Staff are all very friendly and kind.

I visit St Giles Care Home once a week and find the staff very friendly and caring towards the residents. The home is always clean and tidy. The garden is neat and tidy and plenty of seating area. There are some nice rooms for sitting with visitors like the Library which is well stocked and lounge areas.

Having visited a number of other care homes previously, I appreciated the excellent decor, bright natural light, fabulous outdoor areas and the wonderful singing session I got to witness / join in with. Exceptionally impressive!

It goes without saying that my husband has been in Albion Court 3 times now for respite, and he seems happy when in there. The music activity is something that goes down really well and brings a bit of sunshine into people's lives,

My sister has been a resident at Birchmere for 18 months, living with Alzheimers Dementia. She increasingly became more vulnerable, but now she is in a safe, caring environment who are ultimately supportive and respectful with the whole team at Birchmere providing her with agreat quality of life. The many varied activities provided each day, such as organised walks, quizzes, visiting entertainers, it's all about the individual. And of course the chef with the varied, quality menu. I have also been priveleged to sample.

I've seen firsthand how the resident are included in normal day-to-day activities like Christmas birthday parties Easter and even football. The Care team work extremely hard I have witnessed and are very kind and calming to the resident.

Really welcoming home. Staff always stop to say hello. Non-family members who visit always comment on this. Carers go the extra mile. We said we would never place mom (or dad) in a home but due to circumstances had to. Mom feels safe and secure in her room. Any little problems that may arise are always dealt with. Always feel a little sorry for carers as they work so hard and as with all care home, more staff would be ideal but the carers always remain cheerful and couldn'y be more kind and caring.

I think St Giles has been my moms life line we are so grateful to all the staff. Everyone works so hard.

I am very happy with the care my mother receives at St Giles Care Home. Everyone is very friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble, It is good to see my mother so well cared for.

Bathroom floor needs to be cleaned more often as very wee stained and smells often, otherwise room lovely!

I spent 2 periods in Birchmere House for respite care while my wife had 2 cataract operations. Due to a TIA I had to return to B. H. a few days earlier than planned. I was welcomed back warmly and moved to the nursing floor to accommodate my additional needs. My main criticism is the delay in dealing with my severe diarrhoea during my 2nd stay, and while feeling particularly ill, I found the loud and persistent call bells very trying. I was particularly grateful for the courteous care and attention I had from the Bangladeshi carers who gave me my showers. Full marks to the chef and staff for the personal attention to my very strict dietary needs. I will readily recommend B. H to friends needing care

- By the end of his stay he was happy, enjoyed people's company & activities, but he was desparate to get home. When the time comes he will certainly return to Bourn View.

It is so nice to come back time and again to Albion Court as a return respite. The care and consideration shown to dads care and our family is second to none. This is Dad's third stay at Albion Court. He likes to see the same faces and loves the trains going past. I personally love all the singers and creative ideas to keep all residents happy.

It was with great pleasure to see the cleanliness of the place with wonderful and helpful management and staff. The response time was great for our needs and requirements. It's just brilliant to have no worries or concerns as this is handled so good by the people who run the organisation.

All the staff at Clare Court are very polite and friendly and supportive I cant fault the care my Auntie has had if she has an accident they will phone me and let me . She has 3 meals a day and there is always a menu for you to view to see what meals are on for that day . I cant fault Clare Court at all

As a family we have been actively encouraged to visit and made extremely welcome. I have and would continue to recommend Birchmere Mews as a centre of excellence.

My mother has been a resident 7 months now and overall we have been extremely pleased. The staff are attentive and always treat each resident as an individual with their own needs and personalities whilst providing profession care. The well-being co-ordinators go out of their way greet, encourage, empathise and stimulate the residents - giving them a hug, or just holding their hand. What surprised and touched me was how the staff are also aware of the needs and feelings of the family and help us through what is sometimes a tricky and upsetting time. Thank you to everyone
