I cannot thank everybody at Squires Mews for the care my father is receiving. His circumstances have changed since the new year and all the staff have helped us adjust. I would also like to thank Avery for accommodating my father and his care package. If only the NHS could be so considerate. I would
have no problem in recommending Avery and especially Squires Mews. They are a credit to your company.

Cliftonville Care Home - Avery Healthcare

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My mother was moved from hospital to Cliftonville in late February for palliative care. From the moment we arrived, both mum and the family were treated with the utmost care and respect. The nurses and carers and support staff were so kind and made mums final weeks as happy and as comfortable as possible.
Sadly, she has just passed but the extra care given on the night of her passing was beyond anything I could have wished for.
I would very happily recommend Cliftonville to anyone who needs their services. It was a joy to watch the teams there, speak and interact with all of the other patients and assist them in every way. They go out of their way to entertain residents and make their stay, a very happy one.
Reply from Tomy Abraham, General Manager at Cliftonville Care Home - Avery HealthcareDear Lynne,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartfelt review.
It means a great deal to us to know that your mother, and all of you, felt cared for and respected during such a difficult time. We will be sure to pass on your lovely feedback to our nurses, carers, and support staff, who will be deeply touched to know the difference they made.
We are honoured to have been able to support your mother and your family, and we are grateful for your recommendation. Please accept our warmest thoughts during this time.

My dad has been at Dukes Court since 16/2/26. He has been for respite care in the past and he loves the place. Everyone knows him and now he is a resident he is in his element. The staff are wonderful. Caring and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they encourage Dad to get involved with the activities.
Dukes Court is a wonderful care home and the care provided is superb. Thank you.

My mother used this service for restbite. It is the third carehome in the last six months as she has both physical, and mental needs due to her progressive vascular dementia and Alzheimer's. In the past her physical needs have been neglected and she returned home with raw, sore skin.
The very day we
arrived at Dukes Court I was informed that they had preordered her barrier cream from her GP. The care, attention and kindness has been outstanding and as a family we could not be happier. We have decided that this will now be her permanent home.
Reply from Claire Keen, Home Manager at Dukes Court Care Home - Avery HealthcareThank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly grateful for your kind words. It means a great deal to our whole team to know that your mother felt supported and cared for from the moment she arrived.
We understand how important it is for families to feel confident that their loved one's physical and emotional needs are being met, especially when previous experiences have been difficult. Knowing that you felt reassured right away, and that the steps we took to support your mother's comfort were noticed, is incredibly meaningful.
Our staff take great pride in providing compassionate, attentive care, and your feedback is a wonderful reminder of why we do what we do. We are honoured that you have chosen Dukes Court as your mother's permanent home, and we will continue to do everything we can to ensure she feels safe, respected, and well looked after.

We moved our Uncle from Kidderminster to here, so he could be near to us. He had been in hospital for 5 months and needed nursing care. My Dad has been at Glenmoor for just under a year now and I can fully recommend Glenmoor.
The main reason is that the team there live up to their job titles of carers in that they actually care about their residents, and this is from all the team - management, reception, entertainment, house keeping,
kitchen staff and of course the wonderful carers. Whenever I visit the atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed and has a good feel to the visit.

First I have spent a lot of time looking at Care Homes for family and visiting them afterwards at different parts of country.
Cliftonville was the last one I inspected out of Ten care homes
My experience after 9 months, I can only say that in all respects Cliftonville is exceptional, even my wife
who comes in and out of Dementia has praised them all.
Finding a care home is emotionally difficult, there are some care homes I would just say avoid.
I would just say to all staff at Cliftonville care home a big hug.
I have been Married 54 years now and my wife will always be my sweetheart.
So that's how important trusting her care is.
Cliftonville 11/10
