My mother has been at Cloisters since February 2024, and the care that she has received there has been incredible. With the Cloisters team, I know that mum is safe and comfortable 24 hours a day.

The carers and nurses have a fantastic relationship with mum - they always take great care of her, get her to participate in activities (singing, dancing, crafts etc) and make sure that she eats her meals.

The best thing about the care home is the activities. Everyday, before lunch, there is a different activity which lets the residents exercise, socialise and enjoy the company of others.

I want to thank everyone at Cloisters for taking incredible care of mum and giving me peace of mind that she is always in safe hands. Thank you!

Mum Sushila was brought in January and she had very good care, right near the end of life she started to talk, eat and was very happy. I would like to thank everyone for the care and support they gave Mum.

My Mum has been a resident for nearly 3 years now. She is very happy and settled at the Priory. The management and staff make the Priory feel like home. They are all professional, helpful and really make the residents feel both welcome and cared for. I am very happy with the care that Mum receives and completely confident that her best interests are always looked after.

All the staff, nurses and carers are very kind and helpful. They give a lot of respect to the resident and their family when they visit him. He never complain about anything. Everybody is doing their best I am very glad. God bless them all.

Its a lovely care home the staff are Brilliant very helpful. There is one thing it would be good if there was more choice of vegetarian Indian food. But otherwise its a very nice care home and also so close by to where I live.

She also enjoys the food and from what I've seen is lovely.

I know the lift being out of service has caused concern, but the compassion, patience and calm leadership you have shown, reflects the kindness, professionalism and dedication you bring to your role. Thank you for the dignity and consistency you bring to the home and the residents and the thoughtful, attentive care provided ensuring residents receive everything they need.

A big thank you to all the team

My grandma was in their care, the nurses forgot to give her medication. Upon questioning I was told that she refused, no staff visited my grandma for hours, left her dehydrated, tray of food left in her room, no personal care given, room stank when we entered looked for staff for 20 minutes we were told short staff, company is cutting down on staff. I will not recommend for family.

Priory Residential provided the best care for my mother which was possible. The staff treated all residents well. They also made relatives of residents reassured regarding their care. Priory Residential Home Ltd provide excellent care for all residents.

My husband is very settled here. The care home is very cosy, friendly. Residents are mostly together and therefore not isolated, which is very good for my husband, TV and music always playing. The staff are always on hand, very caring and friendly. Meals are good, lovely garden for residents in the summer months.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care and leadership at Roseacres Residential Home. The staff are truly exceptional, kind, warm, patient and attentive at all times. They treat the residents with dignity and warmth, always going the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and secure in their environment. Any questions or concerns are handled promptly and thoughtful. It is clear that they set a high standard, creating a welcoming, safe and respectful environment for everyone and this gives us peace of mind.

The management are so wonderful and trustworthy.

My mum is terribly unwell with demetia. She displays very difficult behaviours but the staff here have been amazing and im so happy with how they are treating mum and her behaviours. So friendly and lrofessional. It was also amazing to be able to have xmas dinner with my mum and the layout, food and surrounding were amazing and the staff outstanding
