My mum has been at The Manor House for six months now and I can not fault the amazing team of staff or anything about the home. Mum is a changed person under their wonderful care she is smiling, happy and making friends. Her quality of life has improved so much The Manor has given us our mum back and
we will be eternally grateful. The environment of the home creates a home from home and the staffs happy and bright characters whilst caring so deeply enhances everything. Mums physical and mental health has improved, the food is wonderful with constant drinks and snacks. The activity programme is exceptional; all staff are simply wonderful.

The home has always provided a high level of care, but recently a couple of members of staff have gone above and beyond in their duties. Anne has been reassessed much to our satisfaction, a process which took a lot of effort and time, thank you Morgan. Anne is now able to choose her meals using a

Mum arrived as end of life she has improved so much in body in spirit able to walk, thanks to the staff who adopted her as their granny, she has taken on that role and really enjoys their company. She has taken part in some of the activities loved being taken out and about, infact, she's doing more
than she was doing at her old home. I wish she had come to you when she started her health problems, she wouldn't, didn't want it hated the idea told my brother she would come back and haunt him!
Your staff are a joy to know, so polite friendly love coning to visit mum also enjoy seeing my grandson, can be a handful and full of life mum loves that too. Thank you for bringing my mum back to us x

We moved our mum into the Manor House initially for 4 weeks respite as we were concerned about how safe she should be at home while were were away on holiday. From my initial phone contact to a visit to moving mum into now permanent care, we cannot rate the care of all the staff any higher. Although
the building is old and in need of TLC, this really goes unnoticed against the love and support, all the staff show. Thank you.

I would like to thank the staff for making my mother's 98th birthday a very special day for her. A big thank you especially to Amber who made an absolutely delicious cake after casually asking her what her favourite cake was and the result was a carrot, walnut and ginger! It was brought into her room
and the staff sang her 'Happy Birthday '. Thank you for the extra effort, it makes a lot of difference to the residents.

Harold was asked to leave his previous home because of his challenging behaviour, and I was getting worried, thinking no other home would accommodate him. However, Overbury House accepted and made adjustments to manage his nighttime wanderings. Overbury puts the needs of the residents first and gives

My mother has been a resident of the Manor House since December 2023
The staff are all so kind and caring, looking after her needs and her total wellbeing.
I admire everybody involved in the smooth running of the home, I think this is a very hard task with so many residents having different complex
needs.
I have always found the staff very friendly, considerate and taking pride in their work and making visitors feel very welcome.
On Sunday Mum celebrated her 100th Birthday, words cannot express our families appreciation of how nicely the staff prepared the Lounge and provided a lovely "Afternoon Tea" for our small celebration, also repeatedly checking everything was ok for us.
This preparation was delivered over and above the staff still having to care for all the other residents with not a hint of it being additional work for them.
My praise goes to all the staff that deliver the care needed to keep the residents comfortable and safe. Thank you.

My Mother has been a resident at Bilney Hall for a year this month, and my brothers and I are so happy with Bilney. Our Mother is cared for beautifully by the lovely staff, who really are person-centred in their approach. They are a caring and fun team, and are always on hand to answer any questions
and offer support. Mum has built a great bond with many of them and really enjoys their company and their kindness. The home itself is well maintained, Mum has a beautiful room which is always immaculate. As are her clothes and the environment in general. It feels fresh and clean throughout and it is lively, especially now that some new residents have joined the old hall. Nikki the manager is fantastic! She is totally hands on with the residents, always up to date on how they are, and what is happening for them by the day. She always makes herself available for catch ups and goes above and beyond for the residents. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Bilney for peace of mind xx

My Mum became a resident in February 2025. She has dementia and can't walk so need extra special care. All the staff have been amazing including the Care team, Management, the kitchen and laundry. I visit regularly so I see the real home and the love and care shown. The activities co-ordinator keeps
the residents entertained by organising things such as pat dogs, chair exercises, bingo, singers, board games and even paints nails. The Management team work hard and are making improvements to the home. I looked at many care homes along the way and as soon as I stepped into Claremont Lodge I had no doubt it was the right place for Mum and I haven't been disappointed. The Chef and her team are amazing with a choice of 2 hot meals all freshly cooked and served with a smile. Me. All family are made to feel welcome and can join their loved one any time for a meal, coffee or cake or entertainment. Praise where praise is due, and they certainly deserve it.
