Dear Susanna, Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased that we were able to meet the resident's expectations, given a poor experience at another home. Your close friend settled in very quickly and became actively involved in the home's day-to-day routines, events and activities. Although only here for a short stay, the team do still miss the resident. Although not at Ascot Grange for long, your mother quickly built close relationships with many of the team and she was very popular.
