I found my Mum is looked after as well as she would be at her own home. The staff are friendly, patient and very helpful. Any worries or concerns are dealt with straight away and I am informed straight away about any concerns they have.

The staff at Longley Park View Nursing Home are cheerful, caring and supportive. Our sister is very well cared for. A big thank you.

Longley Park View is simply brilliant! My wife has been there over two years now, and despite her challenging and complex needs related to her Alzheimer's, the quality of care had been first rate. The staff really care : They're a happy, positive team, engaged and engaging, and very resident focused. Everyone is well trained and many have worked there for years. The manager is excellent, and she shows impressive leadership, setting just the right tone, making sure any issues are addressed. The activities team are hard working and always busy, ensuring there's a strong programme. I couldn't recommend it more strongly.

I was so nervous about visiting my friend PH but I needn't have been. The staff were so welcoming and friendly to us. 2 members of staff came into his room while we were there. Their kindness and gentleness to him was second to none. I also saw this with other service users too. I get they love what they do, it was heartwarming to see. The home itself is very clean. My friend has the best care home and everyone goes the extra mile.

I always enjoy coming here to visit my friend. from the moment you arrive, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which creates such a lovely atmosphere. The home is always clean, tidy and well looked after and its clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining a comfortable environment The staff are always happy to chat and make both residents and visitors feel at ease. They genuinely care about the people they look after and it shows in the excellent care kindness and compassion they provide everyday. Its reassuring to know my friend is in such good hands. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment

My husband, Terry, has resided just over 18 months in Longley. During this time I have found staff in Meadows very helpful and always willing to listen if I have any problems with Terry. Activities, catering, admin And management all very approachable. As Terry has had a few falls, I asked the management if he could have one to one for his safety, but unfortunately he didn't qualify for this which causes me stress when I’m not there because Terry likes to interact with everyone.

The overall care is good in what can be difficult with my wifes dementia at times.

I honestly can't thank everyone at Dearnevale enough for everything you do for my grandad. It truly feels like you have given me my grandad back. Seeing him smile again, laugh, join in with daily activities and enjoy life, I wasn't sure we would see this again, and it means more to me and our family more than words can express. From the moment he arrived at Dearnevale, he's been treated with such kindness, dignity, patience and respect. Thank you to an outstanding team.

I booked the minibus for Eid prayers, but MichelleQueen Latifa overbooked me. She said talk to management to sort taxi arrangements, but it's hard to get a taxi on Eid. Tried on Eid no joy. Deputy Claire said she can book taxis weeks in advance seems 2 have been sleeping just like when she did her spot check at 4am walking past lounge without noticing night staff sleeping. My dad has been at Dearnevale for the past 15 months and they have given him the best 15 months of his life. The care provided is outstanding. Every member of staff is kind, caring and dedicated to ensuring residents feel valued and supported. They encourage my dad to get involved in activities, which has made a huge difference to his quality of life. At 84 years old, seeing him take part, enjoy himself, and stay active is a wonderful achievement. I can't thank the team enough for everything they do. I would highly recommend Dearnevale.

Wonderful care given to our daughter .her room is always clean and tidy and decorated regularly.the staff are wonderfully and do a great job she is taken for walks.swimming.to eat out and shopping.The food is varied and she takes part in getting it ready.also they bake which Sophie enjoys.

My father is settled and happy at Potters Green. I wouldn't want him anywhere else, close to family, well run, wonderful staff.

Dearnevale is brilliant with my grandad, they include him in everything that they do. He is very well looked after. I couldn't thank the staff enough for what they do. My grandad is fussy with what he eats so kitchen staff will make him anything that he wants. The managers are brilliant with him with letting him be able to do his activities in his room. The staff for taking him out shopping. He is doing so much better in here than where he was last.

On visiting, we found the same to be true. The staff that we met were helpful and communicative, answering all of our questions to the best of their ability. Some showed a keen interest to find out more about my sister from us - her interests, concerns, and the people in her life - so as to understand her current needs better. This was particularly true for the nurses and activities coordinator, and it gave us a positive feeling about her future care.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and kindness shown by everyone at Potters Green. From the moment my dad arrived, it was clear that this is a place where residents are treated with genuine compassion, dignity and respect. The staff consistently go above and beyond, not just doing their jobs, but truly caring about the people they look after. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and there is always a willingness to help, listen and support both residents and family. Their patience and empathy have made a very difficult time so much easier.

I cannot praise Dearnevale enough. From the activities team to nurses and all the care staff. You do all do an amazing job. We are always confident that my sister is happy and well looked after. She's been so, so happy since moving in, and we're really thankful for that.

My mum has been in Dearnevale for nearly 2 years. Had excellent care from staff and all departments. Excellent meal times. We really enjoyed Christmas this year and all the festive activities put on. We would like to thank everyone for constant support they give our Mum and us as a family, always there to talk to if we have any concerns.

We was so worried that our daughter wouldn't settle! But Dearnevale is absolutely amazing our daughter gets involved in everything and loves to take part in everything what is going on and can not thank everyone enough for they support
