I cannot recommend this care home enough. The care and attention ALL the staff show is amazing. Everybody involved is so thoughtful with regards to the care they provide for my mum and the emotional support they provide to us as a family. It has been such a traumatic experience for us all placing my
mum into a care home but Cromwell Court staff have been so good. Especially the Manager Tracey.

My mother has been a resident of Cromwell Court for the past five years, in that time she has been reasonably content, and interacts with other residents and staff, but especially with the manager. Her husband (my stepfather) has also been in Cromwell receiving palliative care until passing in May 2025,
and was treated with care and dignity. My concerns regarding mums medication of late have been dealt with promptly by the manager, I would like to see more outings for the residents.

My Sister In Law has been at Cromwell Court now for a few months. She has settled in really well thanks to all the dedicated staff who provide great care within a really friendly environment.
She likes to get involved with the activities, from a game of Bingo to crafting and chair exercises just to
mention a few and not forgetting watching Elvis perform!!
As a family we feel relieved that she is safe and all her needs are being met, by the staff who all work to the highest standards.

I am grateful of everyone in Cromwell Court for having a welcoming and comfortable home. KUDOS to the staff for their efforts. Given that our aunt has always been naturally introverted, as family, we truly appreciate the way the staff have supported and encouraged/helped her come out of her room to
gradually socialize with others. She seemed settled.

My Sister has been resident in Cromwell Court since October 2025. She suffers with Parkinson's Dementia and her condition has worsened during this time. All the staff are friendly, courteous and professional, but above all understand her issues, doing their best to keep her safe and occupied as much
as possible. There are lots of activities and events to help maintain interest and normality which are very much appreciated by residents and relatives alike.

My friend has lived at Clumber House for 3years the care received is good there has been lots of staff and management changes in this time but at present there is more stability however there is not an activities co ordinator in the home this I feel impacts on stimulation and interaction for my friend

My dad has resided at Bentley Manor for around 3 months, sadly he suffers from Parkinsons. Before going into a home, my family did a great deal of research, agreeing Bentley Manor was outstanding. It has not disappointed. The staff are wonderful and treat dad with respect, compassion, kindness and dignity.
They are welcoming and chat to dad continuously and I feel like dad is being very well cared for, which is a huge peace of mind.
In a short time, our family have also built strong relationships with all the staff, so we know who is sitting with dad on a daily basis (as he needs 1:1 care).
The activity co-ordinators are outstanding & run group activities on a daily basis in the mornings and afternoons. They also spend one-to-one time with everyone in the home, which is a real stimulation to everyone.
Recently, dad has been on a boat trip run by the activity specialists and we attended the opening of the Bentley Cafe, which was superb.
I wholehearted would recommend Bentley Manor.

My father has been in Cromwell Court Care Home for a year now and is looked after well. The staff are very caring. It was his birthday recently and we visited and were made very welcome. The staff made Dad a cake and made sure he enjoyed his birthday with his family. The home is a little dated but
the main thing is that Dad is cared for well and valued as a resident with staff that care for him.

My father was a resident at Cromwell court care home Warrington for over a year. I understand caring for a person with the terrible illness Dementia is challenging, I do not believe i am an unreasonable person however that is how i was made to feel.
I believe one of the main failing for the management
if the lack of empathy towards the family's, when placing a loved one into a homes care you have to trust they will give the person everything they can to help to make there live slightly more bearable.
My father had several falls in a short space of time, when i approached Tracy the home manager to ask what we could do to reduce the risk of my father having further falls, i was told "I don't have the staff"
On three separate occasions i found my father dirty and smelly, i not talking about a wet accident, i am suggesting days in the same clothes. I called Tracy where i was told "My father is resistant to his care" in my opinion keeping my father, clean, warm and fed should be basics.

I've just come back from a visit today and I feel compelled to write a review.
The care team have gone above and beyond as my dear uncle receives outstanding end of life care though this saddens me I'm heartwarmed to see how kind, compassionate, and thoughtful in how the team go out of their way to

I have found the staff to be pleasant/helpful and good fun. They are always good with Tony my brother and he can be difficult sometimes & although he is bedbound the activities carer calls in every morning to say hello and have a chat. Tony seems to enjoy the food. He now considers Bentley Manor to
be his home and always refers to it as home. He has had a number of visits to Hospital and even when he returns if it late they find him something to eat although his go to snack is cereal.

Bentley Manor is a lovely care home, very modern furniture and is always well maintained by the in house maintenance team. All staff members are very welcoming, communication by the nursing staff is excellent either by telephone or on visits, updating me about my mum.
The cleaners do a very good job
of housekeeping.
The activities team are wonderful, thinking up activities for all the residents, positing sending photo's on the social media page for relatives to see, even though Mum is not taking part she is included in the room.
