Dad spent 5 very happy months here. He thrived on the easy and relaxed atmosphere and social interaction, and loved all the staff (clearly had his favourites, though!). The facilities are superb - it's great to be able to enjoy a coffee together in the cafe, or a meal in the restaurant. The whole team
were easy to interact with throughout - thoughtful, caring and patient, even through difficult times. It comforted the family greatly to know that Dad was so comfortable and happy here.

Putting Mum into a care home was not an easy decision to make but from the very first day we knew it was the right one. Due to the kindness, respect and attentiveness shown to Mum by all staff members she settled in very quickly. The atmosphere at the home is extremely welcoming and offers a range of
fun and engaging activities. Communication with the family is good and I now have peace of mind that Mum is in a safe and nurturing environment. I should leave the last few words to Mum who said "Everyone here is so kind to me, they are always smiling and can't do enough for you".

My mother's care at Cliveden Manor Care Home has been excellent throughout, for which her recovery benefited greatly. Everyone involved in her stay- from carers through to management - made her feel welcome and truly cared for. The setting was beautiful, and my mother enjoyed taking in the scenery as
part of her daily routine.

I moved here in February 2024 and it feels like my home. It is very friendly, the staff are very caring and appreciateive of what I can do. All the staff are always there if I need help, and they help me preserve my independance. I enjoy and benefit from the social rooms here, the restaurant, and the
games. I have made new friends and acquaintences which makes getting older easier.

My mother arrived at Cliveden with very short notice. She came straight from hospital after surgery at the age of 101 and she was treated with great kindness and dignity. She was assessed and all her many needs were met without fuss.
The administrative staff were very friendly and obliging which made
everything easier for us as a family.
The atmosphere was relaxed and grandchildren and greatgrandchildren were able to visit.
Despite lack of mobility hairdressing and mancure/pedicure were provided.
Parking and visiting presented no problems and we could always get a coffee.

My friend has been living in Cliveden Manor for a year. He gets fantastic care by the committed staff. It seems to me that everyone, staff and residents alike are happy to be there. I often take our old dog along and she is welcomed and has to spend time navigating the lounge, being greeted by all.
Now when we arrive her tail starts wagging and doesn't stop till she leaves.
During this month, my friend moved rooms. Staff carried out the offer process, agreeing the move and executing it so well. My friend is happy in his new place.

My godmother moved to Cliveden Manor when her previous care home closed down. Even though she has a degenerative condition, her mental faculties appeared to improve after the move, which I attribute to the excellent care she has received. She is in The Willows, which looks after residents with dementia.
There are multiple activities every day, entertainers performing and frequent trips. The residents go on boat trips from Marlow, are taken to Kew Gardens and even go ice-skating. Wheelchairs on the ice! I believe these many stimulating activities are greatly beneficial in maintaining cognitive function and engagement with one's surroundings.
The medical care is managed well through a local GP, with relatives being invited to an annual medication review.
The staff are warm and caring, showing a real affection for the resident and impressive attention to detail. I have recommended Cliveden Manor to friends, as it is the best care home I have visited.

In December 2024, I contracted Cliveden Manor Care Home to see if they could offer respite care to my father who had been taken ill abroad. The team worked closely with me as my father was repatriated. They went out of their way to ensure that he was successfully transferred to Cliveden Manor on Christmas

Mum had been to visit the home a few times before becoming a resident and it was a good opportunity for her and I to get to know the staff and home. Her move was unexpectedly from hospital so the familiarity helped her settle in. The staff are very caring and meet Mum's needs, allowing her to take her
time and do things at her own pace. I feel she is relaxed and safe.

The experience of initially visiting Beaconsfield Heights Care Home and then the rather challenging "moving in" day for my mother was made significantly better by the kindness of the team at the home.
Through her first six months, I have been impressed by how smoothly things operate and how she has
settled in and seems much more relaxed.
The multitude of different activities is a definite highlight.
The security of the dementia floor is also a great weight off my mind, in terms of her safety.

I have found the care home very welcoming, efficient, caring and the environment very friendly and comfortable. When I have raised any queries on behalf of my sister, while she was staying for 2 weeks respite care, they were dealt with efficiently and quickly. My sister and I have now decided that she
will stay permanently as a resident. They have made her so welcome, responded promptly to care needs and the client liaison manager has been particularly kind, understanding and has gone the extra mile to make sure my sisters care and comfort is a priority.

My mother lived at Cliveden Manor Care Home from February 2023 until she passed away in September of 2024. I want to take the opportunity to thank all the wonderful staff at Cliveden Manor for the excellent care given to my mother over the last 20 months and especially during the last 3 months. Although
she strongly resisted going into Cliveden and was very angry with me for 'locking her up', she genuinely came to love living there and calling it home. I think the reason she loved it so much was the exceptional level of care she received. I know she felt a great deal of affection for all of her caregivers and the nursing staff. The team there is really outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. We should all be so lucky as to live in a place like Cliveden Manor for our final years! Since I live in the US, it was a great comfort to me to know that my mother was loved and taken care of. The lovely staff felt like family to me and mum.
