Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I have been visiting one of the service users for approx I yr. Visiting 1 or twice a week. I have been very impressed with The Beeches. The staff are ALL very welcoming and helpful. There is always a pleasant atmosphere in the home. The place is always clean, the users have a calmness about them (content
with where they are). There are lots of activities for the service users to get involved in. In the time I have been visiting I have never had an incident to complain about.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I am incredibly relieved to have found Burton Closes Hall which is a lovely safe environment for my mother. The care is excellent and my mother, who was anxious and reluctant about moving into the home has settled in happily. Her care has been the most important concern for myself and my brother for
several years. Despite her poor health, the support she has received has seen her improving in her sense of wellbeing.
It's hugely reassuring to know that she is settled and cared for.

I can only say that everyone I have met so far in the home have been extremely helpful, socialble and professional. All the staff are friendly normally have a smile on their faces and cannot do enough for people in their care and for visitors. The building itself is always well presented and clean with
various areas for people to get out of their rooms. Wildlife around the home is abundant so they most like it as well!!

My brother came into this care home 3 weeks ago. I am active visiting care home from my church taking communion to sick people so I have first hand experience in what I see but I was so impressed with the first visit and the staff are outstanding in their welcome care of the residents and nothing is
too much trouble, I will happily recommend this care home to others, I leave feeling my brother is in well cared for.

Where do I begin? From manager, cleaners, laundry, all carers, nurses management. Everyone so kind, caring, efficient, many go the extra mile always (you know who you are). I initially came for 2 weeks respite with a view to permanent, circumstances changed and I am still here. I do not have words to
describe the empathetic care, support and love I have received from management, without their continued support I could not have coped. Way, way beyond anything anyone could expect. Big, big thank you to you all. I almost forgot to mention activities, which have improved 100% since new organiser arrived. Seems hat the sky is the limit. Nobody overlooked no matter what their needs. I have previously had respite care in several care homes in s.Yorkshire/Derbyshire which were all good. However, none could match The Limes excellent, superb, team. I can definitely whole heartedly recommend.d

From the moment my husband arrived at Ingleby care home from hospital the management and staff have gone above and beyond to make him comfortable. He has complex needs and can be very hard work they have reassured me so much. I have seen first hand how caring and supportive they are with him. He is
so relaxed with them all and it's so lovely to hear him laughing with them.
I go home with out worrying which is something I never thought would be possible
His room Is so lovely looking onto the gardens. Kept beautifully clean. I have visited a number of care homes previously which had a smell when you walked through the door. This care home is spotless with no smell at all.
The staff are very proud to work here and give 100 %..
I highly recommend Ingelby Care Home.

Wow, I wish I hadn't worried!
I have found Thornhill to be a welcoming environment, although the need of some updating, for my friend who has been there for the last 6 months and previously for respite care. I was concerned by the grade given at the last inspection, however I needn't have worried
improvements are being made at a rapid pace now and she is cared for in a welcoming safe place which she considers home (most of the time!) All staff are pleasant and happy to discuss any issues/questions I may have. Onward + upwards for the management with the staff engaged in changes being introduced. Thank you to everyone.

The home is lovely and the staff are outstanding. The only issue I have is that clothes do not come back to his room. I have started taking his washing home due to this. My husband seems to have settled in but obviously would prefer to be home. I am unsure as to wether his full medication is being given,
and need to speak about this with staff, depending on the time I get here this is sometimes not possible as staff that do the medication are not on shift to speak with.

Thank you for the review. I know we have since met and had a discussion regarding laundry and medications. If you would like to meet again or on a regular basis please do not hesitate to contact me or a member of my team and we will be more than happy to sit and chat about this. Any member of senior staff can discuss medication with you as per the prescribed MAR charts.

My father was moved into Aden Court from hospital, this was a huge change for my dad, and as he has only been there for a couple of weeks, I have been impressed by all the staff from the back office staff to the manager and if course the health care nurses and care staff. My father has been treated
with dignity and respect. I will provide a further update once he has been in a little longer, but as it stands I may just have to move the star rating up to 5.

From entry to exit, I found the staff to be both welcoming and engaging. They displayed care and attention to all the residents present during the visit. all their needs are met wherever possible.

The manager was, from the 1st day of meeting home to carry our an assessment, a completely knowledgable, yet kind and understanding professional. She clearly influences her staff & colleagues with the same attitude and
demeanour. My brother is settled, happy & so well cared for. I will be forever grateful to the whole team for the way they look after my beloved brother.
