My mum is exceptionally well cared for by all at Fetcher House ! Every single member of staff go over and above to care for my mum . Her room is kept clean and tidy by a great band of folk who chat with mum about all sorts ! The carers are brilliant and nothing is toomuch trouble . They love to chat
and laugh with mum. The nurses are on the ball with meds and she gets regular checks to ensure all is well ! The kitchen staff are amazing ! Nothing too much trouble and if mum doesn't fancy dinner they will always provide a lighter option! Office staff and events staff work so hard ! Everyone always ready with a smile ! For mum now , it really is her home and I can't see how it could be better !!!! I am truly grateful to each and every one of the amazing staff who work there .

We were recommended to use Stockmoor Lodge for end of life nursing care.
All of the staff gave my uncle dignity and respect in his final days and went above and beyond in his care, they also gave us space to spend time with him which was priceless and very appreciated.

Following a stay in hospital Mum was admitted to Wyndham to be looked after. We found Wyndham to be very well run, staff were all lovely and very good at their jobs they kept Mum very comfortable and the care was second t none in my opinion.

My husband John has visited Burnworthy twice. Firstly just to look around with our daughter. Chloe greeted us. Such a freindly girl & most helpful. John attended for a trial (day) stay. Chloe was on duty again. She greeted us in the most wonderful way. Friendly - polite - & especially caring to John.

My mother in law was admitted as an emergency after a spell in hospital and needed respite. She was very weak and had lost a lot of confidence. After 3 months of excellent nurture and care, she had gained weight, gained strength, and confidence. She is less anxious and is making excellent progress.
The whole Frith family team of carers, management, administration, housekeeping and catering have been amazing! Thank you.

I can not thank the staff at Frith House enough for the care they give to my mom. The patience and reassurance you show my mum when she constantly wants to come home can not be easy to handle. The way you help her gently unpack when she has packed her bags, and how you comfort her when she is missing
her family. The dignity and care you show when she has had an accident. It means the world to me that you show such compassion. Even when she does not try to join in activities. I see how you still try to involve her. Most of all, thank you for being such kind, caring people.

Mum was moved to Cooksons Court from hospital at my request. Although mum was there for a little under a month the care she received from day 1 was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble from all staff and it made a very difficult time for us as a family bearable. The kindness support and dignity

My mother has been going for Day care to Sydenham House now for a few months, she enjoys the company of people her own age and she enjoys the varied activities. The home is always spotlessly clean, and the staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. The Managers are also very helpful and happy to
discuss anything. The gardens are lovely, and the rooms are nice, as I have checked with a view to Mam going in for respite. Mam especially likes it when the Salvation Army come to sing. I would give five stars as I think it is excellent.

I want to say a massive thank you to the exceptional carers at Frith House. They all show such compassion and empathy with the residents. My mum is always happy, comfortable and included in lots of different events and activities. They go above and beyond, especially Heather, Tracey and Christie. They
keep me informed regarding my mum. Care at every visit is exceptional.

As a family, we can not speak highly enough of Frith House, the care home my mother in law has gone into. The home is bright, clean and well maintained with lovely gardens. Immediately upon arrival, the management team were amazing. Very understanding and supportive, always available for questions &
concerns. The staff members are also very approachable and helpful. We were impressed by their dedication. The food is excellent (very nutritious) and plenty of choices, and also providing daily organised activities keeping residents active and entertained. It gives us absolute peace of mind knowing my mother in law is safe and being cared for. With no hesitation, we would highly recommend Firth House to anyone looking for this type of environment for their loved ones

Our mum has been a permanent resident since January 2025. All this time she has been always treated with care and dignity and respect. Any issue that we have had with medications, issues with room/bathroom, etc., have always been dealt with in a reasonable time frame. The staff are always friendly and
approachable. The building itself is old, which can present some problems with space available, but otherwise good.

My father came to Burnworthy House for respite care. It was very sudden. THe staff have been wonderful. Caring, friendly, professional and above all helping us on the journey. The home is well looked after and the staff take pride in what they do. We are always welcomed with a smile when visiting.

My experience coming to Cooksons Court has been so enjoyable, the home is very well run and very clean and the staff are so nice and helpful. I'm so happy my partner is staying here, she is in the best place and looked after very well.

I wanted to praise Becki, the Manager at Croft House and her wonderful team for looking after my Mum (Kay) whilst she was in their care. Mum entered Croft House on 12th May 2025 and although we encountered a rocky start Mum gradually settled in and fell in love with all the staff. The team were always
so kind and considerate, from the carers, the admin staff, the handyman, entertainments team and the cook. Mum sadly had a major stroke on 7th April which she couldn't recover from so remained at Croft House until she finally passed away on 18th. I cannot praise the team enough for the level of care they gave Mum during this time, the way they treated her with grace and dignity was wonderful to watch. Becki, although on annual leave, went over and above to make sure Mum and myself were looked after. They made the process of getting Mum ready for the funeral directors to collect her something I will never forget. It's a really tough job and in my eyes the team are all angels.
