All staff exceptional. Can't thank them enough.

Just the knowledge that mum is being cared for, given time to chat, medication administered correctly, and many other small considerations make it feel as though she is part of an extended family.

I have had a very rewarding experience. All the staff are excellent & caring. Polite, friendly.

Overall we find the home very satisfactory. Food is acceptable but inconsistent in standard. The level of care is very good and we have been impressed with the excellent laundry facilities. Mother feels well cared for and very safe. She looks after herself and rarely has to ask for assistance. Overall she is very happy in Dukes Court

We have been very pleased with the care my aunt has received during her respite stay at Ashurst Mews. From the beginning, the staff have been friendly, welcoming and helpful, and have made a real effort to help her settle in.

What has impressed us most is the way residents are treated as individuals. The staff take time to get to know them, understand their needs and preferences, and treat them with kindness, patience and dignity.

My aunt had lost too much weight while she was in hospital, so it has been lovely to see her eating well again and putting some weight back on. She now really looks forward to mealtimes.

Communication with us as a family has also been very good, and staff are always approachable and happy to help. Ashurst Mews has a warm, friendly atmosphere and we have gained a great deal of confidence in the care they provide. A big thank you to everyone for looking after my aunt so well.

Cliftonville Care Home looked after my mother for 18 months with care and compassion. The staff were always very welcoming to the whole family. The communal lounge spaces were well maintained and a pleasant place to have a cuppa together.

Mum was lucky enough to be a resident here for the last 2 years. She loved it at Cliftonville. The staff are amazing she loved all of them. She loved the Pink ladies when she could participate. We always found all the staff very helpful & caring. Thanks for all the help & understanding when she passed. Thank you all and keep up the good work

My dad went in there for the first time this month & from the moment we entered the home the staff was very friendly & welcoming & was such a lovely surprise to have the welcome flowers waiting for him once he arrived once walking around we noticed it was very clean all the staff there do an amazing job & we definitely felt very positive leaving dad in there hands thankyou all so much again

I visit my mother and when I do the home is spotless but the highlight is the staff They are all fantastic, attitude, helpfulness and general demeanor is first class.

We are extremely well & looked after. The Staff are fantastic and couldn't do enough for us.

All staff are very friendly, considerate and appear very caring. Lovely to see the spontaneous interaction with residents when they meet them un-expectedly.

The staff at Glenmoor are outstanding - they're so patient, engaging and caring to all the residents. Nothing is too much of an ask for them. The care home is also always so clean and well looked after. We wouldn't wish for my gran to be cared for anywhere else. It's like an extension to our family.

All the staff I've met so far are very friendly, helpful and understanding of my dads needs and the family when we have any questions or concerns, there are plenty of activities every day so there's something for everyone to join in with
