I have visited a friend who is a resident. As a former care home employee I was very impressed by the staff approach and care of the residents. My friend has shown lots of encouragement where needed and apporapriate support.The home stands out as being very well maintained and presented. Exceptionally
clean and tidy. Plenty of staff at hand and very welcoming.

The care my sister has received has been excellent at every level.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and the level of activities that are organised for the residents is varied and stimulating. But no pressure to attend or partake.

Words can not express how grateful we all are as a family for the love and care given to Ted , and also to our Mam, Sheila who spent most days visiting him until her
recent passing.

My mother in law moved into Aden Court a few months ago. From the start the staff were genuinely interested in her likes and dislikes, making a tailored care plan to acknowledge this. We were allowed to decorate her room to her taste and bring things from home to make it hers. Staff were always attentive
to her needs. We, as a family, feel very secure in the knowledge that she has been very well cared for. All staff were friendly and we were regularly asked if we needed anything. Despite my mother-in-law's declining health we were kept up to date on any changes, and things were actioned to improve the quality of her life. We are very grateful for this.

From the very first day the staff were so warm and welcoming with my mum who has mixed dementia and to all the family. They are so caring and it's reassuring to know mum is in safe hands. The team at Aden View have taken care of my mother who has dementia for 4 years to date and they have been excellent in every aspect showing compassion, attentiveness, patience and respect in all their dealings with her.
My mum is clearly very fond of the team and I have complete trust in them to
look after her welfare. It's a pleasure to visit Mum at Aden View, it's a lovely atmosphere and they genuinely feel like our extended family, I feel lucky to have her there.

Pilling House is an excellent care home and I am very happy with my fathers care. The staff are really caring and friendly and supportive and the home is extremely well run. There's always plenty of activities going on for the residents and especially at Christmas.

My partner has been at Aaron Court since November 2023 and I am more than happy with the level of care he receives. All the staff are wonderful, very friendly and have made me feel welcome from the beginning. The staff take time to talk with residents and families and do a very difficult job very well.
They
have a lovely garden area and the food is always to a high standard.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my mother-in-law received at Mandale House Care Home, especially in her final days. From her arrival, the staff treated her with kindness, ensuring she felt at home.
As she approached the end of her life, the compassion shown by
the caregivers was extraordinary. They prioritized her comfort and emotional well-being, providing reassurance during those difficult moments. Their attention to detail in her care made a significant difference.
The staff kept us informed and involved, allowing us to be present with her, which was invaluable. As we faced the sorrow of her passing, their empathy and support eased our burden immensely.
We are deeply thankful for the love and dignity they provided to my mother-in-law and our family. Mandale House Care Home is truly remarkable, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking outstanding care for their loved ones. Thank you for the kindness you showed during this challenging time

Very clean, almost hotel like feel. The staff are all very caring and attend to residents needs. The staff are attentive with dad making sure he is happy, always looking smart. Dad enjoys living here, lots going on and enjoyable the whole experience for dad has been very good. He has settled well.

The staff were amazing getting our mother settled in on her discharge from a short stay in hospital. She has settled really well and is joining in on the majority of activities.


The home is set in beautiful grounds and the views from all the windows are trees and gardens which she can safely walk

around.


We are always made welcome on visits by all the staff and quickly brought up to date on what she has been up to.


A big thank you to all the staff for all your care and support.

The home is run well. It is nice and clean and the staff are well mannered to their clients and visitors. I am waiting for a larger room as my wheelchair is fairly large due to my needs but the room I've got is nice just a bit tiny for the staff to manage to hoist easily. I am reasonably happy here.
I am also waiting for an adapted car and when it arrives my parents will be able to take me out more. At present I enjoy sitting in the courtyard when the weather is good. My parents like being there with me too.
