Really good staff and food etc, the whole team seem to work so well together making it a safe and comfortable stay

Ash Grove and Ashleigh Court are delightful, welcoming homes for loved ones who can no longer live in their own home, giving a very homely atmosphere and with a staff that are knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, very caring. Gary and Maria, the managers are always around to chat to and know their residents very well. The decor is lovely throughout the home, warm and inviting and there are always lovely smells coming from the kitchen. The gardens are large with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the space. A real home from home. It is a huge decision about which care home to choose, but as soon as we went to look around we felt immediately comfortable with both the staff and the home and confident this would be the right place for mum.

The staff and management have been fantastic here at Ashgrove. My mum has been here 2 yrs and I cannot fault the care my mum receives. Do recommend Ashgrove to all that have older family members. They have regular entertainment for residents in the afternoon and occasional days out.

My dad has been at Ash Grove for approximately 18 months. During this time I have found the home to always be very clean and tidy, and the staff very professional, friendly and welcoming. There are activities and entertainment every week, however my dad rarely participates, most of the residents appear to enjoy these. My mum stays with my dad from time to time so that the family can have a break, and is always well cared for.

A lovely, welcoming care home with such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are wonderful, always approachable and happy to help with any queries I have. The home itself is lovely and clearly very well cared for. I've always had a really positive experience.

Always a pleasure to visit our Mum who has altziemers but has a smile on her face almost continuously as she is so happy in Doledd. She has regained her mobility as the staff have encouraged her to participate in the many activities provided. The care staff are always very friendly and welcoming and really do take care of all the residents, no matter what their requirements. Fabulous care home, management and staff.

My nan is currently at this home and I am very pleased with how my nan is looked after and treated at this home. My nan receives good care.lovely food and respectful staff who are always willing to help.

The quality of the food has deteriorated in the last 6 months.

Jodie arranged a day trip to Chester for some residents and my mum Dot was very lucky to go and I was able to join her, we had a fantastic day, so well organised by the Team at Broughton Hall. A lovely picnic to end the day and so much care taken to tend to everyones food needs.

My husband has been a resident at Ashgrove Residential care home for four years where he has always been treated with the utmost care and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the family is always made welcome. Everywhere is always kept clean and bright. Food is really good and the activity staffs are always thinking up ways of keeping residents entertained. They have regular visits from singers local school children and are taken out on trips.

My Mother has been a resident for several years she is so happy, has excellent care and daily stimulation - Staff are excellent, couldn't wish for anything more.

I couldn't fault the care given to my friend, the staff were absolutely wonderful with her, she was treated with dignity and kindness, almost like family. She was always clean, well-dressed and little things like staff had painted her nails, not a big thing but important to a lady who earlier in her life valued such things. Every time we visited she was happy and relaxed. The staff were extremely helpful to us as well. I can't praise them high enough to be honest. They're all a credit to your company.

We will always be grateful to Rhosyn Melyn for giving our mother comfort, dignity, and warmth in her last years. They made an immeasurable difference to her life and to ours.

Staff are most welcoming, caring, pleasant and efficient in their work. The atmosphere is homely and inviting. Food is of a high standard. All staff are patient, caring and informing.

The care provided in this care home was excellent. The staff exemplary and looked after the residents like they were family. I could not recommend it enough.

I found the home to be warm and welcoming to residents and families. My grandmother was a resident for 3 years until she died recently. The staff always appeared to be genuinely caring and helpful. They displayed warmth and empathy to her and were always interested how they could improve her well being. I feel that they genuinely cared that made such a difference to her and to me. I have been in quite a few care homes with my work and not found any of their staff to be as caring as the ones in Ashgrove.
