Mum not able to join in many activities but there is always something for residents to do.

My mother has been at Droitwich Mews for a little over two years, and she is thriving there. She fills each day with a variety of activities and particularly enjoys the arts and crafts sessions. When I visit I am always greeted by cheerful staff who always show great care towards my mother and have a thorough knowledge of her needs, likes and dislikes. My mother loves being at Droitwich Mews, and tells me she feels safe there, which is all I could ask.

The first time I walked in to enquire about my mother coming to Droitwich Mews I noticed the bright, clean entrance and then was greeted by a smiling, friendly way by Cindy on reception. The following day we bought my mum to look around. The atmosphere in the home had a positive vibe from staff. Beautiful rooms and facilities plus lots of activities which is what my mum needed. After just a week in respite my mum has made friends, joined in with activities & is eating well. Staff really do care about the residents. An excellent care home.

My husband continues to have the best care I could wish for from Droitwich Mews. The warmth kindness and care from every member of staff has never wavered. Staff are their for you when you feel low in spirits and are also ready to share the happy events you have. It really is like having an extended family, cannot think what I would do without them

As soon as I stepped through the door at Droitwich Mews Care home, it felt welcoming and friendly. The home has an 'alive' feel about it and the staff and residents seem genuinely happy. we decided it was the place for Mum to stay. She is settling in and being treated by staff & carers very well. The food is excellent and nutritious too.

Everyone at Droitwich Mews, from reception to the carers on mums floor are always welcoming, polite and up beat. The home always feels full of happiness and fun. The activities seem plentiful and mum is always encouraged to join in.

My mother has been with Droitwich Mews since April 2022. I am very happy with the way which my mother is treated and very well looked after. The staff are always friendly, polite and professional. The rooms are kept clean and tidy.

We have been very impressed with the team at Droitwich Mews who provide excellent and personal tailored care with great understanding of each individual resident. The home is comfortable, well presented and maintained - a lovely place to live and visit and you can be sure of a warm, friendly greeting on arrival. Our mum had some challenges on arrival but the team have been flexible and helpful in finding the right care for her. Thank you all, the whole team. We now have some peace of mind!

The welcome card and fruit were a lovely touch. All the teams were excellent, friendly, efficient, professional, nothing too much trouble. The food was excellent: presentation, quality and choice. Facilities were good (I would have liked an exercise bike). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. In the words of Arnie, "I'll be back".

I have been at Droitwich Mews for nearly two years now. I have met some wonderful people in the home. The carers are wonderful also, and I feel very safe in their hands. The activity team are very good and keep everyone busy. I can and will always recommend the home to anyone, it is truly lovely. I feel very lucky.

Droitwich Mews Care Home is excellent in every aspect, the staff are very kind, approachable, friendly, and I am very happy with the care they provide for my sister.

I'm always so impressed with this wonderful care home - Droitwich Mews - as the staff are very caring and always cheerful and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they make a huge effort with the activities available to residents and the general calm ambience in the home. All the staff should be congratulated on the fantastic job they do every day. They are an absolute credit to their profession.

One year on and I am still so pleased that I chose Droitwich Mews for my dad. The whole team are totally dedicated and always cheerful, even when times are testing! The staff not only care very well for their residents but they also support and involve the relatives too. There is always a warm welcome for visitors and Droitwich Mews now feels like my second home.

The care and kindness have been wonderful. The staff all do everything they can to help.

My wife has only been resident for 3 months and assessments have been based on early impressions.The staff and management have been welcoming and friendly.The food has been excellent and a lunch box was provided when my wife had to go for a scan at hospital.

My mother has been a resident for 4 years and every time I go to visit her I find the staff very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of activities which are great for the residents as they all light up when there is a sing-along.

Overall, we are very pleased with mum's care. The care staff are all lovely and mum is very fond of them. We are aware that measures are in place to improve the experience for visitors too! The car park being lined has made a massive difference. Also, the re-arranging of the bistro area, with another table added, and a seperate cake and juice station. One area that needs addressing is the huge trees which border the houses. Mum's room is noticably gloomier with daylight being overshaowed by their size and overhang!!
