Overall Experience

Mum has been here over 2 years and we can only say that all staff ie office - nursing - cleaning - laundry - entertainment and catering have all been excellent with their care and their friendliness - the staff hold lots of activities as well

Overall Experience

My mother has been in Elvy Court for 5.5 years now and during all this time she has been so well looked after. She became a resident due to losing her sight and it became impossible for her to stay at home. She has now deteriorated and is bed bound but the care she receives is second to none. The

staff are amazing and really care, the food is cooked on site and she really enjoys it. She is now fed by a member of staff and they are so considerate when dealing with all her needs. I can visit any time and all the staff are so pleasant and caring. They have various activities going on on a regular basis and all the residents families are invited. They had a family day recently and although the weather was awful they held it inside and a fun time was held by everyone and a great deal of thought was put into the organisation of the event. Many homes could take an example from Elvy Court as they really care about their residents and offer a first class service for families.

Overall Experience

My father and the whole family received such a warm friendly welcome that we immediately felt at ease and knew we had made the right choice. The care staff and all the managers are knowledgeable & professional and couldn't do enough for Dad. The care is certainly centered to the individual resident.

The food and the dining areas area of a very high standard as are all rooms in the home. Very happy to recommend Springwood Corner.

Overall Experience

My sister-in-law lived at Rivermere for nine months until June of this year. Family and friends were all very impressed at how welcoming and friendly the Home felt when we visited. A lot of thought had gone into the decor, the bedrooms and lounges felt homely, and there was a good variety of activities

for residents to enjoy. We also noticed how kind, caring and patient staff were with all the residents. The Manager of the Meadow Floor and her staff were always very approachable and generous with their time when we had questions about how to respond to my sister-in-law's needs. We were therefore very sad when we had to move my sister-in-law to a nursing home because her dementia had deteriorated further. However, Rivermere's staff were helpful and supportive during this process.

Overall Experience

From the moment of my original contact with Client Liaison Manager prior to the completion of the care home to the present time all of the staff looking after my sister-in-law have been helpful, courteous and caring for her. Since moving in she has joined in with activities and seems to be thoroughly

enjoying herself in her new environment. Due to the assistance of the staff she is settling in really well following a bereavement and it is nice to see a smile back on her face. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Care Home to anyone. In fact both myself and my wife have said that it would be a nice place to be cared for when we are unable to care for ourselves.

Overall Experience

My sister-in-law moved in on 17th June, the first resident. Obviously a strange experience and a lot to take in and adjust to. She has dealt with it extremely well. Most of the credit for this can only be due to the staff. They have been most welcoming, caring and supportive. We have been very

concerned about her but no longer. She is in a safe, cosy and comfortable place. We have enjoyed being part of the Springwood family.
I have submitted high ratings based on little experience but, up to now, have found nothing to fault.

As a family we have been looking to move my Nan over to be nearer us from Essex. I can't even express how much of a life changer it has been for us now she is a resident of Springcorner care home. We knew straight away as soon as we walked in - this is the place she needed to be. Every single member

of the workforce are amazing . As a family we can now rest with peace of mind that our Nan is taken care of - well spoilt to be honest really . We can't thank you enough.

Overall Experience

My mother moved into Springwood Corner Care Home at the end of June and we have all been extremely impressed with the quality of the build, the decor and gardens are stunning with rooms spacious and well equiped including a full on wet room. Clothing is labled and laundered and the food is to the standard

of a high class commercial restaurant. Familly are welcome too, including pets and can only say that the whole environment is homely and supportive and we are looking forward to enjoying my mums forthcoming life journey in such superb surroundings.

Overall Experience

My mother was a resident at Elvy Court for 3 weeks' respite following a fall at home. My mother and her 3 daughters were very happy with the care she received. The staff were attentive and kind and went out of their way to make my mother's stay as pleasant as possible. I am a retired district nurse

and would definitely recommend Elvy Court for 24-hour care.

Overall Experience

Our relative is happy in the home. She enjoys the food and the staff are good at feeding her. A couple of times we have been disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. On one occasion we asked a member of staff to arrange for the carpet to be hoovered and the tables to be wiped. We were disappointed

that the video meeting with KCC was held in the room with the resident present. The nurse attending the meeting did not seem fully aware of the needs of the resident. We had to correct these points. The staff generally are very kind, friendly and helpful.

Overall Experience

Mum fell at Christmas and was admitted to Elvy Court after 3 weeks in hospital. Having never gone through this process before, we visited the home and found the staff extremely helpful and they answered all our questions during our visit and put our minds at ease.
Expecting her stay to be of short

duration, the fact that she is still with us 4 months later is in part due to the very good care and attention she has received from the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and any minor issues that have arisen, have all been dealt with immediately.
The staff are always available so any worries or concerns can be discussed and quickly resolved.

Edenbridge Manor is a lovely, welcoming care home. We visit a friend there every week. Our friend is well looked after, has the companionship of the other residents and enjoys taking part in the many activities organised on a daily basis.The staff are very friendly and caring and greet us as regular

visitors. Our friend recently had a birthday and the home arranged a marvellous afternoon tea party for us and provided a super birthday cake. The home is very clean and is maintained to a hotel standard. Our friend appreciates her comfortable private en-suite room which is large enough to entertain occasional guests. Thank you very much.

Mum loved it here, she was more a live and happy than she has been in a very long time. She was smiley and her eyes were alive. The staff were all lovely, helpful and got mum washed dressed and her nails cut when all other care services couldn't. The whole experience was amazing for mum and all the

family and mum can't wait to come back. She also loved the food - which there was plenty pf - shes not eaten so well and also went out and did activities for the 1st time in years.
