Care Homes Owned by Crystal Care Collection in Cornwall

Oh my goodness what a fantastic place Penrose Croft is proving to be. From the moment of my enquiry to find a place for my parents who both have moderate dementia, to getting them rooms and then getting them settled, has been a joy! Everyone without exception has been kind, thoughtful, considerate, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The entire team working there are utterly delightful, and I couldn't recommend it enough to anyone.
The layout of the home is superb too, so much thought and consideration has gone into the planning of the place, with light, space and room to move. Plenty of areas to gather, but also enough places for a bit of peace and quiet.
The rooms are amazing, with plenty of storage; shelves for displaying photos and any knickknacks from home to give a cosy feel to them. The ensuite shower/wet rooms perfect too.

The most important thing for me though is the kindness of all the staff to my parents - and also their ability to look after me as well! Thank You.
