I came to see my sister and was amazed at the change in her. Hair done, nails smart and so happy and smiling. The home and staff are fantastic. I really can't believe in the change in my sister. The home is tidy, clean and staff so great, nothing is too much trouble.

When mum came into the home for respite care, she was extremely anxious and reluctant to stay. Gradually, over the last month, she has begun to settle and relax. The staff are really amazing and offer mum their dedicated time, patience, and she benefits from the positive relationships she has formed
with them. The home is always spotlessly clean, and the food is individually prepared according to preference. I would definitely recommend the home to anyone needing residential care.

My Dad is currently being cared for at the Maple Care home in Stockton on Tees. I cannot thank every single member of staff for looking after Dad. Everybody is so kind, caring and very professional. It was one of the hardest decisions we have had to make the staff have been reassuring and so kind to
us all. The home has a loving happy atmosphere it is super clean. Thank you to all at the Maple.

My mother is currently receiving respite care at Welbourn Manor after a difficult few months. The care she has received has been very good. She has been treated with such kindness, compassion, dignity and respect. And she has blossomed in this environment. Communicate and support and encouragement from
all the staff has been very good, the room is comfortable, the food is good- we are very happy with the care at Welbourn Manor.

Mum is really happy in this care home. Staff are very good with the residents and friendly to visitors. The room and common areas all smell clean and fresh, mum's personal care is good and mum enjoys the food provided. We checked out care homes in our area before placing mum here, and we're happy that
we have made the right choice and that mum is being well cared for.

My mum has settled into life at Ditton Priors Care Centre so much easier than I ever thought possible. This is due to the lovely kind caring staff. She always looks clean and tidy as does her room. The food always looks and smells great as well. The staff are always quick to relay any changes in Mum's
condition. I couldn't be happier with Mum's care.

All the staff really care about the residents in this home, going above and beyond at times and everyone is treated with love and respect. They are well looked after and engage in many different daily activities and day trips. Gardening, baking, bingo, quizzes, dancing, singing, reading, children and
animals visiting, to name a few. They even have a hairdresser and are treated to beauty treatments. It is clean with no foul odour that some other homes have. The families of residents are kept up to date with any needs or requirements and can visit any time or take residents out. It's nice they use social media to show them enjoying their activities.
Sometimes the staff can be a little stretched, meaning some things with hygeine, clothing ect can go unnoticed and buzzers are sounding a while before being answered. Despite that the residents are happy, well fed, bathed regular and treated as individuals. I wouldn't hesitate to place another family member in there if needed.
