My mother has recently passed away at Treetops after being in their care for ha significant period of time with Alzheimer's. I have nothing but praise for the team who have cared for her with dignity and Compassion. Acorn Unit has been mum's home and for her to be cared for here when she reached the end of her life was appropriate. The staff seamlessly were able to transfer their skills from caring with someone with cognitive and challenging behaviour to end of life care which was amazing. The staff ensured Acorn Unit was a place where kindness constant and they showed patience and genuine compassion. They are a group of people I will never forget. Not only did they care for mum they cared for me too.

We find that Clement Court is a very good care home. Our relative is very settled and is getting good care. The staff are very polite & happy.

I find mum is happy here, staff are very helpful & pleasant, every where is clean and tidy, food is always well presented. Mum seems to enjoy her food. Room is always kept tidy.

I attended a DOL's review for my at Treetops. I know my sister's condition can be 'challenging' to say the least and her general health and wellbeing seems to be slowly deteriorating. As we talked, I noticed that my sisters bed clothes were filthy and stained. I pointed it out to the DOL's assessor and a carer who came in, their response was immediate and bedclothes were changed for clean ones. The DOL's assessor had been talking to the nurse about Janice's 'challenging and erratic behaviour' so pointed out that Janice may have removed her Stoma bag (as she sometimes does) the nurse had told her they'd been in, changed her bag and seen to her needs prior to us arriving. Maybe that's what had happened maybe that's where the dirt and stains had come from. My question would be... why wasn't the bedding changed at the same time? I'm not there often enough, but when I am there is always something that has gone unnoticed and just left.

I regularly go to the home, at least twice a week. I feel the care staff look after my Dad extremely well. They treat him wtih the respect and dignity he deserves. My Dad responds well to them. The staff are very friendly and regularly give me updates. The food is excellent and with good variety. Thank you to the staff for encouraging my Dad to get up everyday. It really has made a difference.

I was hoping for 'good enough for most of the time' from Tree Tops but my expectations have been exceeded. Thank you everyone!

I would sooner be at home but understood this was not possible. Most staff, especially the day shift have been kind, caring, friendly and treat me with dignity. I enjoy having a laugh with the assistants. I appreciate their efficiency and see how hard the assistants work.

The food is lovely we spent boxing day having lunch with mum and it was beautiful.

There is knitting, reading, dancing, exercises, the list is endless and is also published each week online for family to see. Well done

My experience in this Care Home is great, very good carers excellant food, very clean and my health is looked after well. Dis etc.

The home is clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff I interact with are friendly and helpful. Some aspects of the survey have not been completed due to the lack of involvement by my relative (his choice) and his lack of appetite. I know I can raise any issues with management and am confident they would be addressed.

Mum has been in the home for up to 2 years and has been extremely satisfied with the care. Had a problem about three weeks ago when there was a sickness bug about in the home and I called to see how Mum was and she was in a real mess over herself and the bedding, I spoke to the manager who sorted it ASAP so again very pleased with how it was resolved and I feel Mum is in good hands once again. There are some very excellent carers and just a few who would benefit from extra training. Overall, excellent caring, and happy with the care of our Mum.

Overall satisfactory staff are helpful most visits are satisfactory.

This care home is very good. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The level of care is superb and nothing is too much trouble. As a family we are very satisfied - and appreciative.

A very welcoming and professionally run home, all the staff are very pleasant and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Improvements are constantly ongoing. Standards of individual care are very good. Has a good service of community on site.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Dad is settling in well and adjusting to living in a care home, which is bright, clean and nicely decorated. There are plenty of outside spaces to enjoy fresh air in lovely wooded surroundings. Food always smells good and is served in a very tasteful dining room. Professional staff always have a smile for us all.

My husband has settled in well at Treetops Court Care Home, where he is having the best care, he is shown warmth and kindness from all the staff. The home has a warm and friendly environment. The choice of menu is varied at all meal times. It's very clean and comfortable, his room is lovely. Thank you to everyone for looking after him and making me welcome.
