Ty Gwynno is such a fantastic care home with truly amazing staff, who genuinely love their jobs and care about each and every one of their residents.
There is always an amazing event or fundraising idea being planned for the benefit of the residents and such an array of activities for everyone.
The
thought and attention to details in both big and small at the home daily is outstanding.

My nan has had fantastic care! Each time I visit she is happy and well cared for. Staff are friendly and accommodating to both my nan, myself and anyone who visits her. It has become a home away from home!

My experience over the past 3 years visiting Ty Eirin has always been positive and provides great peace of mind for me. The staff, without exception, are amazingly patient, kind and caring. Also, the many activities arranged for residents are both inventive and fun....as are the activity staff too!

I feel very fortunate to have found such a lovely, well-run care home for my mother, that feels like a home from home. The carehome has a welcoming atmostphere to all families and a wonderful activities team. I cannot praise the nursing staff on Blue Harbour at Ty Eirin enough. All the staff are, welcoming,
always in high spirits, provide outstanding care, compassionate, kind and always professional. Since settling in, my mother has improved physically and mentally. Shes has only been in the home just over two weeks, and difference is astonishing. The smile on her face, laughter, banter with the staff, speaks for itself.

It's so good to be able to visit at any time and the staff are so friendly and supportive.It is painful to see a dearly loved friend needing a nursing home but we know that she is well looked after.I am impressed with the activities that take place,there is always a good singsong for the residents,the
lounge area is always clean and tidy.When the weather is nice and warm there is a lovely area in the garden where the residents can sit.Also they have regular trips out of the home to different places,this can only help with the residents mental wellbeing.All in all i am very thankful that my friend has a place that she be safe in.

I am truly grateful for the wonderful care my mum receives at Sea View. The staff treat her with such warmth, respect, and understanding that they feel like part of our own family. Their kindness and non-judgemental approach mean the world to us.
A huge thank-you to everyone in the management team,
the amazing staff on all the floors, the cooks who prepare her meals with care, and the estates staff who keep everything running smoothly. Every single one of you plays a part in making Sea View a safe, comforting place for my mum.
Knowing she is in such good hands allows me to continue with my job and sleep at night without worry. The peace of mind you've given me is something I can never fully repay.

My mother has not been there long , but so far the service has been outstanding. The staff are so friendly. I have not see rooms yet , but what i have seen ,is lovely and clean. My mum is still adjusting to this new life.

Since my Uncle moved into Ty Gwynno he has begun living again. The team have encouraged him to be out of his bed and even taken him on a trip, less than a week of being there.
As a family we are so grateful that he has his life back and is not confined to his bed or room.
We were welcomed as a family
when my uncle moved into and the whole team have been so supportive and caring. Thank you just isn't enough.

Ty Gwynno is without doubt the most incredible home. The fun and love is always at 100%. The staff are amazing and the care you show my relatives is exceptional.

My dad moved into Ty Gwynno in January 2026. He has settled so well, seems very happy and loves the food, activities and companionship. Another amazing month at Ty Gwynno with a valentines event and the little lambs visits , the residents love these . So lovely to see mum in law happy , amazing amount of entertainment and deviation as usual - first class

Ty Eiren Care Home, what can I say, all staff care immensely for their residents. I know my Dad is very safe in their hands, and couldn't be happier for my Dad to remain in their care.
They look after all his needs which can be challenging with my Dad's mixed dementia 'Lewy Body' they give 100% to
care for Dad, but also look after us as his family.

From the first day mum moved into Ty Eirin instantly you get a homely feeling I cannot praise all the staff enough. Mum is very happy she now tells me she is well cared for safe, warm and well fed. Mum joins in the activities especially boxercise at 97 I think this is wonderful.
What a difference
in mum now she has people around her 24 hours a day.
The care home always has time to speak to me and keeps me updated; amazing Ty Eirin and all the staff there.

Ty Gwynno is much more than a Care Home,it is a place where the residents feel safe and cared for.All the staff go over and above their duties ,whether it's cleaners, laundry staff,maintenance, kitchen staff, carers or nurses. They are so friendly and caring. Visitors are made to feel welcome and kept
well informed about their loved ones progress. The home from home is very well maintained and they are always adding new features to enhance the home for the residents. Ty Gwynno is a happy place and the staff seem to enjoy working there, which in turn makes it a happy place for the residents. Thank you for taking care of our family members so well.

My overall experience with Ty Eirin is outstanding. The care team, management team and kitchen staff are all very welcoming, polite and very helpful. Prior to mams administration she was depressed, wouldn't eat, unable to walk and as if she was giving up. After just two weeks she is a totally a different
person. Happy, interacting, eating and has a smile on her face once again. I would like to say a big thank you to all at Ty Eirin.

Ty Gwynno provides fabulously, stimulating entertainment which all the staff join in and enjoy as much as the residents - happy staff means happy residents.
We moved mum here just over a year ago from another care home and the difference is amazing - only wish we had found Ty Gwynno first. The staff
are first rate and genuinely love the people they care for. They welcome visitors at pretty much any time so what you see is how it is - nothing is just for show.
If I ever need care this is where I would want to stay

We travelled down from Nottinghamshire to visit my long time friend, a resident of Ty Gwynno, on her birthday. As always, we were made most welcome by the lovely staff. The home was warm, welcoming and relaxed. My friend was looking her old happy self, settled and comfortable. A lovely afternoon
tea had been provided to celebrate the birthday, taken in a small private lounge area. Excellent. We continue to be impressed by the care and attention shown towards the residents, friends and families.

I cannot praise this care home Ty Eirin enough. From the first day my dad went there all the staff were amazing. They were kind, warm, and understanding. The staff there are worth their weight in gold. Admin staff also always had a cheery wave when you walked in.
We could not have cared for our father
anymore than the staff on the wards.
Everyone was there for not just our dad but also us as a family. Thank you.
