Very happy with the care and the home. Staff are brilliant kind, caring and need to be told that in (Petals). Staff need to be taught what temp delicates go on in laundry ironing/laundry needs improvement as jumpers are being damaged, creased, but overall I am happy with .... Very happy with the care my mum is recieving I don't need to worry about her. Thank you Inver.

My wife has been resident in the dementia unit of Highfield Nursing Home for 2 1/2 years every member of staff, through every discipline, has always been very supportive to both my wife and I. All staff are very conscientious in their work and look after my wife very well. All my interactions with the staff are excellent and the carers are always very attentive when dealing with my wife's needs. An excellent home with excellent staff.

The Elms was chosen as a stepping stone between leaving hospital after nearly a month, and going home. I had to learn to live with a catheter and manage the regular changing of its components after the hospital doing it all without much advice. That's why my wife was with me most of the time at The Elms. Everyone at The Elms worked together as a good team and their skills were comforting as their kindness to one and all. Accommodation was clean and bright and food more than adequate. In all a friendly caring place with I would think most happy occupants. Being a tempory, fleeting visitor I don't think my stay was typical.

The Elms has such a welcoming feel with the attentive staff who are conscientious in their care. They listen carefully to requests and ensure their work is carried out professionally and with respect and gentle care. My parents love to come in for Day visits (and delicious meals) and always look forward to spending time in such a genuinely happy home. Thank you to all the staff for ensuring their time at The Elms is always filled with joy.

Their mental state is also very well looked after with many activities, games, colouring, a lot of music which they can sing along with. Patients are brought along even if they cannot participate.

We cannot thank you all at the elms enough.

I am so glad that I was sent to The Elms. As I said before, it's a real home away from home.

My Sister has broken her leg & required respite care for a period of time. From the moment she arrived the staff have all been so lovely & kind & made us laugh ! Nothing has been too much trouble, especially a male member of staff JJ who sourced a wheelchair & blew the tyre up for her, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, but peace of mind for her sisters knowing she is in good hands with smiling kind staff every one of you, from the lovely activities lady to the gorgeous little black cat asleep at reception. My sister said the food is also excellent.

Excellent sevice except they were a little time answering a call otherwise everything was satisfactory and enjoyed my six weeks stay

Following hospital appointment for dental extractions, the family received no follow up on how things had progressed. I called in to find out, to be told the carer had accompanied the resident had been told specifically not to contact the family, all of whom have POA.

This is one incident and happy to discuss further.

Advice from the care nurse ignored management. Desk very good at weekends. Helpful and efficient.

This is without a doubt the best residential home I have ever visited & big thank you to all the staff.

The whole place is perfect, just wondering if I can book my place? The staff are very attentive, making sure they have what they want and are supposed to have. Always clean, warm and tidy. Food is one of the best I have seen. Dinners are great, as are the other meals. There is always a nice atmosphere welcoming, and pleasant. Always something to do for the residents, which I help with,

An invaluable experience to enable me to become mobile again and back to full independence hopefully.

The activities coordinators at Inver House are amazing. They create a huge range of activities for the residents covering a wide range of tastes. They go above and beyond to include everyone that wants to be involved. They work really hard physically and invest time emotionally with both the residents and their families making sure that everyone feels valued. They are very much appreciated by all.
