My Dad is very happy and his needs are met very well

Overall good but a few things we weren't happy with but were sorted so hopefully moving forward will give 5 stars. The staff are lovely all friendly make you feel welcome, food is great & a great choice every day for everyone. They cater for all tastes .3 course for dinner & teatimes

I have been here on a three week total respite as recommended following hospital stay & operation. I have been wonderfully looked after by staff during the day & also at night. They have all been marvellous. I could not have been better looked after anywhere from staff are kind, caring, attentive, and always ready to care for you should you need some extra help. I am home then delighted I chose to stay here. I cannot comment on management as I didn't see any of them during my stay and no one at that level ever checked on me.

All the staff can not be anymore professional and kind they are brilliant with my mum and everyone in there they are so kind when my old man goes in to see my mum they are all so good I am not just saying this but I am so glad my mum is there she is in the right place and Donna is the beat

All I can say is Dukes Court and it's staff are amazing!! The home is like a 5 star hotel, with great activities for the residents, it is beyond clean, absolutely spotless. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive & passionate about what they do. The management Team are outstanding, ensuring the home is run seamlessly whilst maintaining a warm & loving atmosphere. finding the right care home is extremely daunting but Dukes Court has been an absolute blessing! A very special place with special staff. Thank you.

I would certainly recommend Seagrave House.

He always loved being a resident, and joined in with many activities, but especially enjoyed the musical moments, and the home at Christmas time was joyful.

My mum was a resident at Seagrave for only 5 weeks & sadly died last week. Seagrave is beautiful + more like a hotel than a care home, the staff are amazing, helpful, friendly, compassionate & caring. A huge thankyou to management & all the team at Seagrave.

I cannot thank them enough - from care staff, to all staff who make my husbands life possible.

My dad moved into Dukes Court after a long stay in hospital - unable to go home as no longer safe - lots of risks at home. Dukes Court I have found to be the perfect home - with loving, kind, professional staff who, within 1 week, understood my Dad's needs and wishes; medical and physical. It's a comfortable environment that my dad feels safe in and has already started to interact with others and put on weight. Thank you.

Jean has been at the care home since October and it's a lovely care home. Not just for the facilities but for the staff and activities. It has made a huge difference to her quality of life moving her here and the family love coming to see her. From moment you walk in to when you leave an excellent experience for the residentsand visitors. Thank you for all that you do!

The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble ,these fabulous carers and nurses tend to all dads needs I would highly recommend avery to anyone who needs care , they put all your worries to ease ...I would like to personally thank every member of staff here at Avery .........

Mum has been at Ashurst news for 5 years and although it has been through many changes she is happy there. However we are concerned that we have to monitor her for sores and get her care plan changed as her health deteriorates. The difference too when certain senior staff is in to others. Also the entertainment compared to another home ( mother in laws home) is really lacking with lots of people bored in the afternoon - especially at weekends. Not many staff in then either.

Frist class care for my wife with dementia.

Heidi and her team at Squires Mews demonstrate a caring attitude, a strong work ethic and attention to detail in everything we have seen since mum moved in some nine months ago.

All families taking the big decision to place a loved one in their care should be reassured of kindness and patience - and that's accompanied by a sense of security - so important to us as we do not live locally.

We receive a weekly activity calendar that we circulate to trusted friends, so they can arrange their visits around the daily events mum enjoys.

It is the best decision this family has made, ensuring mum is in a comfortable and safe place, where she's made new friends and enjoys an active, and fun life.

Fantastic, clear explanation of the care mum is receiving. Mum is clearly monitored each day and we were made aware of the activities she attends. Great facilities on site. Good selection of food, and great surroundings.

We couldn't be happier with the care our mum receives here. The staff are genuinely kind, patient, and treat her with real dignity and respect. They have taken the time to understand her needs and personality, which has made her feel comfortable. We feel that the standard of care is excellent, with great communication, clear and reassuring. We feel confident knowing she is in safe and capable hands. We are incredibly grateful to all the staff members.

Since my Review posted June 2025 the consistently high standards have been maintained, especially as regards individual personal care, attention and welfare for my wife who has been resident for nearly 2 years and receives Dementia Nursing Care. The initial impressions of the high quality establishment and surroundings are validated and then surpassed by the evident competence, continuous training and development, and overall professionalism of all staff in all roles. My high regard can be summarized by "if I should ever need such care, then please let it be at Spencer House".
