I could not be happier that my brother is at kingsley Court.

Best nursing home on the planet. As my husband is in the nursing home. They take care of me as well, even though I'm not a resident yet. Very supportive. Really so kind and caring. They invite me always to have lunch with my beloved husband. These lovely, gorgeous Angels. I feel so humbled and honoured to know and call Shiny and her staff my friends. I'd give them 6 stars. Bob is happy and very well taken care of. They call me, even for a slight concern about my husband. So I know everything that's going on. Bless you all. We are so grateful to have you. It is of great importance that my husband is never left alone during the day; that's one thing I never have to worry about.

My mother has been a resident for over 3 years. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive. The home has a warm atmosphere, making it feel like home. I can thoroughly recommend this home to anyone looking for compassionate care for their loved ones.

I am extremely happy with the care and support my mum receives. The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. The staff are always friendly and polite and always go above and beyond. It has been such a pleasure visiting Mum, there's always a warm welcome.

Resident has hearing impairment, also his memory (short-term) is very poor. I have been visiting Kingsley Court since 2025 as one of our church members is placed here. I found the staff to be caring and very supportive. He is well taken care of. I visit at different times, his meals look nutritious, and he enjoys his tea and biscuits at intervals of which I was offered tea/biscuits too. His room is clean. He presented well-kempt at all times I visited. I cannot comment on activities or value for money. I believe his relative should do that. Overall no complaints.

The staff here are remarkable. I can't really find words to adequately describe it. It's a reminder for me every time I come that there are kind people in the world. It is so easy to judge but as we all know we get nothing from being judged. The people who stay here most certainly would get nothing from being a judge. My mum is safe here, cared for here, and I really can't fault it.

The care and consideration of all the staff is second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble and somebody is always available to answer any questions. Everywhere is kept very clean and tidy. The staff are brilliant.

The staff are kind, patient and always helpful. The care home is clean, calm and well-organised. We felt very reassured and grateful for the care given. Thanks.

Kingsley Court put on some wonderful Christmas parties for all the residents which Mum & I enjoyed very much. The staff gave lots of time & attention to entertainment, food & decorations. It was lovely to be able to sing Christmas carols with our family & friends, like we always did when we were younger. We hope all the residents will continue to receive excellent care.

Since Mum has been a resident at Kingsley Court she has had the best care I could ever wish for. The staff give her the care above and beyond what is required. I always ask Mum are you happy and her reply is always "happy, happy, happy" she loves it here and the staff I cannot give and praise Shiny enough for the fantastic job she is doing.

My experience to the care home taking care of my dad is brilliant. No issues with anyone. all good.

For any help or assistance regarding the resident there are people to help, for examples carers and other management staff. Help available to choose main meal or any warm drink needed.

We as the family of Sellamma are very pleased with the level of care our mother/ grandmother receives. The environment is very helpful, and all the caretakers, kitchen staff and nurses are amazing. We are informed of everything and feel Romford the best place for her!

Since my uncle has been here, he has been cared for so well. He is bright, happy and looking so well. The staff are amazing and treat my uncle like he is their own family member.

The experience my brother has experience is so good, from the staff who are so good and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent and the home is spotless.

I am very happy with Kens care. All the staff are very good and very kind. Ken is kept clean and well fed and seems content. Also the staff are very kind and helpful regarding my blindness.

We as a family are very grateful and appreciate the care and support shown by the staff towards our mum. Always grateful.

Mum has severe dementia and her moods vary from good to bad, but the staff treat her so well and we couldn't hope for better.

My Mum moved into The Grange recently and the move was sudden and unplanned, a discharge from hospital. I was dreading the move as mum has always been so independent, but the staff have been amazing. I see them tend to mum with care and consideration. Nothing is too much trouble, they are all so kind, I see this, and my mother tells me this all the time. She cannot praise them enough. My Mum loves her tea and we would always make a brew as soon as I would arrive at her house. Delighted to say things haven't changed at The Grange, I can make tea at anytime in their kitchen, and I do! I just want to sign off and say thank you to the staff and Manager at The Grange for their hard work and dedication.
