My parents moved into Appletree Court together in May 2023. They have been well looked after, in this warm, homely environment, with all their care needs met. Staff are kind, caring and approachable at all times.


Sadly, my dad passed away in January 2026 after a short illness. Iqbal and his team

have shown such kindness and compassion to mum, and us all as a family, since our loss. Mum continues to be very well cared for and supported on a daily basis.


Thank you so much Iqbal and all the care staff at Appletree Court.

From the moment she entered Eltandia, I felt that my mum was well cared for. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, genuinely seemingly to care for not only my mum, but also the rest of the family. There was a real sense of community and family surrounding the home. They were also always open to
ideas about how to improve residents' experiences. My mum was always clean and well looked after; I felt completely confident about her care. When my mum passed away, she and our family were treated with care and compassion. It felt as though our loss was very much felt by the staff at the home.

The staff at Appletree Court have always been so welcoming when I've come to visit my mother. The nurses and care staff are knowledgeable, attentive and caring, whilst being approachable whenever I have any questions or worries. The manager and admin staff in particular are organised, and deal with
any worries or concerns promptly and without any issues. The staff are very attentive and have taken really good care of my mother, and I was always reassured that she was happy and well looked after when under their care.

I am so happy we selected Appletree as a care home for my mother-in-law. From the minute you enter the home, you are greeted by friendly staff. The staff are always attentive and keep you informed. The management and administration staff are excellent and willing to help explain things. The carers take
pride in looking after their patients and my mother-in-law's face lit up when she saw the staff. All the staff do a fantastic job. Thank you so so much for all you do.

Since my wife arrived, she adopted to the care home, that is thanks to wide and open area, staff participating with my wife's needs. I am happy how she is cared and treated by staff in Eltandia Hall Care Centre. As I am every day with my wife, staff and management are very compliant and listen to any
suggestion about my wife. Food is great and compliments to the chef, kitchen staff and all Eltandia Hall Care Centre.

The staff at Coplands Care Home are lovely and supportive. My grandma seems very content here, and the staff/carers are always up-to-date with her management. My mother has been at Chestnut Court Care Home since October 25. My family and I have only ever experienced compassionate and cheerful staff. They are all fantastic and have made the transition from residential flat to care home much easier for Mum and the whole family. We cannot praise the nurses and
carers enough. The food and efforts in making it a family atmosphere is lovely, along with all the activities. As a family we feel grateful our mum is at Chestnut Court Care Home.

I have got my brother join in 2019. So far I am happy with the service he got from the care home.
Today is the special day, the xmas party, all my family and my brother is happy.

My brother (Brendan) recently received respite care at Ashmead. On arrival he was depressed and talked repeatedly about wanting to end his life. Whilst all the staff were excellent I would like to mention three members in particular who delivered so much care to my brother in a gentle, respectful and
professional way that on returning home this evening he was tearful at leaving them and the care home but importantly was talking about wanting to live for many years to come. Sadly this is unlikely as he is terminally ill but his psychological shift to one of happiness was thanks in the main to Omotayo (nurse) & Kashif and John (carers). Another person who deserves special mention is Probha who touched Brendan's heart with her great kindness. Thank you so much to all the staff and management at Ashmead as today you really made a difference to my brothers life and deserve acknowledgement which is too often missed. Every aspect of Ashmead was excellent.

Knights Court Care Home has been a true blessing for my family. The staff are warm, professional and genuinely caring, always going the extra mile to make sure my mum feels comfortable, safe and valued. The home is very clean and welcoming, well-kept and filled with a positive atmosphere. We have peace
of mind knowing she is well looked after. I can't recommend Knights Court highly enough. It really is a wonderful place, with wonderful people. The manager is brilliant and really gets involved and knows her residents. A well-managed home and brilliant staff. You should all be proud as this home is outstanding!

I just love the Parkview Home and the staff and management team are awesome. They really make you feel welcomed, care for my mum, and she has settled in the home very well. The staff are remarkable they do the best for the residents and always show love and respect to all of the residents. If I have
any concerns I can go and speak to the management team or the staff. You have some amazing staff who truly love and care for the residents + their families and always hospitable and welcoming.
