My dad was at Frognal house for about a year and then he needed nursing care, so he had to move. While at Frognal House he went slowly downhill. This may not be specific to this place, but there were not enough staff to help with aiding the residents with walking and staying active. When dad tried to go for a walk outside he was discouraged as there were not enough staff to supervise him. So he sat in a chair and got slowly less mobile and less active and then he had a stroke. The regular staff at FH were mostly good and helpful however the management team were evasive, would meet with you, but then nothing would happen afterwards. Emails were ignored and went unanswered for 2-3 weeks and when you chased you might get answer. Plus, it is a residential home, and so only really offers light care. They have recently had a refurb, and so the common rooms are very nice and the dining area is much nicer than it was.

My Mother in Law came into Beckenham Park Care Home for a three week respite care stay. It was her second respite care stay this year and she was only too happy to return. Both her and our experience has been excellent. It is a caring and professional environment with cheerful staff and a comprehensive activity and entertainment programme. It is so important to place your loved ones in a safe and happy environment when you have to leave them. This is such a place and it speaks volumes that my Mother in Law keeps asking if we have a holiday booked as she is happy to return again. I would highly recommend Beckenham Park Care Home.

Mum was deteriorating at home slowly and was put in a difficult position after a fire. Adelaide expedited a fast transition into respite care and mum and all our family are delighted to see her thriving. All of the staff are excellent in their roles. Mum has fully embraced the care she now receives and the family are reassured that she is safe and being very well taken care of. We all feel so lucky to have been added to the family at Adelaide

My sister and I are extremely grateful to Avery Wimbledon Common for looking after our mum. She has Alzheimer's and the transition into the home as a resident was an extremely challenging adjustment. They took great care and patience in supporting her, persisting with her difficult behaviour, and over time she transformed into a completely different person embracing all the support and activities that were provided to help her. We are so grateful for their kindness and can't thank them enough for navigating this illness with us.

Incredibly well organised, and such fun.

I find all the staff very approachable, and I receive clear explanations from knowledgeable team members at all levels throughout the care home. The staff and the teams are very friendly and engage in conversation freely.

Ive been to the Adelaide Care Home numerous times now to see my friend Kit. She has only been there a short time but each time I visit I find the home to be very clean and tidy. The staff are always attentive to Kit & myself and on top of all very friendly. They make a real effort to do anything that is asked. My visit today 'Sobu' spoke to me numerous times and remembered my name which I told her when I arrived, after all the people she must see I found this admirable. Such a lovely lady

There are always activities for the residents to enjoy and participate in.

Mum is well cared for in pleasant and airy accomodation. Staff are very helpful + willing, + caring. look after the clients + visiting family well.

My uncle has settled in nicely in a lovely room and the people around him care.

Very accomodating and pleasant Staff. Everybody is Very helpful. The Carehome is always clean. The Carers are always good with the people staying here. They are always attentive to the needs of the people staying here. There is always Smiles which makes you feel good. Management are always pleasant and ready to help and sort things out. A good experience all round

My Nan spent a lovely 2 weeks at Beckenham Park when my parents went on holiday. I visited Nan at the weekends and had lunch with her and took her out into the Gardens. It was clear she was very well looked after by all the staff and felt very safe whilst my parents were away.

My mum came in for respite after being hospitalised and a bad fall. She feels very safe here, all the staff have been amazing and she is very happy to stay. Have been so helpful during this transition for my mum.

There are many activities every day, which is very good for stimulating the residents. Mum especially enjoys the music and dance events.

My mum has moved into Frongal House. The staff and management have been excellent, making mum's move smooth and efficient. Overall, very impressed with staff from excellent management down to nurses and care. Mum is very happy with food, activities, and overall care from everyone who are friendly and caring.

My husband enjoyed every day at Birchwood Grange. The staff couldn't do enough for him, alway's had a smile on their face's. His room was cleaned every day. My husband has Parkinson's his needs are great, nothing was to much trouble for the staff.

The team here are on top of all her social and medical needs.

Zero concerns. Staff are all helpful and respectful to my mum. By all accounts food is great (important for mum mum!!) and the place is always clean and tidy.

I have found Frognal House to be an excellent place for my mother. The place is always clean and tidy. The staff are excellent, they are all happy and do their job with a smile at all times. My mum has told me that the food is great.
