Sadly, mum passed away but the care she received and the support to us was brilliant. We couldn't jave asked for more.

A pleasure to visit my aunt. The staff are always obliging and friendly. We are able to sit in the lounge upstairs (if available) or in the dining room so as not to be in the way of others. The best thing to us is having a member of staff entertaining the residents all day. Brilliant, have visited many homes but not seen that before. A big plus in my view.

I have been coming to this care home to visit my aunt regularly and staff are lovely, always have time to chat or sort any requests. My aunt loves it. So many activities should they wish to participate in. Very friendly atmosphere.

My wife has been a resident at Primecare for a year now, and in that time she has settled very well. The staff are all very kind and considerate, this has allowed my wife to relax in what is a very calm, homely atmosphere. Her anxiety has eased and she is willing to participate in some of the many and varied activities. Her room is always clean and tidy and is comfortable with the added bonus of the view onto the garden. The food is excellent with a varied menu (I was fortunate to enjoy Christmas dinner with her). My deepest thanks to everyone.

My mother spent her last few days at Primecare until she passed away. The palliative care that she was given was of the highest standard. The holistic support from every member of staff for my mum and the whole family has been outstanding. This included working with outside agencies. As a family we were shown empathy, kindness and understanding throughout my mum's care from the very start to the very end. The manager and her staff have been truly amazing.

My relative was in prime care for just under a year until unfortunately he passed away. I would to thank all of the carers and staff at Prime Care. They were very kind and provided excellent care. Communication was very efficient. I highly recommend. He was always telling me how happy he was there and how kind all of the staff were. If you are looking at care homes please go and visit Prime Care as you will be pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

My mother in law spent her last few months at Primecare after months of hospital and community care . From the very first day of her arrival every member of staff, domestics ,kitchen, carers, seniors as well as management we're exceptionally welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble. The home on every visit, which was daily, was always extremely clean. All staff were nothing less than exceptional with the standard of care delivered, not just to my mother in law but all the residents. I would often hear interaction between the residents and staff which was consistently respectful, compassionate and person centred. The staff were always very open and informative ,keeping us informed every step of the way . As a family we feel so grateful to each and every member of staff for the wonderful care delivered to my mother in law every day until the end. Thank you all for everything . We as a family can honestly say that standard of care is second to none . Thankyou Primecare .

Mum has been a resident at Primecare Vange for over three months now and the care she has received has been nothing short of exceptional. Even departments such as the Cleaning team have taken time to sit in her room and talk to her and even do things like mend her phone and television. I must admit that I often feel rather a nuisance when I ask the Catering team for a cup of tea for Mum when they are really busy, but it is always readily delivered with a smile. Another thing I like about Primecare is the interaction between the residents and the staff - every single day there is always a different event taking place in the communal lounge area, whether it's a quiz, or an exercise class or singers coming to perform - none of the residents are just left to languish! So, from the general manager down (she also assists wherever needed when they are short of staff as well) I would thoroughly recommend this superb care to anyone.

The staff has now organised events during the month which are good.

All staff are very helpful. Whenever we asked them they straight away helped us. The lovely senior team especially three of them in particular keep us updated about Mom's care and well-being. We are very happy that the senior team never let the care team down and provided the best quality of care possible. The managers lead their team in well professional manner with no compromise to the care aspect.

It's a difficult time for the family, but a visit to see Dad is always helped by seeing this happy team at work and talking to them.

It is never easy to have to put your loved one into the care of others. However I found the care home to be spotlessly clean on a daily basis and the staff warm and friendly and hard working. There were no restrictions to visiting hours and we were often given tea and biscuits during visits. Any problems or concerns were quickly addressed and resolved and the team kept us fully informed at all times when the health and care needs of Mum needed to be attended to. Mum was always treated with dignity and respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

Do not put trust in this home.

Like home. This has taken a great burden off myself and helps to know she is cared for and comfortable. Thank you to all at PrimeCare.

My sister had been a resident from November 2017 until her death today - unfortunately, in hospital with no criticism to the home- the care she received at the home was exemplary and even though she found life in a community setting difficult she was treated with respect care and dignity. I know she was not the easiest of residents, she wasn’t that easy with me, but she really did appreciate all you did for her. Many thanks for all you did for her.
