Parklands Court is absolutely amazing. My Uncle Frank has been here since Feb 2025 and all of the care team from admin to nursing are the most attentive and helpful pthey could be. Frank is very happy here, and the staff keep the residents busy and entertained, doing what they enjoy. They also give the residents a lovely news letter each week with activities to do, and things to read on it. I highly recommend this home to anyone considering a care stay. 10/10 ... 5*

Staff are friend - family friend to HR visiting while she is in the care home. Resident (HR) is happy in the care home. Use of the coffee shop and garden space well kept and looked after.

I get on with other service users I am happy to live in the care home easy access- friendly - staff are happy and helpful. I enjoy the meals and have a good conversation with every one.

My mum has been in respite then short term care at Ryland View for 9 weeks where she has received outstanding care. ALL of the staff have shown her respect, dignity and kindness. Everyone at Ryland View has been warm and welcoming. Bloomsfield House is a friendly, home environment where staff go out of their way to ensure all their residents are happy and their families feel part of the community.

My nan settled quickly during her respite stay at Ryland View. Staff were always friendly, caring and willing to help. The home provides a lot of activities for the residents to keep them entertained.

I have been to many care home environments but not one quite hits all the areas that ryland view does in my view

Mom has been cared for, by the staff beautifully. They have taken time to get to know her, have encouraged her to join in with activities every day. During the recent heatwave I was concerned about her becoming dehydrated but i needn't have been. There were hot and cold drinks offered regularly along with ice lollies. She is very happy there.

My mom came to live in this home late 2025,she is happy living here the staff all treat her lovely she is treated like family.She has a laugh and joke with the nurses and care workers. She is always given choices on her wants and needs

It is lovely to see to see my wife enjoying the activities.

I cannot fault Ryland except for the waiting time often experienced when George needs to be taken to the the toulet, on several occasions he has had to wait nearly 2 hours when I have sat with him but I do understand the reason why. I think Sarah is brilliant with the social work she does. George is happy with the care he receives.

My wife was extremely happy with the care her mother received during her stay at Netherton Green Care Home.The Care Home made her extremely welcome and comfortable while she was there and she was happier than she had been for some time.

A clean, caring environment with staff who are family to my sister. We have no family left in the area. I live roughly 250 miles away, not so young and have issues at home so my visits are less frequent. The staff alert me if there is a problem and occasionally I manage to have telephone contact with my sister. She is deaf and lost her speech following a stroke so her responses are infrequent. 10/10 for your care in Haines. Thank you.

My dad has been here since February and he is settled , well looked after , safe , well fed . The home is very clean and everyone is friendly , everyone there, helps me with whatever I or my dad needs and I love the other residents, I love going to visit him , thank you everyone who helps look after my dad .

My mum has been at parklands since February this year. The staff are amazing and my mum is well looked after. My mum is still settling in to her new routine but staff are very supportive and give her the support she needs daily. The staff have been very supportive to myself also on this new journey I am on with my Mum with Alzheimer's.

My nan has been in respite for several weeks now. Myself and my family cannot fault Parklands for the help and support that she receives. There are always activities being run to help stimulate residents. Thank you once again.

Dad moved in to Parklands in April and from the get-go he's been looked after incredibly well. From the initial contact to arrange dads stay through to him moving in, the care, support, advice and overall help has been excellent. Everyone is so caring and cheery including the cleaning and maintenance staff. I couldn't be happier with dads care and definitely recommend Parklands Court.
