I find Peter is extremely well cared for and has settled in really well after a difficult start. The staff are all really kind and professional nothing is too much trouble.

The care home being involved since the discharge meeting at the hospital has been so vital, to ensure the care needs for my husband can be met, and the placement meets his present and future needs, which will provide stability for my husband. The visits from the staff to the hospital gave opportunity to get familiar with my husband and vice versa. Communication with Whytham Lodge and being able to prepare his room has made us feel valued and welcoming. The transition to Wytham Lodge went smoothly, and my husband settled in from day one. The package of care from the whole team is excellent, as the focal point is all about my husband, ensuring the best way to provide a good quality of life and approach to meet his physical and emotional needs.

We visit Paul (my nephew) each week, his room is always clean and tidy and his clothes in good order. He is taken swimming and to the cinema, today when we arrived he was in the dining room colouring. It is his birthday on saturday and he is having a party. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

My wife has been a resident for 6 years. During this time I have always felt that she has received a high level of care from caring staff. he staff are approachable and welcoming.

Our son Paul has been in Ribble View for just 2 years. The staff at Ribble View are all to be congratulated for care and support of the residents, from the cleaners, to carers, nurseries, physio staff, kitchen staff all provide superb commitment to making life as good as it can be, they always try to get the residents involved in various activities coming up with different ideas to stimulate them. The only box we have not put is value for money.. Paul is being paid for by the NHS so that cost is not known to us.

When visiting, the care home has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Almost without exception, the staff are courteous and friendly. My son's complex needs are attended to efficiently and with compassion. My only negative comment would be that my requests to have an urgent review regarding my son's deteriorating condition haven't come to anything. It's quite possible this is due to poor response from the psychiatric and medical agencies involved in his care.

My time at Wytham Lodge has been one of the best services and support I have experienced, any issues are promptly addressed, and the care go above and beyond. Management have been great during my transition and I see myself making lots of progress here. Great service.

I came to Wytham Lodge for 2 weeks and had the best time of my life. It's been amazing. I've really enjoyed the food and had so much fun. The activities are amazing and I did so many things here that I'm not able to do at home. I went to the cinema and bowling and had my hair washed every day. The staff are amazing and it felt like they were my family. I also had my hair platted.

My wife was discharged from the hospital, the care she received there was excellent they did really care for her over and above what you would expect. In 7 weeks the care home have just replicated the care she received at the hospital again the care home goes over and above the care she receives and this puts the family's mind at rest in this difficult time 10 out of 10.

My daughter has been in Wytham Lodge for 3 weeks and has settled in really well the staff are all amazing with her showing great patience and respect everything is done with my daughter's best instrest at heart. We has a family have been shown the same consideration from her sister and brother being included with activities to her 2 boys being made to feel at home when they visit. She loves going to the salon every morning for her hair doing going out for walks feeding the ducks going to the shops or just being quiet in her lovely room. She is enjoying her food with lots of choice so thank you all for all of us :) :) :)

I find that the general level of care provided to my wife and other residents is higher than in other care homes. The staff that work here are inspirational because the care they provide really matters to them. My wife is living a longer, happier, healthier, life as a direct result of intervention from a number of staff members.

Since attending Ribble View my partner has made so much progress. He was in hospital for over 10 months stuck in a bed. At Ribble View he has learned how to stand and walk with the support of his physiotherapist. My partner's speech has improved also. The staff at Ribble View are friendly and welcoming, nothing is an issue. The staff work alongside my partner to ensure he progresses for what his future holds.

My partner moved to Ribble View in March 2020 - just before the first national lockdown - and I have been so impressed by the standard of care. The home has been set so many challenges and setbacks due to Covid, but they have kept us well-informed and up-to-date at all times. The home itself is really lovely; clean, modern, fresh-looking and spacious rooms. What makes a real difference at Ribble View is the people who work there. I know them by name and they all know my partner well and have a really good understanding of his needs; they are all friendly and positive and warm. They work as a team and frequently go above and beyond. My partner was really unhappy in his previous setting and we were worried that he had limited potential. He has gone from strength to strength at Ribble View and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Warm welcome. We were offered a drink after a car journey. Our first glimpse of our relative confirmed everything we had been told a) by phone b) by photo/video evidence. We were grateful for the regular communications and very happy that our relative is obviously well, happy, settled and thriving. There is such good humour and positivity about Ribble View staff; it is so nice to feel reassured by them. We know that, finally, our relative is in safe hands.
