My parents were with you until 24-7-26, when Mum died. Dad still there since Nov 23. Mum was cared for with such dignity and love. All of the nursing and care staff are amazing and their dedication. The place is scrupulously clean and tidy all the time. We are well informed of Dad's progress and medical situation. We are confident there is no better place he could be.
My wife seems satisfied where she is, while at home or hospital she complained and got cross but no more, she is now calm and looks a lot better.
This is my 2nd experience of this home. In the intervening 7 years it has dramatically improved since the appointment of the latest manager. The end of life care was exemplary and staff provided a level provided for a cherished family member. I received a tremendous support especially from Erminia she has a good team in all her various departments. My only criticism is a policy of dispensing medication centrally from a pharmacy 10 miles away - resulting that its not available on the day its prescribed. As more than 1/2 of these homes are in Belfast that seems determential to everyones interests.
LICC was always tempoary so he eventually moved to a location closer to home and family.
Dad is still a resident there and the staff made it possible for them to be together often. Mum was so fond of the staff , so very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Thank you .
Thank you for your lovely words and for trusting us with your mum's care. It was a privilege to care for her, and she will be fondly remembered by us all at Strathearn Court.
Wee Erin activities very good girl.
The Care and attention my aunt Received over the Past 3 1/2 years was Superb. Nothing was ever to Much trouble. The staff always had time to speak with me. They contacted me if there was a problem. My Aunts Room was always clean and tidy and she was extremely well cared for. I cannot speak Highly Enough about the Staff and Management
Exceptional care, kindness and love. My mum lived at Cherryvalley Care Home for two and a half years, and I cannot praise the entire team highly enough. From the manager, nurses and carers to the kitchen, domestic, maintenance and laundry staff and hairdresser, everyone helped make it feel like home. Mum was cared for with genuine love, dignity, patience and compassion. She was truly known as a person, with her own little ways, likes and dislikes, and was always treated with warmth and respect. During her final days, the care shown to Mum and to our family was exceptional and something I will never forget. I will always be deeply grateful to everyone at Cherryvalley for making her feel safe, cherished and loved. It is everything a care home should be, and I would recommend it without hesitation.
Most staff brilliant 1 on night shift not so good.
Staff are friendly and helpful and chief nurse is knowledgeable and hardworking. There seems to be a good variety of appropriate food and appears to be of good quality. An effort is made to decorate the dining room and take residents down or outside in wheelchairs if needed. There is some encouragement of taking part in activities although I haven't witnessed any activities taking place on my visits. An information booklet for relatives would be helpful to explain how the everyday running of the home and what to provide for your family member.
Really recommend
An excellent well run home which we would not hesitate to recommend
Greerville Manor is a great place and I'm thankful for such a place. My brother has been a resident at Greerville Manor from early 2025.He has a complex medical history and at all times his medical needs have been looked after and I've been kept up to date with everything regarding his care, all the staff are amazing, they're all very friendly and approachable, there is also a lovely atmosphere in the care home.I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in my brother's care.
All the staff were absolutely fantastic, and the level of care shown to my mother was exceptional. My mum always spoke very highly of them and adored each and every one of them. I can't thank them enough for their care during her time here.
Thank you for your review, the team will be delighted by your positive feedback.
My dad was only there a short while but the care he received was amazing they couldn't do enough for him or use. It made us as a family at ease to leave him in there care an that means a lot. Very hard working. They have a lot to do personally. I could not do it. We could not thank them enough.
The staff and manager were very attentive to my wife and looked after her very well. They were also very friendly and helpful to me and fed me on many occasions when I stayed over dinner time. On the day my wife passed, the staff were all very caring and respectful of Kay and our family.
Thank you Alan for your kind comments and positive review, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I will share this with the team.
