Overall Experience

My brother is well cared for. Staff are well trained, professional and accommodating to residents and visitors. The home is clean, well maintained and feel very homely. I know my brother is in good hands and his needs are being met.

Overall Experience

In my opinion I had no concerns with her care. To the best o fmy knowledge her desires were met in person centered way for example staff used to arrange for Caribbean food when my sister requested it in the home. Overall, I am really happy with cleanliness of Greenacre Park. My sister's last moments were spent really well at Greenacre Park. The staff are very caring and supportive.

Wonderfully caring staff and environment. All areas are clean all maintained to a high standard. Great facilities, lovely rooms. The care given here offers our family total peace of mind that she is safe and well cared for.
