From my first telephone enquiry I felt respected and heard. The first time I entered the home, it felt like a 'home'. I felt the warmth and care of the place. My aunts admittance was difficult for us but admin and the manager were outstanding, taking us by the hand and leading us through the process. The thing that surprised me most is everyone from the maintenance staff, to the laundry lady, manager, nurses, carers they were all kind, friendly, caring so much so that they felt like my friends. Absolutely amazing experience. Thank you!

Just to say what a lovely coffee morning last Friday. Thanks for all the hard work Nicky and her team put into it and into all the activities for the residents. It's such a happy place and JK enjoyed it as did I.

My mother in law has been here for 2 weeks today , She passed away this morning. This care home actually treats residents family's like their own. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication to my mother in law Sue she has been treated so good. They has looked after us also bringing trolleys of tea and coffee biscuits sandwiches to make our time here comfortable. We just want to say a huge thankyou. The manager has also been amazing thankyou from our family 5* I would definitely recommend this home wish we had come here sooner thankyou

A blessing in disguise so grateful he had a bed there and he had a good birthday. Manager Lynn, a lovely woman felt we had known her for ages good staff team had regular phone calls to update on his health. He liked it there shame he had to move.

My mum was fast tracked from hospital to the home on august 5th 2026. She sadly passed away on September 1st. Her whole stay was so wonderful for her and her family. The whole staff were caring and professional. Mum ate the meals something she hadn't done for weeks, staff made her happy she was always comfortable and always clean + washed

My mother has lived in Home Meadow for the past two and half years and recently attained her 100th birthday. The mixture of male and female staff make a family atmosphere and supportive environment for the variety of conditions affecting older people. The senior carers are in constant contact with local doctors and nurses who visit on a daily basis. The food is nourishing, plentiful and varied. There are lots of activities and in particular it is heart warming to see the enjoyment residents have when singers perform. Encouraged and helped by carers, residents sing, dance, laugh and have fun. Overall my family is very grateful for the kindness and care which has greatly improved my mother's end of life experience with particular thanks to her lovely carers, but thank you to all of the staff at Home Meadow.

My husband was a resident at Home Close and received the very best care right up to the time he passed away. The care was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure his stay was the best it could be. He spoke well of everyone he came into contact with, they all genuinely cared and treated him with respect. The food was very good and a good variety of choices. The home has a lovely family feel and if I ever have to go in a care home this would be my first choice.

My Mum has been at The Hillings Since December- We are so grateful for the care, understanding, kindness, support shown, given to her. The staff are always friendly and happy to listen to us, as a family who know that she is being well looked after and cared for - Thank you all

It took us as a family time to find the right home for my dad. We are very happy with how dad is cared for at Park House. Staff are always, happy & friendly & we have no concerns. Dad's been at Park House for around 6 months now & he has settled well. It's a lovely smaller home, well located for any trips to the local park. Most importantly we have nee reassured we can go home & know dad's in good hands. Thank you.

My mum loves it at the Hillings which helps enormously. We've had a few health issues but they have all been supportive were they can. The senior staff especially have been fabulous. The activities team also do a brilliant job especially vicky who mum loves her painting her nails. Also a big shout out to the on sight hairdresser. She is so lovely with all the residence and for mum it's the highlight of her week getting her hair done.

We cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding care and attention they give not only to Mum but to all the residents. Their dedication and support are truly remarkable. I would highly recommend Park House Nursing Home to anyone seeking high-quality dementia care.

The care and respect my wife received from all staff was excellent. We felt as a family you did all you could for my wife, we could visit at anytime and were always welcomed with kindness. A big thank you too you all at our most difficult time.
