling well.

Choosing respite care was a spur of the moment action and I chose the home nearest my own home. How pleased I am that I did. I was immediately made to feel one of the family by both carers and residents.
The care I received was perfect. From my arrival in a wheelchair feeling quite weak I was gradually
encouraged to expand my efforts to the point I felt able to return home to my own home.
It would be wrong to point out a single individual member of staff because without exception they were all good. I am so pleased I chose Bentley Grange Care Home.

My mum is 75 and was living alone with dementia in a home she loved. It was incredibly difficult persuading her into a short respite stay while I went on holiday. However, she settled well and now lives there permanently. While facilities are lovely, the team of staff are exceptional: they have got
to know her, they treat her with the utmost compassion and respect, she trusts them implicitly. I am impressed with the activities on offer: Mum isn't a knitter or a wartime housewife. She is a child of the 60s, enjoys music, gardening and reading. The activities at Bentley Grange Care Home are relevant and engaging: afternoon tea, trivia quiz, floristry, boules, garden centre visits, even watching a re-run of a summer festival! Not only has moving there changed her life for the better but it has changed mine too. The staff have given both of us tremendous support throughout. We are looking forward to a new life for Mum, where her dementia is no longer life-limiting but instead, she is safe, happy and healthy.

Bentley Grange Care Home has been exceptional with the care they provide my mother-in-law. We definitely chose the right place after much research. She is supported by a highly professional, caring and compassionate team. Each one goes above and beyond and genuinely cares for the residents.

is too much trouble and they engage constantly with their residents.
My mother-in-law was reluctant to go to a care home but has not complained once about being there and has formed a bond with all who care and look after her.
We couldn't be happier and this care home is worth every penny.

From the moment I contacted the care home everyone has been exceptional. The manager has been incredible in making the whole process as easy as possible, showing empathy and kindness at every step. He has assembled a wonderful and caring team who have all connected with my 90-year-old father. The care
home has first-class facilities but the people working there make the difference. My family are all very pleased we have chosen Bentley Care Home to care for our father. We know that he's in very good hands.
