I cannot rate this place enough- after having a bad experience in previous home I am so pleased we viewed Southbourne Beach. Friendly, clean, caring, amazing food, wide range of activities and trips out. Overall extremely pleased that my father is in a safe environment. Staff are so lovely and have
time to chat with residents. They seem to know everyone's name.

Westbourne Tower is always a joy to visit, friendly, clean + welcoming. Always feels more like a hotel than a care home. I find mum is being cared for with sensitivity, dignity + respect which is a huge comfort to me. Thank you.

My experience has been pleasant and at the same time overpowering! I was at first very ill and confused with the badly broken arm, couldn't stand up and in great pain all over! Your excellent nursing staff have "sorted me out", and I can now start to relax and enjoy my "new home".

Since my husband has been at Southbourne Beach Care Home he has improved immensely. The staff are kind and caring and so patient. Morgan is an excellent manager and nothing is too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend Southbourne Beach Care Home to anybody seeking care.

We're very grateful for the excellent care that Dad has received at Southbourne Beach Care Home. Morgyn is an excellent manager, nothing is too much trouble, and everything that we've needed for Dad's care after a brain injury we've received. I highly recommend this care home, having experienced poor
care at 2 previous homes. Thanks to all the staff.

The care and help is extremely good and all the staff are very attentive. I feel that Mary is in the best possible environment for her needs. The rooms are clean and spacious with good facilities. I would recommend Westbourne Tower to any potential residents. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.

The care of all the staff is first class. Everyone is attentive and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. I feel that mum is in safe hands and is receiving the best possible care and help. The rooms and facilities are very good, and the whole building is clean and well-maintained. Any concerns are
acted on promptly and helpfully. There is a positive air to the whole place.

I chose to join in time for Mum to join in with the yoga session. It was led by Molly, who I thought was outstanding in terms of her calm and friendly manner, clarity, recognition of each resident by name when they made any effort and positive approach.
She easily coped with occasional reluctance
from a resident and made the very large group individual. I've always found the care staff professional and welcoming. This session demonstrated the quality of the therapeutic activities.

The care home, stepped in at the last minute to support my mum.
Mum liked the food, especially the puddings, she liked the homely feel of the room.
Mum said all the staff could not do enough for her.
Mum said the nursing team and carers all supported her needs.
A special thanks to the management
team for supporting her stay.
Mum had her hair cut, nails checked by the in house chiropodist and her daily paper.

We have been very pleased with the care given to our mother. The staff are so attentive and and warm. The home is a hive of activity it is also as amazingly attractive building with gardens and terraces. Just feel the right place for mum.

I came last year for a short visit whilst my family were travelling abroad and so was familiar with the care home, recently, as we agreed it was the right time for me to need permanent care I was very happy to return. I have now completed my first week and can honestly say it is the right decision everyone,
all staff and carers have been so welcoming and lovely and helpful already, I know I am going to be very happy.

My sister has been a resident of Westbourne Tower for 2 1/2 years. She has been suffering from dementia this entire period. In the beginning, the attention and affection she received from the care home nurses were brilliant. Now that she is entering the last chapter, the care she has received has been

Very friendly and welcoming home staff cannot do enough for my grandma. Very clean and snack, tea and coffee available. Grandma has a good variety of food to eat. I love coming to visit grandma as its a lovely place to be. Highly recommended to anyone seeing a home for a family member.

My father needed respite care to recover from a fall and being my mother's carer it was great that she could join him and stay in the same room during my father's rehabilitation. The staff are very caring and thoughtful, they have managed to get my father mobile, feeding and washing himself so that
he can return home and maintain some independence. The cleanliness and attention to detail as well as the administration is excellent, a member of staff offered me so much support helping to get my father discharged from hospital and settling my mother in. The food and meal service is like a hotel, with lots of choice and options to suit the individual. The exercise classes have challenged my parents and the gardens are beautiful to sit in and enjoy. I highly recommend Tower care home.
