2025. my husband was staying at Ty Eirin for four months until he died there the care and attention he received was 100%. The staff were wonderful, nothing was ever a problem for them, they attended all his needs with great affection and love, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Now 2026 my Sister-in-law is there too. in the same place Rest-Bay, she again have settled in and very happy. My main contact was with Sue Davis again a wonderful caring person always there at the end of the phone when needed to talk. I've only got praise for everyone working there.

My husband David is well cared for and supported by the staff at Ty Eirin. Their support to myself as his wife has been invaluable. I could not Manage this situation with out them.

Staff are helpful and friendly. There is not one that is miserable. They laugh and tease residents. Nothing is too much trouble. Careing and lovely. Plenty for residents going on trips out and things in home also. They also have their own hairdressers and barbers that visit every week. A work shop for the men among loads of other things. This is a Care home that does care for their residents

My nan has been poorly lately and all nursing staff act quickly on contacting doctor & getting the meds she needs. The assistants are all fabulous & work hard to ensure residents comfort & happiness thank you all

On a more personal note, my mother is enjoying the cosy feel in her new day room.

All staff go above and beyond with care of all residents at Ty Eirin Care Home, the care is outstanding. Hygiene, cleanliness, daily routine is always great. Entertainment for residents keeps their minds stimulated and active, they always have singers residents love, exercise, afternoon teas for residents and families and so many more events for residents and families

My husband has been a resident of Ty Gwynno for several years and has always been treated with love,care and respect. He is looked after like one of their family and I am welcomed at any time to visit. I am also treated so well from the caring staff.When weather permitting we love to sit in the beautiful garden. There is always something going on in the lounge or day trips for those who are able. Families are always welcomed and encouraged to join in.This is a very happy place and I would recommend Ty Gwynno to anyone.The managers and staff are so caring and treat everyone with kindness, respect and dignity.

The care,and consideration that my wife receives cannot be faulted or bettered. The staff of the home are meticulous in all that they do for her and it can be seen that she is happy and well taken care of. This allows me and our familly to be satisfied that the best care is always being carried out for her.

Excellent care home, as ever built on the fantastic and empathic staff who are so warm and friendly and help create a wonderful environment. The food is always good quality and plenty of it with a wide choice to cater for all tastes. A full schedule of varied activities ensures that everyone is catered for and gets involved. You can see that there's continued investment in facilities, staff and activities which should ensure that this care home continues to deliver and give comfort to family members.

Excellent facility and the staff of all levels are superb. Nothing is ever too much trouble from the housekeepers to the facility manager. One issue is the amount of items placed in the skip outside - surely in this day and age items could be repaired or even given to charity. The day unit is a brilliant resource for residents as is the cafe on a Tuesday. Keep up the food work is it much appreciated.

The thought and attention to details in both big and small at the home daily is outstanding.

Knowing these amazing people for almost 5 years, from management, support staff, and especially nursing staff, who care for my wife, my family and I are deeply indebted. They are the very best.

My nan has had fantastic care! Each time I visit she is happy and well cared for. Staff are friendly and accommodating to both my nan, myself and anyone who visits her. It has become a home away from home!

My experience over the past 3 years visiting Ty Eirin has always been positive and provides great peace of mind for me. The staff, without exception, are amazingly patient, kind and caring. Also, the many activities arranged for residents are both inventive and fun....as are the activity staff too!
