The staff were very professional and helpful. They kept me informed of any issues.

Our Mum spent her last few months at Eltandia and we have been so impressed with their outstanding level of care and support. All the staff treated Mum with dignity, respect, kindness and spent time getting to know her. They provided the highest standard of care, ensuring Mum always looked lovely and had everything she needed. The staff also looked after out Step Dad and ourselves, the daughters during a very difficult period for him. They were friendly, welcoming and most importantly supportive to us all. The home and its staff ensured that our Mum had a peaceful death surrounded by not just us, her family, but the people who had been looking after her and become close to her. The staff at Eltandia are exceptional human beings and we cannot begin to express our gratitude for what they have done for our Mum and us over the last few months.

I am writing this review with the deepest gratitude in my heart for the incredible care home team who looked after my dad for three years, right up until his final breath. My dad was treated with dignity, kindness, patience, and genuine affection. What touched me most was that they didn't simply care for him as a resident - they treated him as family. The nurses were truly exceptional. They were genuinely caring, compassionate, patient, and attentive to Dad's needs. Being so far away was incredibly difficult, but their communication kept me informed about how Dad is by giving regular updates. Lifestyle Team worked so hard to ensure Dad continued to have meaningful activities and opportunities for a good quality of life. Thank you for keeping us connected by facilitating our video calls. Thank you for everything that you do for Dad. I will carry that gratitude in my heart forever.

The staff and management team are really amazing. I really do appreciate all the support that is given to my mother in law, and so grateful to everyone and everything that is being done. This is the best care home ever, I can't recommend it enough. (I can recommend it highly).

All staff have been very friendly and have supported my mother with excellent care.

An excellent peaceful and humane place. They gave our grandmother dignified and comfortable last weeks of life. All the staff members are perfectly trained and are extremely kind and caring. Thank you for everything you've done!

Staff and carers are always very polite and attentive. They remember residents family members and also information about each resident and interact with them on a personal level. Food still needs improvement and you can see they are understaffed, however the staff that are there are fantastic. The home is also kept very clean and there are now more activities for residents to enjoy.

The reception and administration staff have been very kind and helpful in all circumstances that I have presented to them. I can completely recommend this nursing Home

All Staff are very caring and friendly, they are very attentive to my mother's needs. The food is very tasty and good. My mother likes the ice lolly rounds. The Nurses always explain to my mother her medication, what they are and why she need to take them.

My Grandad spent his final months at Heritage carehome, after a traumatic time in hospital. The carestaff were excellent - their top priority was ensuring he was comfortable and happy right up until the very end. He was always clean and presentable when we came to visit, and the care workers were very proactive in mitigating against bedsores. The staff were equally as friendly and supportive to myself and the rest of the family, taking the time to chat, answer questions, and generally check in with us during what was a difficult time. I can't fault Heritage carehome - the place was clean and comfortable, the food was decent and plentiful, and the staff were kind and attentive.

I would recommend Coplands every time. They are super caring. Also the place is so clean. The staff looked after my stepmother to the end and had a lot of laughs with her. Thank you Coplands.
