When too many days go by before I can visit, as happened this week, I feel worry, but consistently I find my dad comfortable, content - sometimes quite perky! Frank Foster staff are kind, friendly, courteous, patient and skilled. They work incredibly hard and look after my dad and the other residents with genuine care and the utmost respect for dignity. They have taken the time to get to know his likes and interests and make every effort to incorporate meaningful, innovative, creative activity into day-to-day life. Relatives are also involved and included as much as they ask or need to be.
