her very demanding of the carers time but they always treated her with love, empathy for her situation and great respect. So much so that we as a family have all grown so fond of them they too will be missed by us.

I couldn't have asked for better care during Mums last days. The manager Stacey and all her staff were so wonderful to Mum she grew to have genuine love for them and it was very obvious to us that a great many of them felt the same for Mum.

The whole team of staff all engage thoroughly with residents as this is modelled by the Care Home Manager and her very capable team - there is very much an open door policy and senior managerial staff are very much aware of the needs of individual residents, as they engage with them daily in meaningful ways. My mother absolutely loves the variety of weekly quality activities - including visiting singers, visits from animals, trips out, quality crafts, and in house cinema to name but a few. The whole team here gels well, including the compassionate customer liaison manager, the very obliging facilities manager and the creative lead chef who makes amazing gluten free dishes.

easy to navigate (I had MANY questions), and without exception ALL staff gave a friendly greeting!
My husband was very well cared for whilst I was away, as was reported to me by visitors.
When I returned to collect him he was clean and tidy and said he had enjoyed his stay and in particular the food! Staff were able to give me an update as to how he had been. I will have no hesitation in recommending this home and hope to use their services again.

a week of coming and viewing the home Mum moved over.
I was initially worried about how she would settle in due to her Alzheimer's change can be extremely unsettling. My concern was unfounded, she has settled in amazing and is actually flourishing since moving in. The staff are amazing, really attentive and caring and nothing is forced at all. The food is restaurant quality and she is actually eating really well now. I cannot sing this home's praises enough. I have my mum back. My only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. I can highly recommend Waterhouse Manor to anyone looking for somewhere that truly genuinely cares for the residents. I never have to worry about Mum anymore.

The front-of-house team are extremely responsive, answering all of our many questions and getting things sorted. I can't wait to take Mum to the cinema room, she loved going to the top floor and looking out at the sunset from the glass-walled balcony, Mum was even planning a party there in June 25. The premises are top-notch, so clean, so inviting and comfortable. We did look around a number of care homes prior to Mum moving and no other care home came up to the level of Waterhouse.
