Well done to all.

The care staff provide good basic care and support for my dad. The team work hard to ensure his daily needs are met, and I appreciate the range of activities available to residents. The home makes an effort to provide person-centred care, taking residents' individual needs and preferences into account.A special mention must go to Julia , who has been amazing with my dad. She is kind, caring, compassionate, and always responsive to his needs. Julia consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my dad is comfortable, supported, and treated with dignity. Her dedication provides reassurance to our family and makes a real difference to my dad's quality of life.There are, however, some areas where improvements could be made, my dad's clothes have been shrunk during the laundry process, which has been frustrating and costly to replace. I have also found that I needed to actively request a GP review when my dad developed an infected toe, rather than this being identified and arranged promptly,

My husband very recently moved to Cheshire Springs. I cannot put into words the relief I feel. He is settling in very well. The home is ideal for him and his needs. The management and staff are excellent. They in my opinion are a real team. The kindness they have shown to him and me means a lot.

The staff are caring, helpful and patient with our daughter who has made a lot of progress since coming to Cheshire Springs two years ago. My husband and I are made welcome whenever we visit.

The staff have always been fantastic & very person centred. In Aug my father was in hospital and came out in end of life stage. The staff have worked so hard with my dad (sometimes sitting with him all day) and he is now off the at risk list, has put weight on. I'm so glad my dad is here he gets on with all the staff and they make me feel welcome when I visit or stay.

My brother is very well looked after by all the staff and does remember some happy times in his life.

Always a great visit bring my children with me and the staff are always welcoming. The activities are amazing my grandma goes with my granddad every week. The food is great always an option.

I am very happy with the care home, the staff and management. The care staff are very attentive and dedicated to what they do, and that's very comforting for me to know my loved one is in good hands. The management and nursing staff have always been available for me to raise any concerns, and they act promptly and efficiently.

Beautiful place, very clean, staff lovely and welcoming. All residents seem very happy and settled here. All the staff treat the residents with total care and compassion.

My husband has now been a resident in Cheshire Springs for almost a year. We could not have found a better have in every aspect. The care he receives is wonderful. The carers have got to know his likes, dislikes and needs and needs and tailor their care accordingly. The food is excellent, with a good choice and can be adapted to personal preferences. Visitors can eat with their relatives at any times. There is an excellent activities team who take my husband for walks both near the home and further afield. The home is cleaned to a high standard. It is a very welcoming, friendly place with a very effective management.

When I visited the residents were playing bingo with the staff. Everybody was enjoying themselves. The staff are really friendly and treat the residents very well. They interact with the residents and the atmosphere is really friendly.

I feel happy leaving knowing he is safe and cared for.

Really caring staff, lovely environment. Very lucky my mum ended up here. Staff can't do enough and very clean.

I can once again enjoy my life knowing my lovely brother is receiving exceptional care.

When we first came, my brother didn't look very comfortable, but carers came and made my brother comfortable and changed sheets. We switched on the fan and my brother's streaming service for him to watch. So now my brother is more settled than when we first came.

I only have excellent feedback on all aspects of care and attention by the staff and management at Wooston House. Also as a visitor was treated with the utmost respect and made thoroughly welcome from the first time entering the building to the last time when I left after the passing of my ex-partner.
