Care home staff on the whole are very good and any issues are dealt with accordingly. Activities arranged during the summer are very good but during the darker nights not as much. Any discrepancies are acted on by the manager and dealt with accordingly. I do have an issue with medication and communication between the the home GP and the staff at the home. Was waiting 3 months for some medication which I find to long and then most recently medication from Dec 25 not being issued.

Mum got admitted into Springfield Park Care Home at very short notice. The family went and had a look round and it the family was very impressed. The manager came and done a home visit and said they could accommodate her needs and she was in the home within a few weeks lovely. Staff very polite and nothing is too much you ask for someone and they're there.

I will say again that I think that the staff are fantastic. Thank You, All.

Really pleased with the support our daughter is receiving. She came here for respite and was happy with her stay, she wanted to stay longer. It is like home from home for her and all staff are very encouraging in her independence and allowing her to make her own decisions and choices. All staff are very busy but are always happy and smiling and very helpful. The food is good and plenty of choice. Also a very relaxing environment. Great activities, hairdresser and healthcare is excellent. A big, big thank you to everyone. A happy New Year to all.

She passed without stress or pain. I want to thank the manager, the deputy manager and all the staff who supported and cared for her at this precious time.
