I came to spend a week after a major operation and was made to feel very welcome. Staff introduced themselves and stated their position and job. They were very supportive at first, then cut back when they realised I could do some things for myself and wanted to. My week made a massive improvement in my mental and physical states and prepared me for home

I feel the home has really gone down. There is a lot of agency staff who aren't experienced in my mum's needs. Good staff who I feel safe with handling my mum are leaving to go elsewhere which makes me very nervous. The food isn't great and my mum has just been having soup for dinner and tea. Care needs are brought up with the manager, but these aren't acted on and as a family member are made to feel a pain if we raise anything. Activities are inefficient for people that need one to one activities my mum is bored and depressed. No atmosphere in the home!!!!

Unfortunately today 8/9/26 was a day when the stars did not align. Fred has an appointment for an ECG at the local Drs. This was made at least 3 weeks ago for this morning because the bus was due for MOT no alternative transport had been considered. This is the 2nd cancellation for this appointment - not good organisation.

Generally one of the better care homes in the area, but then the very high cost reflects that. Care generally good, but could do with more staff at night. Food is excellent. Usual problems in the laundry with clothes going missing so I do mom's washing now.

My aunt has been a resident at Windsor Court since 2021 and I can't express enough what a kind and caring place this is. I am my aunt's only relative and live overseas, so wanted the care home she was in to be a nurturing place. The staff communicate any changes in her care plan and organize and support a weekly video call meeting so I can see my aunt and talk to her. When I visit, which is infrequently, the staff call me by name and are friendly and welcoming. They have a wonderful rapport with my aunt, often coaxing a smile from her. For me, this is the best place my aunt could be. I have peace of mind knowing that she is well cared for and would recommend Windsor Court to anyone seeking a place for their loved one.

My dad has really settled into the care home been here nearly 6 months. He gets on well with the Staff & residents. The Staff have been so good supporting him with the loss of my mum (his wife). The staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm glad we choose this care home for my dad.

The staff at The Wharf are very pleasant and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My mother moved in following 2 strokes in quick succession. Within a month her health and wellbeing had improved tremendously, thanks to the attentive care she has received. We held a tea party on my mother's birthday and the hositality manager went above and beyond - even serving refreshments while I looked after the guests ensuring the day was special. She has a lovely care assistant who brightens up my mother's day with her cheery disposition. Overall, everyone is very accommodating and I'm pleased we chose the wharf for my mother's care.

I was well looked after and treated very well, which helped my recovery.

The care provided at Windsor Court for my father was first class, immensely professional and compassionate. Staff were always available to answer questions and to provide reassurance. I am deeply grateful for the support they provided for our family and readily recommend this care-home.

Treatment of family sympathetic and kind.

My friend was a resident here for 2 years. He was looked after very well, and treated with dignity. The end of life are provided by the staff was excellent.

As I live abroad knowing that my mother is not only happy but thrilled with her care and well being is paramount. She has always said how happy and content she is, which is heart soaring and puts complete peace of mind in all our family. Thank you all at Windsor Court Malvern for really being the family to mum in our absence. We could not be happier.

The care and attention given is exceptional

Here for a short stay for respite care, I have been a couple of times before. Most comfortable surroundings. "Home from Home" Staff are really caring and friendly. Nothing is too much for them to do. Works very well for a break.

My dad went in june couldn't be more happy with how carers are so helpful and supportive my dad doing well he's suffering from dementia he all ways looks clean and happy it really is peace and mind for me to now he's being so well looked after thank you

My mother has been a resident at Windsor Court since it opened in 2021. I feel very happy with the care my Mum is receiving; all the staff are wonderful, and the environment is so pleasant and supportive. The team have adapted the level of care provided as my mother's needs have evolved. The range of activities that are offered is wonderful. Windsor Court has always been good, and I think that with the manager, it is really thriving - she and her team have taken it to the next level! Thank you!

I spent 4 weeks at Windsor Court Care Home for respite care following an operation. Throughout that time, the staff were very friendly and helpful and made my life as easy as possible. The food was good and the chefs went out of their way to accommodate my needs. All in all, it was a very good experience.

I visited my brother it was my third visit as I live quite a distance. I found everything first class, management staff, everyone I met was very helpful, kind, caring and I feel my brother is getting the best care possible. He seems to have settled in considering the circumstances of his illness.

We moved our 'fairly reluctant' mum into the wharf at the beginning of the year, but after a couple of weeks, the love, care shown to her by literally all the staff had persuaded her that it really was the best option for her. As her mobility deteriorated, their care became even more vital and she was always treated with respect, dignity and cheerfulness. (She loved a giggle) The nurses always kept us well informed and looked after her right until the end. Thank you all.
