I love that when visiting my mum, we are welcomed into the homely reception area. Since Mum arrived around six months ago, I have gradually seen her more settled and relaxed, and so lovely seeing her engaged with activities, especially with her best friend Helen. Majority of the staff are amazing, and go out of their way with caring for Mum.

What impresses me most about the Wimbledon Common Care Home is the welcome one receives from the charming ladies on reception, plus the fact that so many of the staff are the same as when Andrew first became a resident over 2 years ago.

We are so happy our mother is here at Wimbledon Avery. The care & staff are exemplary. The atmosphere is very happy. And our mother is very content and well cared for. I can't say enough good things about Avery.

lovely Home, Staff alway Smiling & Kind. The place is spotless, patients look clean & Tidy. Food & Food Hall, is Clean, and food is Very Nutritious, with a good menu to choose from. Rooms are clean & Spacious. There are lots of activities for the patients to attend. Overall the Home is excellent, Its like one big family, you get to know everyone here.

My mum has settled in so amazingly well after 2 weeks of respite. She loves it so much that she is now a permanent resident. All the staff have been so wonderful and care for my mum so well. I couldn't be happier!

For approaching 3 years my mum has been cared for lovingly by the staff at Wimbledon Common Care Home. Without exception, the staff have respected and been kind to Mum. They have listened when we have spoken to them and adapted to Mum's changing needs. At every visit Mum has greeted me with a smile. She is happy. That says all that is necessary xx

My mother-in law has been here for about the past 3-4 months. The care she receives is excellent, the staff are very helpful + friendly. Entertainment also good.

I can't thank the staff enough.

We have had my father here for one week and he has improved immensely. This is due to the highly trained and empathetic staff and nurses, as well as the very welcoming atmosphere (for residents and their family) from all, including management.

Staff made transition into Hamstead Care Home smooth + stress free. Abi was 100% supportive and really genuine in making my father's move facile and supportive. Helen is also very welcoming. Nurses on the 3rd floor are excellent especially Nartella - she is a pro, Natalie is super attentive and very proactive

They are both settling well and will be back again soon.

If we need mum to be got up early the staff will willing to do it eg for a family christening in a church

A very lovely and welcoming home. I have been truly impressed by how hardworking, compassionate and caring all the care assistants are. It is clear that they put a great deal of heart into looking after the residents, often under very demanding circumstances.

I would particularly like to mention Hinaben from the entertainment team. She provides such a meaningful and essential service, especially to those residents who are bedbound and may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in activities. She takes the time to visit them personally, read holy scripture and pray with them. Her kindness, patience and genuine care bring comfort and warmth to the residents. She is a wonderful asset to the home and deserves recognition for the difference she makes.

My only concern is regarding communication and management from those in senior positions towards the carers. The carers work incredibly hard and are often dealing with staff shortages, yet they continue to give their best and care

When Mum needed to go to hospital Oxana was more than helpful. We were very grateful.

Excellent care home. Clean and polite staff. I am reassured mum is getting the best care 24/7. 10* if not more.

This is the second time I have used Frognal house for respite care so obviously was very satisfied as I used it again this August. All the staff that I had anything to do with were polite, conscientious, and caring.
