Mums 101st birthday was made so special by the efforts of the staff. She was delighted and we ( her family) were incredibly grateful & touched by the kindness shown.
She has been so well looked after since moving into care and although it will never be home, enjoys being here

My sister has been at Lindsay House for 6 months and has settled in beautifully. We are veyr happy with the home. The staff are caring & the environment is clean, fresh, comfortable and calm. There are regular activities for residents but equally it is easy to find a quiet space and my sister really
appreciates looking out onto the lovely rural setting.

My mum moved into Dene Park House due to worsening health problems after living in her own home for more than 20 years. Despite her initial problems adjusting, the care and nursing staff have been patient, kind and understanding
Special mention must go to Julie, the activities manager, who ensures
the residents have plenty of things to do and varied activities that they all seem to enjoy. She is excellent at ensuring all residents are included
I would also like to thank Charlotte, who put our minds at rest when we were initially looking for a nursing care home for mum, and who has ensured we've been kept up to date with everything that has been going on
Although mum's time at Dene Park House was relatively short before her passing, I know she felt happy and cared for. My wife and I are so pleased we chose this as her home
Reply from Francesca MacDuff-Varley, Marketing Manager at Dene Park HouseWe are very sorry for the loss of your mum and would like to thank you for taking the time to leave such a kind and considerate review. Your lovely feedback will be passed to all the team and also the specific Colleagues you have mentioned.

The heart of Frindsbury Hall is the staff team; they are consistently lovely to our family member, relating to them with respect, dignity and humour. The stability of the team, low turnover and long service really make a difference. There's a good atmosphere, and they respond to our special requests
with humour and willingness. It may not be a 5 star luxury building, but the care provided is very heart-warming, and that's what makes the difference.

My mother has lived at Dene Park for four years. She feels happy, safe and comfortable here. All of the staff are caring and work hard. The team of nursing and care staff are kind, accommodating and ensure good care is given to the residents and are mindful of their individual needs. The domestics do
a wonderful job of keeping the care home clean as well as the residents' laundry. The food is cooked well. Any issues myself or my mother have had have always been dealt with professionally by management who are approachable and proactive.

My friend was admitted to Westerleigh Residential Home in December 2025, and from day one was treated with kindness, compassion and dignity. The staff ensured that all her needs were met. After a short stay in hospital, she returned to Westerleigh to be nursed with TLC and the best care until she sadly
passed away in April 2026. To all the staff, I will be forever grateful for their kindness and compassion shown to my dear friend in her last few months. Thank you, and remember, "you made a difference"

This is a pleasing and friendly place where staff really care for the clients. Activities are provided regularly but my brother-in-law does not participate often. Nursing care is provided tenderly and relatives are kept up to date with issues. Rooms are basic but usually kept clean. Meals are an issue:
chips nearly every day and either overcooked or beige food is served at every meal. A 1cm slice of Swiss roll is supposedly acceptable as a dessert!! Meals let this home down.
Reply from Francesca MacDuff-Varley, Marketing Manager at Pavilion CourtThank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. It's lovely to hear that you find the home to be a friendly and caring place, and that you've witnessed the compassion and attentiveness of our team. We're glad you've noticed the cleanliness of the home, and will continue to strive to maintain consistently high standards across all areas. We are, however, very sorry to hear your concerns regarding the meals. Your feedback has been noted and taken seriously. Dining is a key part of residents' daily experience, and it's important that meals are both enjoyable and nutritious. We will be sharing your comments with our catering team.
