Overall Experience

My Mum moved to Cedar Court Care Home at the beginning of August. She is a physically independent 93 year old with mild/moderate Alzheimer's disease.

On the day of arrival we were met at reception by a wonderful nurse who took us to the dementia unit and showed us her room. From this point on Mum's

needs were assessed and it soon became clear that the best location for Mum at this time was the residential wing. Mum then settled very quickly into her new environment. She loves her bright spacious room and thoroughly enjoys her food too!

All staff at Cedar Court are polite, caring and cheerful. Mum is always treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Any queries are dealt with promptly. It is a wonderful homely community and I always enjoy my visits there. It is very hard watching Mum's cognitive state deteriorate but, knowing she is with the most thoughtful and loving staff when I'm not with her, makes the whole situation easier to bear. Overall Experience

Excellent care home especially the staff who are warm and welcoming. From Alison on the front desk to the staff on the first floor.
The 4 rather than 5 star is: the room was often cluttered with equipment and supplies and the rooms were very hot during the heatwaves this summer. There were times when

it might have helped my father if the food had been cut into smaller pieces. Appreciate there is only so much the staff can achieve in the day.
I have seen the staff interacting with the residents and relatives with compassion and care and Deepdene feels calm when visiting.
I have also not found it difficult to find someone to help or talk to.

I cannot recommend the staff @ Bridge House enough. Firstly - the bus.dev. manager is magnificent! My mother vacillated in & out of hospital. The dates had to change for ingress into BH. The bus.dev. manager dealt with this with both compassion & professionalism. Once in the team were all without exception

caring & kind. Mother only spent 10 days there & passed there. But she was contented, resigned & comfortable. Huge PRAISE to your team, they & the bus.dev. manager are a credit to your organisation. Thankyou for my mother's comfortable leaving.

Overall Experience

We have always found all staff to be very professional and courteous, everyone always has a friendly smile and says Hello no matter how busy they are. The home is very clean and tidy and the team have always accomodated all my mum's needs. They made her feel at home straight away when this became her

home back in January 2025. My mum has flourished being in the home and has put on weight as she is eating properly now and is looking so much better in herself. She loves the activities and takes part in as many as she possibly can. Mum is leading a much fully and positive life now. The nursing team have been great and looking after mum and dealing with her large list of health conditions and working with mum's existing local GP with any issues. I cannot recommend the home enough and we are extremely grateful to them.

I moved my Mother to Kingsbury Court from another home in January this year.
Mother is now visibly happier and very much better looked after. Her skin is much better, she has clean clothes on, her nails are trimmed.
All of the team at Kingsbury are friendly, caring and helpful. A special thanks

to two staff members in particular for providing such excellent quality care. Also thanks to another specific staff member for her wonderful food service and all the care team.

My mum has been a resident at Deepdene since April 2025. All the staff have made the transition from another care home seamless. Everyone you come into contact with from reception, nursing and care staff and management are always welcoming and kind. My brother and I deeply appreciate the care that mum

has been given since she arrived which is constantly changing as her Alzheimer's progresses almost daily. The level of care to her changing needs has been so very reassuring for us, we know she could not be in better hands.

Such a positive experience. The staff were really caring. Nothing was too much trouble. There was never a grumpy look and staff often went above and beyond their duty. The care you gave my mum-in-law during the last 6 months of her life was second to none. She was respected and loved by the staff at the home. A 90 year old lady with complex needs was a patient in your care home. She was admitted from hospital for terminal care. She was wonderfully cared for with great dignity and compassion and to standard of nursing care was very high and appropriate.
