Staff and carers are always very polite and attentive. They remember residents family members and also information about each resident and interact with them on a personal level. Food still needs improvement and you can see they are understaffed, however the staff that are there are fantastic. The home is also kept very clean and there are now more activities for residents to enjoy.

The reception and administration staff have been very kind and helpful in all circumstances that I have presented to them. I can completely recommend this nursing Home

All Staff are very caring and friendly, they are very attentive to my mother's needs. The food is very tasty and good. My mother likes the ice lolly rounds. The Nurses always explain to my mother her medication, what they are and why she need to take them.

The home itself is well ran, clean and well kept with a nice garden for the residents to use and sit in when the weather is right.

Excellent Care home overall. Mum has only been a resident for just over a month, but has already settled really well and is very well cared for. All staff genuinely care for the residents and treat them all as individuals. They also are incredibly friendly and supportive to us as a family and especially my Dad, ensuring that the time he spends with Mum at the home is meaningful. Couldn't ask for a better place for my Mum.

My Grandad spent his final months at Heritage carehome, after a traumatic time in hospital. The carestaff were excellent - their top priority was ensuring he was comfortable and happy right up until the very end. He was always clean and presentable when we came to visit, and the care workers were very proactive in mitigating against bedsores. The staff were equally as friendly and supportive to myself and the rest of the family, taking the time to chat, answer questions, and generally check in with us during what was a difficult time. I can't fault Heritage carehome - the place was clean and comfortable, the food was decent and plentiful, and the staff were kind and attentive.

I would recommend Coplands every time. They are super caring. Also the place is so clean. The staff looked after my stepmother to the end and had a lot of laughs with her. Thank you Coplands.

From the initial visit to the day we had to leave Coplands, I was bowled over by the attention, care and dedication of every member of staff. From behind the scenes service personnel to front facing carers. I observed their friendly camaraderie & strong work ethic. Thank you for your kindness and gentleness of spirit. You made every step easier with your thoughtfulness.

My father is very happy in knights court. Staff are very friendly. Cleanliness is spot on. They give professional care. Always welcoming. My fathers health is stable since he moved here. Highly recommended.

My mother went into Eltandia in March. She settled in very well within two weeks. I felt she was and is very content there. She actually told one of her visitors that she loves it here. The staff are amazing, always willing to help, always have a smile for everyone and treat the residents with care and dignity, which to me is so very important. I have been there for breakfast, lunch and supper, and I'm so impressed with the food which the residents are offered. It's fresh, never over cooked, there's a great choice, and the portions are more than adequate. And you are encouraged to visit any time you wish.

My elderly father has lived at Appletree Court for six years. He considers Appletree his home, he is comfortable there and is cared for to a very high standard. The staff are kind knowledgeable and attentive. The home is well managed and appropriately staffed.

My dear friend Captain James sadly passed away on Wednesday 25th March and I duly attended his funeral at the Crematorium last Monday, 11th May.

I developed a habit of visiting him nearly every Sunday afternoon for approx 5 years and was always struck by both the general cleanliness of the environment in the Ashmead Care Home and the friendliness and efficiency of all of the staff looking after him.

Very many thanks indeed for making the last few years of his life so comfortable and easy !!!

This was our first visit to the Parkview House Care Home. We came from Ireland, RE Shannon to Stansted, train-tube-bus-walk to see our 99-year-old aunt who has been very sick over the last couple of months and now in the care home. We were to stay for 1-2 hours approx but finished after 4 hours and three-quarters. I am amazed at the warm heartfelt love and care given by all the staff we met. It was like an aura of peace, love and real genuine care from the staff who really enjoy their work. We had a 3-course lunch with Auntie and as good as you would receive at a 4-star hotel. House Care Home at it's best by descrip. You are a lovable team of carers. 10/10.tion

We are very happy with the way our mum is being treated and the kindness of the staff. The nurses always have time to give updates on how our mum is.
