From the first tele call I made to enquire about the home, my wife and I have been treated with so much respect and help that it was obviously the place for her. The home is superb in every aspect; staff, rooms, service, gardens, food, etc, are exceptional.
The welcome on first admission was such
a happy one, and my wife was thrilled to bits. I know we have made a good choice.

Hampstead Court is a wonderful place. There are so many amenities, and the staff are all so friendly, helpful, and supportive. My nan has made lots of friends, and they all sit together for tea, and again at lunch and dinner. They even have cheese and wine nights. My nan now has more of a social life
than myself and mum put together. There is always something going on here, cinema evenings, sing-alongs, gardening, art and yoga. My nan always seems like she is having fun, and it's so nice to see her so social and busy with fun activities.
Reply from Helene Cross, General Manager at Hampstead Court Care Home - Avery Collection

We are so pleased to hear that your Nan is enjoying her time here at Hampstead Court. We try very hard to include all of our residents in all of the activities on offer and I am delighted to find out that she is making good friends here and having fun.

My mother is 92 years old and suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The situation became so bad that I could not leave her alone for even 10 minutes at home. My family were very distressed that a care home was our only option. As soon as we visited Hampstead Court, we knew she would be fine. All the staff
are wonderful and caring, and they really do love all the residents. The facilities are like a 5 star resort hotel, and my mum does seem to be really happy. She has met lots of nice friends, and they enjoy loads of activities and social gatherings. Thank you so much.

Leaving a loved one in a home is a difficult decision. But when this home is clean, bright and welcoming it is a little easier. I was impressed by the genuine warm welcome of the staff always willing to help. This home is well organised, adequately staffed by genuine carers who do not look stressed,
and care for the residents always with a smile, encouraging support and kindness. It makes one feel good and inspired to leave their relative in a decent place - a home from home. Even the residents, despite whatever is wrong with them, look contented. It has surely taken a lot of effort to give this level of care. Thank you all!

My mother started living at Adelaide at the end of July. From the very start of her stay, she has been cared for by all members of staff, and they are so kind and helpful. Before Adelaide, mum was living on her own and could not cope. It's so comforting to know mum is now happy and cared for by so well.
The home is so clean, the food looks lovely, and mum is kept clean at all times. We cannot thank Adelaide enough for making us all so happy and for everything they have done to make the move so easy.

A modern home but only geared up for residential very mild dementia care. If you have any sort of more serious dementia do not go to this home they are not geared up for and cannot cope with real dementia. They did not treat my wife with particular kindness but were very impersonal.

My husband has dementia and is bedbound. Adelaide has been his home since January this year. I visit almost every day, and I couldn't wish for better care for him. All the staff are incredible and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are kind, friendly, caring and professional. The nursing staff
always keep me up to date with his care. Knowing he is safe and well cared for is a huge comfort, as moving someone you love into a care home is a difficult decision. I highly recommend Adelaide. Thank you all.

The home is beautiful, very modern, well looked after; very clean, organised. I describe it to other people as being more like a 5 star hotel.
