My mum is super well looked after and for this I will always be grateful. A huge Thank You to all the wonderful people who go above and beyond caring for the residents with dignity, kindness and smiles.

My Mama has been in the same premises since 2018 .. many management changes but care and concern continued to be excellent throughout. She is safe, wonderfully cared for and loved by all the superb carers ..we as a family are most grateful

I can't speak highly enough of the level of care, facilities and activities at Esher Manor. My 93 year old mother has quickly settled in and is happy which gives me great peace of mind. The care team and all support staff were fantastic in helping her settle into her new home.

My sister moved into the Esher Manor in February 2026 and stayed for five months until moving back into her home. We had looked at numerous care homes and I can say that Esher Manor stands out for its lovely presentation, friendly atmosphere, excellent facilities, comfortable spacious rooms and delightful dining areas. The food is excellent too with good vegetarian options. There are a lot of interesting activities of all kinds on offer for those that enjoy them. My sister preferred her own company most of the time and that was respected too. Most importantly, all the staff are so caring and friendly, always greeting residents by name and with a cheerful smile. Communication is unfailingly quick by phone or by email and medication and health monitored very carefully. Thank you Esher Manor.

My dad, who is 100, had been living with us for several months but due to the ill health of my husband and the fraility of my dad we had to make the difficult decision to move my dad into care. I have looked at several care homes but this one stood out.

The care home have been so welcoming and caring. My dad is well looked after they respond to his needs without question. They also keep me updated regarding any concerns they or the doctor have about him.

When I visit they ask how I am and how my husband is. I feel so comfortable with the way they are and what they do.

I have absolutely no concerns about this care home and know we made the right decision by placing my dad in their capable hands.

Every member of staff that I have met is incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. The home is beautifully furnished and is spotless. There is an excellent social and wellbeing programme that is full of variety.

My dad who is now 100 is unable to live at home. This has been a difficult transition for the family. The care home staff could not have been any kinder and welcoming. He has become particularly frail and currently has an injured back. The staff have been extremely responsive to his needs to make him as comfortable as possible. The quality of care is excellent. His room is immaculate and so is the rest of the care home. They have a very warm and inviting dining area. The care home has taken many steps to make it feel like home. They have table clothes on each table during meals, which is a very nice touch. There is a garden area in the rear of the home as well as a nice lounge and sun room. Staff are ready to greet visitors when you arrive and are extremely welcoming. I live in another country and after spending 10 days visiting daily I feel very comfortable about returning home. The staff from top to bottom are fantastic and this is key.

It has a happy atmosphere and everyone looks well cared for.

The place is very respectful to all the residents be them long or short term. All the staff are very friendly and professional. My mum has been there now for just over 3 months and is enjoying the place very much. She is a lot more active and gets on very well with all the staff and is also making friends with the other residents. The home is set in a nice area with a little walk to some shops.

My mother's assessment, welcome and settling-in have been very reassuring processes, with staff in all areas happy to help. The atmosphere in the home has always felt positive during visits, with plenty of activities going on, but also opportunities for the residents to socialise in a relaxed way whenever they wish. My mother, living with a degree of dementia, is more at ease in her new surroundings than she used to be in her own flat in sheltered accommodation, and says she is eating more healthily and generally feeling better.

Since my mother arrived at the Guildford House all aspects of care have been excellent. Carers and staff have done their best to make my mother feel at home and are always friendly and helpful. Care is proactive but management and nursing staff are very accessible if needed.

My lovely Mum has been under the wonderful care of Greensands since starting with respite and then full time from August 2024. The staff are just wonderful and are like my own family now, we do not live locally and absolutely nothing is too much too ask. I highly recommend any families thinking about their loved one staying at Greensands to not hesitate in making this decision.

After the anguish of our mother living alone with dementia the transition to a protected caring environment was heart-warming. An immediate improvement in physical health and a engaging social program has provided a sense of purpose and interaction. A recent tennis event visit provided a cherished experience. The staff are a key ingredient highly spoke of by my mother and often hugged for their caring in what they provide. As next of Kin communication has been excellent ranging from their social programmes to individual care requirements and occurrences. From the professional induction a year ago to the ongoing care and attention a heartfelt thankyou.

My Mum was a resident at Greensand for 20 months, until she passed away. It was the happiest I've ever seen her... she didn't have a good life with my father. At Greensand, nothing was ever too much trouble, not that Mum was very demanding anyway. She was constantly asked for her opinion on various things, menu items, activities, gardening. She frequently knew the answer to a wide variety of things, she felt loved by all the care team and she loved them too. They even visited her in hospital, even bringing her a birthday cake! I miss coming to Greensand and still attend some of their community activities. Highly recommended
