My mum has been at Stowe Mount since early July and the care has been exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, Alison on reception is extremely helpful and welcoming. The care staff are truly exceptional, going above and beyond every day. Leah has been instrumental in helping mum settle, with genuine kindness and patience, and Andy, the handyman, is always so warm and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely. They've also been incredibly supportive of us as a family and always make us feel welcome when we visit. We couldn't ask for more and are deeply grateful to the whole team.

Excellent a beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well maintained. All the staff are kind, caring, respectful and definitely do the extra mile. My mum thoroughly enjoyed her two week stay particularly all the activities that were available every day, if she wanted to take part. The St Georges day celebrations - buffet and entertainment - were brilliant.

My mom is incredibly happy at this care home, and as her daughter, that means everything to me. The staff are truly amazing, caring, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can see how much they genuinely value the residents, and it creates such a positive atmosphere.

The residents themselves are very friendly, which has helped Mom settle in quickly and feel part of a community. She's made lovely connections and feels comfortable and supported every day.

The building is absolutely stunning too. It's bright, modern, and beautifully maintained, which makes it feel welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.

I couldn't be more grateful for the care and kindness shown to Mom. This home has given her comfort, happiness, and dignity, and I would highly recommend it.

This care home is exactly what a care home should be.. caring, organised, clean, dedicated to excellence and above all a "home". Since arriving staff have been superb in every area of care from management, carers, cleaners, laundry staff, grounds staff, catering staff and every welcome has been special. Mum is properly cared for, loved and made to feel content and happy. Even with every difficulty mum faces she is encouraged to thrive. This is a happy place, a good place, a home that cares!

Friendly, welcoming place to both visitors and residents. Anytime I have visited I have felt part of the family. Staff are lovely and always take time to include you.

Calm aura in whole building. Staff very approachable, friendly and reassuring. Hygiene good, he showered daily and had clean clothes. All clothing clean on discharge as on admission. Not aware of activities available or partaken in. Facilities seen not aware used. Dining room - excellent tables, cutlery, etc., all clean and pleasure to visit.

Mum is happy and settled and in a good routine. Staff are all friendly and know her. They all look after her and have genuine affection for her.

It's very clear that everyone is cared for beautifully, with real kindness, patience, and attention to detail. A lovely, reassuring visit.

We moved mum into this excellent care home recently following a disappointing experience at another Lichfield care home. From the moment we made initial contact with Stowe Mount, care has been exceptional and mum has thrived since moving across. The level of care, attention to detail and due diligence paid to all the family (especially mum) has been outstanding and we could not be happier. Mum is more interactive than she was, seems brighter eyed and more willing to engage with us when we come down to see her. The level of care taken for us as a whole family has been wonderful even to the point of catering for our allergies when invited to afternoon tea. The home is exceptionally well appointed; the rooms carefully planned and laid out, and the induction by medical staff second to none. The transfer was managed seamlessly by staff in the office, they seemed to genuinely care that mum would settle and they did everything in their power to make the transfer work for all the family.

Very good, like a hotel rather than a care home.

Put my mom into respite whilst me and my husband had a week respite as we care for her in our house. Cannot fault Stowe Mount at all! Attentive/caring/helpful. Put our minds at ease as well as updates and photos. Seeing mom taking part in activities was lovely will definitely be back when another break needed. Thank you all the staff.

In my limited experiences in care home (approx 5) my over all opinion is that this is the best in every way. Pleasantly the staff also seem very happy and content which will go a long way with service users and their families and comes across as very genuine which is comforting. One minor (if any) a more solid, higher bedside table with a lockable drawer to hard rather than the flimsy stool type thing that exists.

From when my father arrived, everything has been excellent, the staff, professional, polite, very welcoming. Each day the residents are made to feel special. A great variety of activities. Lovely coffee mornings, great cinema room. So glad we brought my dad to Stowe Mount.

We have recently moved our Mom to Stowe Mount and from the first day of visiting we were blown away with how amazing the care home is from facilities to the staff who have been nothing but welcoming and caring. Mom is loving her new room. We have certainly made the correct decision in moving Mom here. Thank you Leah and Rebecca in helping to get Mom moved.

My wife and I were highly recommended to Stowe Mount from a close friend. We booked my mother in law here for 1 week whilst we took a short holiday. After caring for mother for the last 6 years, we were a little worried for her wellbeing. We had nothing to worry about whatsoever. Mother was treated like a princess. The care home is beautiful, the staff are so welcoming and a tentative, food incredible and mother even joined in with the activities the care home puts on for all the residents. I can't recommend Stowe Mount highly enough. 10*......AMAZING. Thank you to every staff member.

More like a luxury hotel than a care home! A real home from home. The staff and management are truly excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Such a friendly and welcoming place and given my dad a wonderful two weeks respite care. He loved it so much he'd be happy to return, and we'll definitely support his return here. Thank you all!

The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, on each visit, I was warmly welcomed and could clearly see how well my grandad was cared for.

My Mom is now a resident, from the day she arrived Sept 2025, to the present day. All of her needs have been met by the kind & caring staff here. They have made Mom feel part of a wider family from the care staff/house keeping/maintenance man & events ladies, they have shown Mom respect & kindness. Chef will also accommodate individual need where possible.
