Dads stay at Cedar Court was brief as his health was failing, however in the time he was a resident he was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff were kind and considerate caring for my father and made his final days as easy as could be. Carers deserve massive respect and Cedar Court is no
exception - as he said when asked "you have to have a heart"

My father was moved to Bridge House to receive end of life care. We couldn't have been happier with his care during this stay. The manager were very approachable and happy to speak to you at any time. The carers looking after my dad were very friendly and gentle and treated him with care and dignity.
Each time we visited, which was a lot, the home had a comfortable cheerful atmosphere. We thoroughly recommend Bridge House.

Having been a resident 6 months ago for respite care we approached Cedar Court to provide more permanent care following a swift deterioration in my Mother's health. The management team acted quickly and positively to provide an assessment of my home and then provide suitable accommodation and care that
same afternoon. The nursing and care staff have been exemplary, showing kindness, and consideration and are always swift to respond to my Mum's needs. The management and admin staff have been brilliant in their assessment and reassessment of Mum's needs, moving her to the appropriate room as it became available. We are always grateful with a smile. My experience so far is very good.

My mum spent 9 years at Kingsbury Court. She was extremely well looked after and treated with care and affection. Her dignity was always maintained and the staff were superb. I live abroad but I was always kept closely informed. I highly recommend Kingsbury Court and am grateful Mum was in their care.

Mum was admitted to Furze Hill as an emergency admission due to being unsafe in her flat. I had fantastic communications from the management team prior to admission advising me how to negotiate with social services as I had never had such an experience before! The staff in the home were caring, understanding
and friendly. Mum also stated that the activities were first class and varied.

The staff are helpful and very welcoming and the care given is great, the building itself can be a bit of a job for some of the residents as doorways and steps which make it difficult. It would also be nice if the residents could make more use of the lovely gardens.

My father has been in residence since January 2024 and he has settled in well and joins in with some of the activities. The care given and staff members are all lovely and say 'hello' when you pass them. There is a good feeling around the home and he enjoys the food. They are pleasant to deal with on
any queries we might have.

My dad arrived at Cedar Court Care Home after a long hospital stay. Immediately, he was welcomed and cared for. My mother and I both felt confident he was in good hands. Over the last few weeks nothing has been too much trouble for the staff. They are always one step ahead with any queries we may have.
Dad is happy and relaxed. As a family, we are so pleased we chose Cedar Court for dad's final few months. Thank you to all staff.

My niece seemed much more settled and happy on our 2nd visit, she looked well was dressed nicely and her hair had been recently cut. Her room also felt more homely with pictures etc. When we left my niece was momentarily upset, but the carer expertly distracted her with the dog, we were impressed by
his manner, and the activities we have seen evidence of. Our general impression of Furze Hill Lodge is very positive it has a good atmosphere and we are pleased for it to be our niece's home.

Mum has been residing at Bridge House Care Home since April 2023.
Mum is very well looked after and cared for and is happy in her day-to-day being at Bridge House.
She enjoys the interaction she has with fellow residents and all the staff.
I am always very appreciative of the support and encouragement
Mum receives and am very grateful to all.
I feel it is important that Mum's personality remains and I enjoy watching the interaction, banter and friendships she has formed.
I always find Mum to be dressed appropriately, well-fed and joining in with the many various activities.
I'm so grateful to all the staff for their care and kindness and good communication which allows my mum to be safe and well looked after and gives me such peace of mind.
I really enjoy my visits to see Mum weekly (more if I could) and joining in when able with activities etc. or just sat having a cup of tea and a chat with Mum and her friends... Mum is the most precious person in my life and I could not be happier that she is at Bridge House.
