My husband moved into this home last year. The staff and management go above and beyond looking after their residents. The home itself is spotless and never smells unlike some I had visited prior to choosing this one. Like most relatives I was worried about putting my husband into any care home, but I'm very glad I chose Parksprings. From the first day my husband has been made to feel at home and the staff are fabulous. (Although probably underpaid, and no, no one bribed me to mention this). Having looked after my husband at home for over 3 years I am only too well aware of how difficult it can be to do so. I take my hat off to all the staff I think they do a wonderful job in difficult circumstances, but are always welcoming and friendly.

My mother-in-law moved in last year and settled in very well. She is always encouraged to participate in all activities - the team are absolutely incredible! From music to arts and crafts, to outings or handling newly hatched chicks at Easter. She may need encouragement, but with kindness, patience and understanding, all carers offer a gentle persuasion to enable inclusion and enjoyment. All staff are professional, kind, caring, encouraging, patient and committed. They are familiar to residents and family as they are long-standing staff with a cheery, lighthearted and warm mood. The accommodation is welcoming and is always being upgraded. The maintenance team are hard working and nothing is ever too much. The care home is clean, as the domestic staff are very hardworking. The menu is healthy, varied and appropriate to the residents. The management team and senior nurses are incredible - nothing is missed and all appointments or concerns are always shared with families. Thank you, truly we are forever grateful and indebted to everyone!

My family can't thank Michelle & all the team at Park Springs enough. They have been superb with my father who has stage 4 cancer. They constantly make sure he is comfortable and treat him like one of their family. A room at Park Springs being offered by Michelle in JAN after being discharged from hospital was a godsend. My mother lives locally so just a short walk for her and short distance for family to visit my dad.

The staff know us and we them, and they treat us like family. Food is great, as is the care. Great events on there too.

Recently my mum celebrated her 80th birthday , mum has very advanced dementia now . I asked Michelle if I left a few things banners etc if she could maybe put them up and also could we use the family room for the Saturday . The family was blown away both mums room & the family room where decorated to the hilt with balloons, banners etc ...... The girl in the kitchen stacey baked mum a beautiful cake . we had such a lovely day and mum was great and so happy as if she knew ......I would like to thank all the night shift staff who decorated in their own time . stacey for the beautiful cake. michelle & all staff for making it a special day for all of us.. we appreciated it.

The care home is a very clean, well-run facility. The majority of staff are caring, dedicated and regularly engage with residents. The activities provided both within the care home and out in the wider community are fantastic. The coordinators are truly amazing people, friendly, upbeat and dedicated individuals. The residents' areas are homely, warm and tastefully decorated to a high standard. They are stimulating and interesting for the residents and visitors alike.

All the staff are brilliant. They are so friendly and consistent. We know most by their first names, and nothing is too much trouble. My dad is very content. Thank you.

On visiting Park Springs Care Home my experience was fantastic. All staff on level one were fantastic, could approach if you had a question. My brother also loves staying there. Manager and office staff are also fantastic, nothing is a problem to them. Would recommend Park Springs.

My first visit to Park Springs Care Home was great, family was made welcome and my brother also loved it so much he wanted to live there. He loves it. All staff and on level one are fantastic. Choosing a care home for a loved one is a difficult and emotional decision. After visiting a number of care facilities, we chose Park Springs. From our initial meetings and tours with the support manager, we were made fully at ease with any questions answered immediately. Even down to the handheld tablets used to maintain client records, in real time. The staff are very approachable and engaging with residents, visitors and family alike, with minor concerns addressed as quickly as possible. Without delay, the staff make contact with updates on medication, health, and welfare assessments or any concerns they have over our mothers' general well-being. The activity team should be commended for the varied programme they organise. The manager and her team are always accessible. Our mother is in a safe and caring environment. Care person centered at all times. Home from home.

The staff are brilliant, never had any complaints about them.

My dad, Donald, has stayed on 3 occasions now at the Motherwell care home of Maria Mallaband Care Group. He has always been cared for very well. The care has been friendly, professional and very caring. The staff have been equally friendly with family when we visit the care home. My dad felt secure, well looked after and at home. Thank you.

My mum came into the home in May & much to my surprise she has settled very well the staff have been great with her & I have been kept well informed in all aspects of the day to day care, we've been made welcome while visiting

Park Springs Care Home has proved to be an excellent choice for my partner. A warm welcome from the manager left us convinced she would receive the care and support required. Every member of staff has the ability and skill required to ensure my partner and myself are cared for at all times. There is nothing I can think of that is not providing the dignity that is required by all residents and at all times. Rooms are spotless and very well maintained. An excellent choice and range of food at all times. The manager leads her team with hands on expertise and enthusiasm. A wide and ranging activities programme, something for everyone.

I am happy to go into the care home and see my mum. Staff are mostly welcoming. I am kept up to date with how my mum has been, for example, sleeping, eating etc. Notified if she has had an accident. I am able to speak to the manager or nurse on duty regarding any issues to do with my mum. My mum is settled and quietly calm most of the time.

Both parents were residents in Park Springs alas my father has since passed away but our mother is still a resident and being well cared for by the staff.

I am so pleased with the way my 97-year-old dad has settled into Park Springs. The nursing and care staff all do a great job and have made him feel so welcome and settled. He and I couldn't be happier with the way the move from sheltered accommodation to 24-hour care has worked out. Thank you to all the team.

My husband has been a resident in Park Springs Care Home for 8 months now. He needs constant care as he is bedbound, the care he receives is around the clock. I can't thank them enough as he has 1st class care and attention from all the staff and his music therapy on Tuesdays enables him to respond a little.

My mother-in-law moved to Park Springs a week ago and couldn’t have been more warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Of course, it’s still early days but her quality of life has improved no end and she is more comfortable, content and at peace in herself than she’s been for a long time. Of course, this life is not what she’d prefer but she’s safe, warm, looked after and treated very well by a caring team of staff.

We are happy that my mum is receiving consistent, appropriate, high-quality care.
