My dad has been in Wyndham for almost 2yrs ,he became unsafe at home before going into Wyndham full time .Hes been very challenging at times for staff,but they have all been very helpful ,supportive & caring ,not only to my dad but our family too .my dad is now much more settled & we are happy that this is his forever home .Thank you to all the staff team ,especially Kristina

After getting my mum transferred to Wyndham Hall from a care home in Harrow (London) it was the best move ever, its such a shame they did not act quickly enough. My mum had dementia by the time she arrived at Wyndham Hall she did not know anything. The staff at Wyndham Hall were so loving and kind I cannot thank them enough. Thank you. My mum died on 22nd January 2026.

The care home staff were very kind and attentive. My husband was there for 2 nights, and then he passed away with dignity.

The care for my sister over a period of two years was excellent. The staff were very caring and attentive and always very welcoming when family visited. She was very happy at Wyndham Hall and I felt reassured when I left her that she was content and well looked after.

I have found Wyndham Hall to be an excellent Care Home. My Mum has been treated with care, compassion and kindness.

Mum has dementia but is treated with respect with both her needs and wishes considered.

Most importantly, I feel that Mum is safe and being supported both from a physical and mental perspective.

The activity programme is varied, the food is excellent and the standard of cleanliness within the home is very high.

There is regular communication from the home so I know what is happening. There also seems to be plenty of staff around, whatever day it is, which is reassuring.

It is never an easy decision to place a loved one into a Care Home, but Wyndham has definitely made this process easier for my family.

Only gave a 4 for food as she doesn't always enjoy what she has had, but you can't please everyone.

All the staff at Wyndham Hall have been very welcoming and helpful since my mother-in-law came to stay. She came for 2 weeks of respite in January 2025 and when we came to collect her she felt so safe and happy that she asked to stay. The manager was able to accommodate her wished and we are all so pleased that she is settled well. Thank you Wyndham.

Since my sister went to live at Wyndham Hall just before Christmas of last year we have been impressed by the atmosphere of calm and kindness which the warm and professional staff demonstrate towards the residents and to visitors. The attentive nursing care treasures us that her medical needs are met too. The many friends and family who visit regularly comment on how fortunate she is to have a home there and are grateful for the efforts staff make to accommodate their plans to make visits special and memorable. We are comforted to know that she is in such capable and loving hands.

Could not have wished for a better place for Dad to spend his final days. The staff are all so hard-working, attentive, and compassionate. Dad was made comfortable and we were kept in the loop at all times and made to feel very comfortable too. The home is well-serviced with various lounges and each room is clean, spacious, and bright. Thank you so so much for what was such a difficult time. We will forever be thankful.

Nobody wants to use facilities such as Wyndham Hall from choice, but when the need arose we considered ourselves fortunate indeed to have them nearby.

Choosing a place for your parent to spend the last days of their life is a tremendous task. From the moment I stepped foot within Wyndham Hall Care Home I just knew this was the place. No task is ever too much for the incredible staff. Not only did they see to whatever Dad needed but would ensure the family were cared for when around. Beautiful facilities, home from home. A thousand times thank you to you, wonderful people! I know Dad was well cared for in your capable hands.

Can't thank the staff for the love and care they gave both the patients and their families. At a time when we spent long hours with the patients, food and drinks were always offered. Patients are cared for and treated with dignity. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care.

My father had the pleasure of staying here for his remaining weeks of his life. He was so wonderfully looked after. The staff are so very kind, loving and professional. If I had to finish my days in a care home, this place is my first choice.
