The home provides excellent care to all its residents. My friend is very happy and enjoys all the activities the home provides. The staff are 2nd to none, providing caring and professional services equally across all residents. The staff treat everybody with dignity no matter what the circumstances.

We are relieved that Mum and Dad are so well looked after. All their needs are met, and they are well looked after and happy. Mum enjoys the activities and day out.

I cannot rate Southbourne Beach highly enough. My mother has been a resident for 4 months now and it is such a relief not to be worrying about her. She settled in really quickly, is well cared for in really comfortable surroundings, and there are always plenty of helpful smiling staff around when needed. The activities team put on a wide range of pursuits so residents have plenty to amuse them if they want to join in - or they can just sit and watch without being pressured. The whole care team deserve praise.

My parents are brilliantly looked after by kind, happy staff. They are always supportive and encouraging despite my parents being sometimes difficult. The whole place is very well laid out, welcoming and caring.

Comparing experience with last home visited this place is like a friendly hotel. Maintenance dealt with quickly. Hard to leave my own home but I know I'm safe and cared for here.

I cannot rate this place enough- after having a bad experience in previous home I am so pleased we viewed Southbourne Beach. Friendly, clean, caring, amazing food, wide range of activities and trips out. Overall extremely pleased that my father is in a safe environment. Staff are so lovely and have time to chat with residents. They seem to know everyone's name.

Westbourne Tower is always a joy to visit, friendly, clean + welcoming. Always feels more like a hotel than a care home. I find mum is being cared for with sensitivity, dignity + respect which is a huge comfort to me. Thank you.

My experience has been pleasant and at the same time overpowering! I was at first very ill and confused with the badly broken arm, couldn't stand up and in great pain all over! Your excellent nursing staff have "sorted me out", and I can now start to relax and enjoy my "new home".

The care and help is extremely good and all the staff are very attentive. I feel that Mary is in the best possible environment for her needs. The rooms are clean and spacious with good facilities. I would recommend Westbourne Tower to any potential residents. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.

The care of all the staff is first class. Everyone is attentive and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. I feel that mum is in safe hands and is receiving the best possible care and help. The rooms and facilities are very good, and the whole building is clean and well-maintained. Any concerns are acted on promptly and helpfully. There is a positive air to the whole place.

She easily coped with occasional reluctance from a resident and made the very large group individual. I've always found the care staff professional and welcoming. This session demonstrated the quality of the therapeutic activities.

Mum had her hair cut, nails checked by the in house chiropodist and her daily paper.

We have been very pleased with the care given to our mother. The staff are so attentive and and warm. The home is a hive of activity it is also as amazingly attractive building with gardens and terraces. Just feel the right place for mum.
