My husband John has been in Madison Court 12 months now, nothing is too much trouble from all the staff, he is so well looked after, I regard all the staff as friends, John certainly is in the best home without doubt.

ALL of my mums care needs are met with individualised , compassionate and professional care. Staff are very aware of her needs and her personality and always respond to her in a very caring and professional manner. Family are always made aware of any changes to her routine and needs and are always made very welcome in the home. Thank you everyone.

My grandad was moved into Madison Court after he couldn't look after himself anymore due to dementia he has thrived in there more then I thought would be possible. The interaction with other residents in similar situations and the care provided by the staff and management of the care home are superb. These people go above and beyond for my grandad and the other residents that I have witnessed myself. The dementia care and the activities provided for the residents and my grandad are above and beyond the standards I have seen in other care homes he is doing so well in there now and all the worries I had before hand or my grandad going into a care home have gone. I finally get to see my grandad surrounded by love and care by both the staff and his neighbouring residents. A large round of applause for the Manager Bernadette and her staff.

I feel mum is receiving really good care at Madison Court, there's always something going on which I feel suits mum really well. The staff spend time with the residents and always seem happy to be there. Nothing us too much trouble, mum has been at Madison nearly 4 months and the feelings of guilt when leaving after a visit are not there anymore, she is settled

On every visit (twice weekly) I have found the client, happy, clean, nicely dressed, comfortable and is given everything she requires and requests. The staff are very pleasant and go beyond helpful. The care home is immaculate which is a credit to the girls also the men who work here are very helpful and polite. I wouldn't hessitate to reccomend.

The home is friendly and welcoming to visitors and appears to be similar to residents. Of course we are not always here to see. Food seems to be good and facilities good. I'm sure that residents would benefit from more activities and arranged outdoor time, however I know that resources are limited. I do thank that the home could be cleaned/mopped more often. I think residents could shower more. All things considered I would recommend Victoria House.

Brenda stay at Victoria Home is on has been a good experience her life quality has been improved as time has gone on she has improved in her abilities and attitude the unfortunate experience with one of the residents has been handled very professionally by the staff and Brenda has got over it now.

My sister has dementia and has lived in this care home for several years. I visit her as does my fellow OPG deputy Deborah, who is an old friend of Ann Marie. The staff are always welcoming and all areas are clean, bright and fresh. Staff are patient and always there when needed. Food is good and residents seem to acknowledge this. I personally am so pleased that my sister found a place here. There's good care and laughter shared between residents and staff.

In the short time my mother has been here she has settled reasonable well. Her own comment is that 'you have to accept' - she has commented on a few occasions that the treatment at night time is not satisfactory at times. The staff that we have met during the day are very helpful and try to make my mother's comfort as good as it can be.

I'm truly grateful for the kind, respectful and professional care my wife receives. Staff are excellent and feels like home.

My husband moved in at end of march from a home where he was on respite. After 2 days he had settled in and seemed much happier than he had been. The nurses, carers and cleaners are all amazing and always have time to speak to you with a smile nothing is too much trouble for them.

We have had very good experiences. From me mums admission to each subsequent visit. Me mum is settled happy and has lost all fear in her surroundings and environment. Her care is managed and delivered to the highest standard. All nurses, carers, domestic staff, support staffs and kitchen are amazing.

Lovely home my nan has really settled well and enjoys living here and has made some friends. It's nice to see nan settled after a dementia diagnosis that affected nan very quickley. Thank you to all staff that look after our nan.

Staff always go above and beyond to provide the best possible care for our loved ones. The environment is warm and welcoming it has quickly become not only a safe space for Ann but also for us as a family. Nothing is ever to much trouble and the support and the care we are given as a family is second to non. We wouldn't have coped the past 12 months without this amazing team around us. We feel reasured and content knowing Ann is safe and looked after but also treated as we would treat her ourselves.

My dad has been at care for the last 6mths in that time i feel very happy with the care he has received in that time and looked after well. All staff are always available if you need anything and are always happy to talk to you at anytime

From the day I met the manager I knew I had to move mum to Madison Court Care Home, where she resided for 3 1/2 years. From day one she was happy, clean, healthy and included. The management and all the staff were outstanding.They do love and a care about their residents. In mums last week she was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. For example, even though she was dying she was still washed and dressed in clean night clothes every day. The staff when going home came to say their goodbyes, many left in tears, their bond with mum was lovely to see. The care and love given to residents was also given to us through the last, hard week with professionalism and compassion. Madison Court Care Home St.Helens all round 100% outstanding.

I cannot fault the care my mum has received at Madison Court. Everyone goes above and beyond to care and also keep me fully informed.
