My husband has now been a resident for nearly 6 months. The care and attention he has received has been exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble, no matter how busy the staff are. They are without exception kind, thoughtful and hard working. They have become great friends and very much part of the family.
Overall exceptional care. Thank you.

Really didn't need to worry about mum going in for nursing care as she was fantastically well cared for by Red, Mary and their fabulous staff on Kensington. Mum felt very well looked after and extremely safe which put us all at ease.

Dad was in for respite for four weeks and subsequently decided to move in permanently. His apartment is spacious, clean and warm, and I personally have had nothing but positive interactions with everyone who works there. They do a great job, managing sometimes difficult situations and most importantly,
he is happy there and we know he is in a safe environment.
Reply from Diana Boffin, Client Liaison Manager at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home - Avery CollectionThank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. Let's begin: It's not home!
However you have managed to create an acceptable substitute. The home is comforable, welcoming. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Obviously depending on which room you have but mine was much more spacious & comfortable than I expected.

My parents have both lived here for more than a year, mum in memory care and dad in assisted living. We initially chose Beaconsfield Heights based on the vibe on our first visit - everyone there is very friendly and welcoming and we are very happy we chose this home for our parents.
The staff have
treated mum and dad with great compassion and kindness, and have helped them spend quality time together and to maintain their relationship as they each progress through their dementia journey at a different speed and in a different way. It really has been wonderful to see mum and dad so well cared for.
Reply from Diana Boffin, Client Liaison Manager at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home - Avery CollectionThank you for the wonderful review. It has been our pleasure to look after your mum and dad and to support the family over the last few years. All our staff work hard to ensure a high level of care is given to our residents and it's lovely to see that acknowledged. We will ensure the kind comments are passed onto the team.

Mum has spent the last three months at Beaconsfield heights after my brother sister and me realised we could no longer look after mum at home. I was extremely sceptical having little experience of care homes. How wrong was I. I really could not believe the high standards here. The accommodation
was spotlessly clean, spacious and luxurious. The catering has variety and compares to the best restaurants. The entertainment is excellent and there is something planned twice a day. By far the best aspect of the home is the care. The staff are angels, nothing is too much trouble. Despite mum's frailty she could still manage a slow shuffle with a frame. Although it would have been so much easier for the staff to keep her in a wheelchair they persisted with the frame so mum had a little exercise. During one visit I saw a carer notice that one of the guest's hair was a little untidy. She reappeared a couple of minutes later with a hairbrush and tenderly brushed the hair back into shape

It was not an easy decision to move my mum to a care home but from the very first contact with Cliveden Manor, we felt supported and knew that this was the right place for mum. Louise, the manager, made the whole process stress-free and all the other staff have been wonderful in welcoming my mum and
settling her in.
The newly refurbished room has everything she needs and is beautifully decorated and we have been able to include as many personal possessions as mum wanted and it feels like her own home.
The staff are friendly and caring and the atmosphere in the home is relaxed and warm.
The facilities are great with lots of activities which we hope mum will engage with in time and the food is excellent.
We know mum will be well looked after and safe.
Reply from Karen Holmes, Home Manager at Cliveden Manor Care Home - Avery CollectionDear Jim,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly understand how difficult the decision can be to move a loved one into a care home, and we are deeply touched that you felt supported from the very first contact.

It is wonderful to hear that Louise and the team were able to make the transition as smooth and stress free as possible for you and your mum. Creating a warm, welcoming, and homely environment is at the heart of what we do, so we're especially pleased that your mum's room feels personal and comfortable.

Your kind words about our staff, atmosphere, facilities, and food mean a great deal to us. We are committed to ensuring that every resident feels safe, cared for, and encouraged to enjoy the activities and community around them at their own pace.

Thank you again for your trust and confidence in us. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is ever anything more we can do to support you or your mum.

I had six weeks convalescence at Cliveden Manor following a lengthy stay in hospital. On the first day everyone knew my name and I felt very welcome. Throughout my stay everyone was very kind and friendly. I was able to change rooms to make it easier for me to walk to the dining room. The food was always
very good and help was always at hand to assist me. I needed physiothereapy and this was immediately available and really helped with my recovery. Although I was pleased to return home, I was very sad to leave but still feel part of the family with monthly visits.
Reply from Karen Holmes, Home Manager at Cliveden Manor Care Home - Avery CollectionThank you so much for taking the time to share your experience following your stay at Cliveden Manor. It truly means a great deal to us to hear how welcomed and supported you felt from your very first day.
We are delighted that our team was able to make your stay comfortable and accommodating, particularly in helping you find a room better suited to your needs and ensuring you had easy access to the dining room. It's also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the food and felt well supported throughout your recovery.
Your kind words about the physiotherapy services are especially appreciated. Supporting our residents' recovery and wellbeing is at the heart of what we do, and we're so pleased this made a positive difference for you.
While we're glad you're now home, it's lovely to hear that you still feel part of the Cliveden Manor family.
Wishing you continued health and happiness.

Fromthe warm welcome on our arrival, right through to our leaving to go home, the staff were briliant, they could not have done more.
Make visually impaired residents aware at the beginning of the day, about the range of things/activities available in the day.
Improvements could be made catering
for those with poor or no visual abilities. Most activities could not be undertaken by visually impaired residents.
Food - The actual served food fell short of the menu description! A bit 'over-sold'.
Reply from Louise Palmer, Client Liaison Manager at Cliveden Manor Care Home - Avery CollectionThank you very much indeed for your review to us here at Cliveden Manor. I am delighted that you and your relative had a very positive experience and a warm welcome from all the team which was felt throughout the two week respite stay. Our Well Being Team do offer an extensive choice of activities throughout the day and into the evening which are enjoyed by most of the residents. However I do take on board your comments regarding activities for the visually impaired and this is something that we will be considering for the future. I do hope to welcome you both back to Cliveden Manor at some point in the future.
