I visit my mother in this care home every week. I have only great feedback concerning the staff at every level. From the cleaners, laundry workers, care workers, maintenance, catering staff and the administration and management - everyone pays attention to details to make this a real home. You can see
that all the residents are truly cared for and loved by each member of the above team. Thank you for the care and the attention to detail in the caring of my mother.

A very welcoming home!
I visited my grandmother after many years and left extremely confident, as I know the care staff are absolutely fantastic.
The home is very clean & tidy, and the furniture is in great condition - very homely. My grandmother is very happy at Knights Court.

In August, Coplands Nursing Home took my Mum for 2 weeks respite care. This was to enable my wife and I to take a holiday abroad for the first time in 6 years. My Mum had never been in a care home and was very reluctant however, all the staff at Coplands were extremely lovely to my Mum. They made her
feel very welcome from the moment she arrived. They took care of her medical needs, she was comfortable, looked after extremely well and enjoyed her stay. We are hoping for the same again next year! We are grateful to Babita & Ariel for making all the arrangements and of course the lovely staff members who took care of Mum. Thank you.

My father went into Knights Court Care Home for 3 months. It felt like visiting at home as the staff were very warm, friendly, attentive and responsive to all requests - nurses, carers, admin, reception and management. My father has been at Knights Court for some time, and I can't be more grateful for the exceptional care he receives. The manager leads with real dedication, creation, a warm, supportive environment where residents feel truly valued. The staff are outstanding, kind and patient and attentive in every
way. It's clear they take pride in their work and treat residents with the utmost respect. Knowing my father is in such capable and compassionate hands gives me real peace of mind. Knights Court is a remarkable home, and I can't thank the whole team enough.

It was my mothers 100th birthday on 25th September and the staff were amazing. They decorated her room with banners, balloons and birthday cards, ensuring that the card from 'the King' was in a prominent position. They also bought a wonderful 100th birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday to her whilst
she blew out the candles! They made it a very special day for her by also ensuring she was dressed nicely and had her hair washed! A massive thank you to all of the staff involved and for providing such wonderful care to my mother for over 10 years!

Our mum was a resident at E.H for 7 years. It became her home + family. She was treated with kindness respect dignity compassion and love. From day one we were able to sleep at night with the knowledge she was in safe hands. All of the staff are just amazing always there ready to answer any questions

Visited my sister a new resident at Appletree Court. I was pleased to see she was very happy, engaged and being well.cared for.(drinking a vup.of tea and eating biscuits)
The accommodation was warm, very clean and well msintained.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
When I left she carried
on as normal with other residents.

There are not enough adjectives to describe the way the home looked after my mother especially as she entered the last few days. Eltandia is full of love and support for both the resident and their family. My mum felt like a queen, the way staff treated her even down to the chef making food (doughnuts)
especially for mum. All the care in the final hours has carried out respectful at mum's dignity. Eltandia is truly a special place staffed by very special people. 10 out of 10.

Aerial was extremely professional + very helpful. He ensured Mark was settled and had all his need, he double checked everything with me to ensure he knew exactly what Mark needed. Mark spent a total of 3 weeks in respite and I felt very confident that he was cared for extremely well at all times and
all his complex needs were catered for. I would recommend Aerial and his staff at all times. Thank you for caring for mark and allow me to take some respite.

What an amazing nursing home, the staff genuinely care for the residents. They put activities on every day and the residents love it. My mother has been so well cared for, her general health has really improved. I would highly recommend this nursing home from the staff in reception through to the domestic

I visit my mum regularly at Ashmead Care Centre, I've found that the staff are warm and welcoming, I've always found the the place is kept very clean and tidy, the staff are very pleasant and accommodating, the manageress is very approachable, and professional, all residents are well kept and all looked

Basic care only is provided, which is good. Staff are not trained for enhanced care and fail in many basic hygiene/care activities. Two staff for 17 residents with advanced needs is not enough, they are too stretched and cleaners, activity staff are bridging the gap. Medication protocols and medication
rounds (designated time) don't happen to a high standard. Too much time on paperwork, not enough on care. I would rate the home as poor, not good, as it states.
