We are wanting to say a big thank you to all the staff at Copperfield Court. Although not there for very long they were nothing but friendly, helpful and caring for my Brother In Law. At the time of his passing the staff were extremely kind and caring to us and made a very difficult time so much easier
to handle, for which we thank them. Overall we cannot give Copperfield Court a bigger recommendation than to say if a time comes when we need a carehome this will be the one we look at. Once again our gratitude and thanks go to all the staff at Copperfield Court.

From the very first enquiry through to the acceptance of my mother-in-law, the experience with Copperfield Court has been nothing short of exceptional.
During what can be an emotional and often overwhelming process, Nikki and the team showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism at every
step. Every question we had was answered thoroughly and promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The level of communication was outstanding, giving us complete confidence and reassurance in our decision.
Thanks to your dedication and warmth, what could have been a stressful transition, especially moving my mother-in-law from Northern Ireland, has instead felt so positive and comforting. We are incredibly grateful and feel reassured knowing she will be in such capable and compassionate hands! Thank you for everything you've done so far, we couldn't have asked for better support.

Having recently moved mum into Lake View Lodge, I can say it was the best move. Her previous care home had gone downhill rapidly. Lake View is very much like a first class hotel and in no way looks like a care home. I have found everyone so welcoming and the care given to mum is exemplary. The oyster
care home group certainly have the correct ethos. Everything is included, there are no hidden extras, no restricted meatimes. Relatives can visit anytime. Brilliant place. Thank you.

My grandmother has joined the care home for respite and I'm so pleased she has ended up here. The home is absolutely beautiful, everything is up to a really high standard.
The staff have been great at settling her in, and keeping the family involved. Adam has been so helpful from the start and made
my grandmother feel really at ease.

My Mother has been in this home for 4 months. The facilities are excellent. The staff very caring. The food is superb. A good range of activities arranged for residents. What more could one ask for. Can't recommend it more highly.

My dear wife has been at Lakeview Lodge for the last 6 weeks and the care for her has been outstanding. From the moment she arrived the management and staff have treated the family with kindness, respect and dignity. My wife has received such genuine compassion and I could not have wanted more for her.

My Grandma Lola has settled into the home really well, we cannot fault Copperfield Court, what a perfect home. The staff are just amazing and are always very helpful and attentive. Lots of entertainment and activities for all the residents. 5 star all round.

Today we have visited spontaneously. On arrival Adam could not have been more helpful in finding my gran. The facilities are great. I feel like she is in a hotel. She is always happy here.

Welcoming helpful friendly staff, clean and smelt nice in every part of the building I went in, resident I visited is so happy and comfortable she said she was worried she would miss her home but loves it here and feels very safe and wants for nothing.

I haven't lived at Copperfield for long however, I must say, so far so good. I have enjoyed the cakes, hot drinks & the cigarette breaks. The care staff are lovely & they cant do enough for all of us.

Living at Copperfield Court is amazing. I am always kept busy doing all sorts. If I'm not busy here, I go out a lot on trips. The food is lovely. I am very happy here.

My mother has been in Lake View Lodge for almost a week now. I have been so happy with how quickly she has settled and made to feel included into her new home. Having looked at a few care homes in the area, Lake View Lodge stood head and shoulders above all others. It has such a modern, fresh and comfortable
feel, as well as having every amenity Mum could wish for. The staff have been absolutely wonderful, and welcome family and friends to visit whenever they want.
The meals are cooked by a chef, and are delicious. I can say that because I had lunch with Mum on Fish & Chip Friday, which is another lovely touch.
Mum's room is spacious, has an en-suite and has a wonderful view over the lake.
I cannot recommend Lake View enough!

The building is new and bright, and the staff are friendly and have a sense of humour. The amenities are well laid out, with spacious lounges and dining areas, wide corridors, and small side rooms for family and private visits.
