Mum has been in Roberttown Care Home for 16 months now, It has had new management which has really improved things. The staff have always been good but are better now with staff training. The Seniors on duty will always tell me of any health concerns and discuss things with me discreetly if mum has or hasn't done things, the staff will let me know. Mums main carer is really good, I can ask her anything and she always responds. Since a new activities girl has come, I have noticed a big difference in Mum, she is much more engaged and interested in everything it has made a huge difference to all residents.

After dad had been in hospital for 11 weeks it was such a relief to get him settled. It was such a worry knowing which home to choose but I'm so glad we choose here. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, dad loves the meals and although he has only been here 2 weeks, it's such a relief knowing he is happy. Thank you to everyone who works there, my family and I can't thank you enough!

All the staff have helped my grandad settle in here. He is comfortable, happy and enjoying his time. He enjoys his meals and all staff are friendly and accommodating. As a family we are happy with the care he's receiving.

Mum has been here for 18 months now. When I first visited Woodfield Grange I was impressed by its homely feel. In 18 months I have always experienced this whilst visiting. It really feels like a family which is exactly what was needed for mum. All the staff treat mum with love and respect which is truly lovely to witness. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Woodfield Grange

Every time I visit grandma I am always made to feel so welcome. It is lovely to see grandma with her friends and see her chatting to the staff. Her room is lovely always tidy (her wardrobe is immaculate). The food is nice and mealtimes are always a great experience. As a family we couldn't be happier with Woodfield Grange. Thank you everyone who works there.

The times I have visited Woodfield Grange I have been really impressed with the facilities. The lovely open lounge is full of residents interacting with each other and staff. The bedrooms are small but immaculate. My mother-in-law seems very happy and has made many friends despite her advanced dementia. I know my wife has peace of mind knowing her mum is taken such good care of

Since day one, the experience within Woodfield Grange has been positive. The home is well presented the staff are wonderful, caring professionals. Mum is very happy, cared for and nourished.

The staff/carers are exceptional and obviously care very much for the residents and their needs. It's a fabulous location, and I am very happy to call this mum's 'home'.

The unit has been completely refurbished, rooms are clean and well kept, with new furnishings and fittings, my relative is thriving in his new environment, and the care and attention of the staff is evident every time I visit. I visit once per week. There is always a good choice on the menu, he is always offered a drink or snack if he chooses, he is happy and his appearance is good. The staff regularly interact with him by name, and he enjoys his days. I am confident the improvements will continue to enrich his time here, despite the limitations of his condition.

I use to come in with my mum to visit her friend till she sadly passed away 2 weeks ago, we have since been back to give the staff some goodies for all their hard work while looking after her, staff were always nice and polite, and nothing was too much for them, nice clean tidy home and the meals were delicious home cooked meals, well done to you all for the hard work

I stayed at the care home for just under two weeks for respite. The care was exceptional and the carers were very very good, nothing was too much trouble and they were all professional. I would especially like to thank Yvette, Shelby,Amy and Makita. Thanks also to the chefs for the excellent meals. I had an extremely positive experience and would recommend Roberttown care home to anyone.

From day one of my mother-in-law moving into West Ridings she was so well looked after and genuinely cared about. There was regular entertainment wonderful meals and celebrations. We all loved the summer house and fish pond we sat there and enjoyed a cuppa of fish and chips. My mum-in-law has sadly just passed away now but feel that the amazing staff were all part of a very special family we will be going back to visit.

My wife has been a resident at Longwood Grange since July 2024 and since the very start she has been shown lots of genuine care and attention from the staff, the staff also make the the relatives and visitors welcome as well. There are regular activities and they also also put on parties at the key celebratory times of year and in the summer. The rooms are calming and comfortable and meals filling and nourishing. The Manager is very open to talking to relatives and hearing feedback/concerns which he addresses. Overall I feel my wife is well cared for at this home.
