My father has been a resident at Aden View for over 3 years, and the care he is given is extremely good. The staff are friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble. My father has told us many times how well he is being cared for and how all his needs are met. I would not hesitate to recommend Aden View to anyone needing care for a loved one.

Mum always seems very happy. Staff very friendly. A nice place overall.

Training inadequate for staff.

My father came into this home for a period of short stay, everything we asked for he received, every staff member, from the amazing care team to the manager himself, we felt went above and beyond to ensure he was made to feel at home. We couldn't ask for better and will certainly look at future return.

My mum was fast tracked from hospital to Aden Mount. She spent the last five days of her life here. Everyone was super caring from the moment she arrived. After being treated as a 'bed number' for 4 weeks in hospital it was a relief that she was cared for so well. She was given her dignity, made comfortable and everyone treated her with respect. Her stay was short due to her ill health. The day before she passed she told me she was happy and she was convinced she had lived there a year. I couldn't ask for more.

I have only been here a short length of time but already have found all members of staff extremely kind, caring & helpful. It has been a hard transition, but everyone has tried to make this so easy as possible.

Acknowledge that there is presently outside seating both at the front and rear.

When I went to see Mum I ask one of the staff if they new were mum was as she could have in any of the three rooms straight away she told us. I feel resured that mum is cared for and safe.

My mum has been in the care home for over 3 years. I have got to know most of the staff who look after mum, who I think are brilliant and go that extra mile. All the different categories of staff are very helpful to my mum and my family. The decor inside the building and the entrance of the building is dated, and this could do with an uplift. I am not complaining; it's an observation.

It was so hard to come to terms with the fact that my lovely mum needed 24-hour care. Aaron Grange was the choice we made for her. The care my mum receives is second to none. Yes, it is an old building, but the warm feeling you get as you come through the front door is unbelievable. The staff, from management to seniors to carers, are so professional and caring. Thanks to each and every one of you for looking after my mum.

I was placed in Mandale House for rehab purposes, and my overall experience was very positve. Every one of the staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, and I came out a lot stronger than when I went in. A massive thanks to everyone.

Such a lovely home, they do so much for my Mum and other residents to keep them entertained and looked after, the staff are always so friendly when I go and visit Mum - thank you so much to you all, it has made my life so much less stressful, knowing my Mum is cared for by you all.

My mother recently moved into Simonsfield following a brief spell in hospital. This came with the obvious concern and apprehension to all our family about mum's care in her latter years. Having now settled, we genuinely need not of been so worried as the care is simply exceptional! All staff are warm, friendly but most importantly their dedication to care is second to none. All mums needs are being catered for, the home is clean, bright, serving fresh quality food and theirs always something going on. Bingo, Quiz nights, pet visits, local artists, it really is exactly how a care home should look. I can't begin to thank the team at Simonsfield enough, their job is extremely demanding and I do hope they're rewarded for it because without them the care wouldn't be the same. I have found all aspects of care for my sister excellent. The staff have a happy and caring attitude towards the patients and their families, The rooms are clean and comfortable with every facility which may be required. The food is excellent and of a very high quality and they cater for everyone's needs.
