As regular visitors to Ayresome Court we all feel supported by ALL of the staff. They are welcoming, polite, very helpful and caring. Thank you.

Wallace house is a pleasant and welcoming Place Where residents and relatives are treated with Respect and dignity. Staff are efficient and Careing and nothing is Too much Trouble. They perform their duties with a smile and an encouraging word and I have nothing but praise for them

All staff treat visitors with respect. We are made welcome on every visit. A lot of care is put on all the residents.

All the staff from management, care staff and domestics are absolutely brilliant! They all work together as 1 big team. He is always clean and usually dressed in matching tops and pants. This is important to us as a family and to J. Really satisfied with Canterbury House!!

My father William needed respite care after an operation at the end of June 2026. He was given a single en-suite bedroom with a view over the garden. The facilities were clean and worked as expected. William has not got any cognitive impairment and the nursing and auxiliary staff were brilliant at adjusting their interactions to William's needs. The nurses were often from a very experienced background and they were unfailingly kind and diligent despite very high demands. The care home manager was wise and supportive.

My father was admitted to Pavilion Court following a long stay in hospital with a new diagnosis of dementia + delirium. Unfortunately, his behaviour was very challenging and he required 1:1 support. The care home manager and the deputy were very supportive and kept us up to date with any developments regarding his care. They contacted all of the relevant health care professionals in order to ensure dad was given all of the support he needed to remain in Pavilion, rather than being moved to another home or readmitted to hospital. All of the staff have been so kind and caring especially as he has needed 1:1 support and has been quite challenging at times.

My sister is well looked after and seems happy.

P.S Inner garden is a lovely space for residents and their families but rooms and exterior of actual building (frames etc) in need of some TLC

My husband seems to be settled in his care home. All the staff are so kind and caring. He enjoys his food and the lovely garden. The activities are so good too.

Mary has been settled and relaxed. Enjoyed her time at St Marks Court.

My dad has been here 4+ years now it took a while for him to settle. but the staff persisted and eventually he settled through their patience

My Dad has received excellent care and he always says how happy he is to be there. I live abroad but every time I visit, Dad is always smiling and tells me we are lucky to have found such a great place for his care. I feel happy knowing my Dad is so well cared for.

The care in this home is absolutely fantastic and wonderful. Two of our friends were residents. They received huge dignity, beautiful care and constant genuine compassion from all staff members. The team is highly professional, going about all duties with kindness, compassion and great positive humour. They are a phenomenal team, and we thank them from our hearts. Amazing in every way.

My mother Shirley was a resident at Preswylfa for over a year and in all that time we found both the facilities and the staff to be first class we found that staff from all departments were excellent, kind, caring and often going above and beyond to look after residents, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Preswylfa

Managers Sylvia and Sharon were also very helpful in making sure administration concerns did not get in the way of the excellent care.

Excellent communication about my mum's care, always keep you updated. Mum is treated with care and compassion, and her care is proactive as her needs have changed. Her room is exceptional, clean and tidy, with appropriate facilities. Food variety is great, catering for a smaller appetite. Craft activities are many and varied, which enjoyed by my mum. Mum took a while to settle, but she has always felt safe and secure.

Since m-I-law came here almost a year ago she has been well looked after by management and staff. Food is good. She needs medical care through the night.Activities make a big difference well done to all staff. Highly recommend this care home.
