The staff are brilliant and very helpfull The rooms are good and the leisure room sufficient but could be made more homely with furnishing and maybe a seating area with nice setees for family visits. The activity girls are brilliant and very encouraging of the residents' needs.

My mother, Margaret, was admitted into your care from Walsall Manor on 24/8/26. She was settled into Room 58, where she remained till she passed on 21/9/26. The managers, nursing staff and the care staff were all very kind, considerate, helpful & professional with the attention shown to my Mother. The Home itself (Delves Court) was bright, airy & with an atmosphere of calm for the residents. Thank you for making her last few weeks as comfortable and pain free as you possibly could.

Mom was only there from July until she sadly passed away in September but in that time, the staff made a real difference to her and to our family. They treated her with kindness, dignity and respect, and showed so much patience and understanding, even during the more difficult moments. What stood out most was the genuine compassion they showed. We felt that Mom was cared for as a person, not simply as a resident. The staff took the time to comfort her, support her and make sure she was as comfortable and settled as possible. Losing someone you love is incredibly difficult, but knowing Mom was surrounded by people who cared for her with such kindness gave our family great comfort. We cannot thank the whole team enough for everything they did for Mom and for the support they gave us during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you

The stay for my friend has been good

All staff showed care & patience they aren't just there for the residents but the family too & gave me peace of mind that I could go on holiday knowing he was well loved & cared for .

Our mother has lived at Delves Court for over a year. She always appears happy and well cared for. The staff are caring, friendly and knowledgeable. We are confident that our mother is in an excellent home which meets her current needs.

Mum is really happy with the staff and Home. She settled really quickly and we have notice a big improvement in her appetite and overall condition . Thank you Sarah and team.

I would highly recommend this care home. All the staff went above and beyond in kindness and care for my brothers 4 week stay after coming out of hospital. Took his issues in their stride. Clean and tidy home that feels like a home. Compliments to the cook, my brother loved the meals which help with his recovery. All staff are friendly and interact with the residence. Team work makes the dream work. Well done you wonderful caring people.

Everything so far has been good and my uncle has been supported. He would like a better room and more people to chat to. He has told me this - his words.

My mother in law & previously father in law have been residents of Greenleigh Care Home for the past 3+ years. She has always been treated with respect & dignity with exceptional care & support we always have piece of mind she is having the best care. All staff are friendly, caring & hard working they are a credit to Ann-Marie who is very caring & approachable.

My dad was placed in Aldergrive Manor on discharge from hospital for respite care. From the moment that he arrived, his care that he received was amazing, caring and compassionate. As his daughter I found that all staff were so friendly and welcoming. Even though dad was in for a short time I am so grateful to them for how they looked after him. I would highly recommend this care home and want to thank each and every member of staff there for the professionalism and care that they showed. Thankyou

We have one recommendation. Because mum was not ill when she entered Island Court she was not see by the visiting doctor so there was no one able to sign the paperwork after her death for the Medical Examiner. This resulted in the Coroner having to authorise the Death Certificate resulting in delay. In our view, all new entrants should be seen by a doctor at the first available opportunity.

My mom went into Greenleigh a week ago after a recent stay in hospital .In the short time she has been there there is a vast improvement in her .She is eating well as the food is second to none also, there is lots of entertainment daily ,but the main thing is that the staff are absolute Gems they are kind and caring also very empathic ..We cannot recommend Greenleigh highly enough we do hope she can remain there ..

Staff welcoming and friendly. Care and consideration shown to residents. Every effort made to make sure residents needs taken care of.

Only 3 weeks respite from hospital. Staff were all very pleasant and attentive. All procedures were performed to a good standard with care given to the client but also reassurance to family members. The feeling was one of the service was tailored to my mother with a quick understanding of her needs. Excellent teamwork amongst staff.

From the moment my Nan arrived here at Victoria Lodge, the staff have been extremely helpful towards me when arranging her arrangements and reassured me throughout on everything as it was a worrying and unfamiliar time for me and my Nan especially. But Leanne, Shirley, Ellie, Mia and the staff who I have met have been nothing but kind, compassionate and patient with me (and all my questions) and most importantly my Nan who has settled well and appears happy. Very clean and tidy establishment staff members are very friendly seems very safe for the residents overall it's a really nice place every family member is super happy with the place the staff and overall everything

From the times I visit which is day time you can clearly see residents are loved and adored, staff r very professional and above kindness with the biggest hearts x I would highly recommend this care home infact my uncle is also there x
