My husband is very settled here. The care home is very cosy, friendly. Residents are mostly together and therefore not isolated, which is very good for my husband, TV and music always playing. The staff are always on hand, very caring and friendly. Meals are good, lovely garden for residents in the

In the years my mother has been in the care home, I've found that staff and care to be outstanding. Could not have found a better home. The care is above and beyond. Nothing is too much. I can't praise them enough. The food is excellent and the activities are great.
The only tiny thing - the home
could do with a slight update. Totally happy with this home and would fully recommend Roseacres.
The management are so wonderful and trustworthy.

My Mum has been a resident at The Priory for just over 2 years now. The level of care and attention that she receives is first class. She has settled in perfectly, made friends and loves the staff.
I have a great working relationship with the management and her carers. They keep me fully informed of
any concerns and I am very confident that all her needs are met in a professional and caring way.
I have no hesitation recommending The Priory to anyone considering it.

Office staff have been helpful despite poor communication from other family members who are supposed to organise.
Jean isn't keen to mix but she is encouraged to do so.

My mother has been a resident at Roseacres for approx 5 years. The quality of care she reiceives is first class, and is shown love and respect. I am kept in touch by the management if her medication changes, or if they have conerns about changes in her health. I have complete confidence in my mums care

My dad is a resident at Roseacres and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. He is genuinely happy there and very well looked after. The staff are friendly, kind, and clearly know him well, which gives our family great peace of mind. They always take the time to chat with him and make him
feel comfortable and valued.
The home has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and it's clear that the residents are treated with dignity and respect. We're so grateful to the whole team at Roseacres for everything they do.

Really happy as the care team and staff are absolutely fantastic I cannot emphasise enough how happy I am with the Priory and how they have welcomed my Mum in which has made this very difficult transition of mum going into Residential care so much easier

After a shaky start, down to my husband, not the home, he settled in well. I phoned every day and spoke to different members of staff who were all very kind and happy for me to call and give a report on his welfare.

My husband has been in this care home (Roseacres N20 9DZ) for over a year (14 months) and our experience has been very good so far. The atmosphere is very pleasant and reassuring, this is the feeling I got when I first visited the care home while searching for a suitable care home for my husband who
was diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia in 2021. What ticked the boxes, I had then, when selecting this care home is confirmed daily, as I visit my husband every day. The staff are friendly, polite, professional, caring, understanding and do everything to keep the residents comfortable and happy. The manager and her assistant are approachable and caring (like the carers) about residents and visitors. The food is very good, an excellent chef who makes sure her cooked food is well consumed by residents. The place is kept clean. My husband is treated well with dignity and understanding. Moreover, he has been showing signs of improvement with verbal and non verbal communication, which is great, after having lost the language. When I asked a professor about this improvement, her answer was "This means he is being well looked after", indeed very true by family, friends and carers who treat him with respect and compassion. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work.

Always been made welcome. Friendly & cooperative. Staff keep me in touch of any needs or requirements for the resident. Room is decent condition. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Clothes are cleaned regularly.

My mother was a resident here for 4 - 5 years and was very well looked after. We visited regularly, once a week and spent time in her room (lovely room) and in the garden and went for a walk. But I especially wanted to say the end of life care was exceptional. We were informed every set of the way.
Mum was very peaceful and comfortable at the end and this made the process so much easier for us. Thank you to management and staff you were all wonderful.

i am a very close friend of the family so have been involved from the start.
the home were so very welcoming and the staff felt like family at a very early stage. We asked our friend (the resident) did he want to come home he replied no its nice and peaceful here ..the staff are lovely. That was
enough for my friend (wife) to know. Its her i feel im looking after now and not her husband.

My husband went 2wks ago for respite has been very happy a n d settled quickly myself his wife feels redundant and missing him dreadfully when I said how do you feel about staying as I'm now finding it to hard to manage you at home he said as long as your OK I would love to stay here it's very peaceful
I don't need to come home as you can image for months of struggling to look after him I needn't have lost so many tears & heartache but pleased I'm only grieving for myself & not him .

When I first came here I was shown every amenity and service that is provided by friendly, helpful and respectful staff. I could see that anyone staying here would be looked after comprehensively supported by the facilities available. The staff attitude was enthusiastic and caring which was encouraged
by the manager. Overall you can feel confident that any patient living here would be safe and well looked after.
