Our aunt was admitted to Ryland View after a series of strokes in the hospital. We were told she had limited life expectancy, but such was the care and attention she received at Tyland View. She lived another 4 1/2 years. We can never thank the caring and professional staff enough for their care. Thank

She likes her room and the lounge and dining area and the staff are helpful and friendly

Mom went into Parklands following a hospital admission. She went in for initial assessment of her needs.
She and ourselves were made to feel welcome from the very first day. Mom was only in the home for 9 weeks before sadly passing away. Mom could be quite difficult and challenged the staff but they
were patient and brilliant with her and I couldn't have asked them to do anymore.

During his stay he was loved and very well cared for. The staff were lovely, patient and very caring. The facilities were very pleasant with plenty of space and multiple seating areas. Resident rooms were nice with ample storage space and TV. Reluctantly had to move him, due to his Alzheimers becoming
more advanced. We would be very happy to recommend Netherton Green.

My mum has been so happy, enjoying new experiences that wouldn't have been available to her at home with her advancing dementia. It was good that she had a safe environment to be in with staff who cared. I would like to give a special shout out to three members of staff in particular, who were so good
at dealing with any problems that arose. Also, thank you to the activities coordinator for organising the various activities in the home.

I spent a week and a day there with my brother on end of life care. He was very well looked after the staff were friendly and caring fetching me a cup of tea as I have trouble walking. Talking and letting know they were there very comforting. I was very happy with the care they gave him in his last

My mom struggled at first going into a home but parklands soon helped to reassure her that she would be safe and well looked after the meals are really nice and some of the carers are absolutely fantastic dealing with all types dementia type illnesses would highly recommend parklands

Dad has been a resident at Ryland View since 2014. During this time, the staff have cared for him as well and have got to know his needs and wants as he is unable to vocalise them himself. The activities are varied and often follow National Days, ensuring residents are engaged.

My aunt moved on the Friday and were told to get there on the Saturday to say goodbye. They reduced all her pain medications and hadn't contacted the GP for end of life medication. When I asked they didn't know what I was asking of them. Palliative team came after days because of the care home hadn't
told them my aunt was even in the home. Please do not let this happen to someone else.

I found most staff very clean, helpful, no trouble to help, one or two hopeless in the 2 and half years my wife was in Ryland View most of the time she was looked after excellent on the off times one or two staff's had to be spoken to not doing the jobs properly this was sorted by the nurse in charge.
The last two weeks of her life there, the staff were excellent and when she passed away they treated her with the highest dignity one can ask for so thank you all for your care.
