I spent 2 weeks respite care at Bagshot Gardens following knee surgery. I was treated with great care & attention during my stay by all staff I come into contact with. Everyone was friendly & helpful throughout the home.

It gives me great peace of mind that mum and dad are being so well looked after

Mum moved into Camberley Heights from hospital after a number of falls and 18 months of home care. The moment we went in to visit is just felt right. We chose a one room apartment so she would have separate living and sleeping space. When she arrived she said 'what a lovely flat'! The staff from management, care, nursing and hospitality are all friendly and approachable. Taking relatives in they all say it feels like a 4* inclusive hotel! In some ways it is a shame she didn't move earlier because there are so many activities to engage in, but at 96 she tires too quickly! I said to my son, if I need a care home I want one like this!

Cannot fault Parklands Manor Chertsey in any way. My husband was always treated as an individual and not just a number. He needs medical attention on a regular basis which was always managed with great care. (catheter care + leg dressings). He was always addressed by his name as was I when visiting. It was also thought that there was a slight improvement in his behaviour and mood when he came home after respite care. It is a very happy environment.

My Dad booked in for 2 weeks' respite following a full knee replacement. Bagshot Gardens felt very welcoming and comfortable from our first visit. Dad's room was very well equipped, comfortable and handy for the dining room and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Although not able to use all the facilities, there was so much on offer and the food was varied and tasty. Dad is already back to walking with a walking stick and his recovery is going well. Thank you to all of you for looking after and helping him during his respite stay.

overall very pleased with the care that my father has received at Camberley Heights. The carers and nursing team are great and i feel he is in good hands. We were really sold on the home because of the living space he has, including a bedroom, lounger area and small kitchenette. Perfect for what he needed and not cooped up in a bedroom. Activities are fine and the activities team try really hard to involve the residents which is good.

Food is good, lots of activities for the guests, and overall the staff are excellent, from reception to the cleaners, carers, maintenance, kitchen workers, nursing, everyone at all levels. This is the 4th or 5th time my mother has stayed for respite (between 4-10 weeks each time). I would have no hesitation in recommending this place and expect to have her back for another stint when required.

My Dad moved into Bagshot Gardens in July 26 the home very quickly accomodated his move as he had to move sooner than we expected. The move went really smoothly with Jo and the nurses liaising with us and the hospital which made the process go really smoothly. He has settled in well and any worries that we have flagged up have been quickly dealt with. Although he initially expressed worries about going into a home he settled in quickly. He loves the food and very much enjoys meal times and has been put on a table with other gentlemen who he gets on well with. He is socialising far more than we thought he would do and prefers to be in the lounge or the kitchen area when activities are going on than being in his room even though he has Sky TV and can watch football in his room. He has particulary enjoyed the bus trips too the staff are friendly from the carers & nursing team to the cleaners & the receptionists . He has been quickly seen by the local GP when he has had health issues

My wife and I have been residents at Silvermere for two years. The care and support especially for my wife is unparalleled and I cannot praise or thank all the staff enough for all they do. The Management is very hands on involved, practical and always available for any issues, support or just a chat. The Activities team are always working hard to provide interest and always seeking fresh ideas to ensure we maintain being active in both mind and body. An outstanding Care Home

My accommodation is excellent. The staff are kind & helpful. The food is very good. I really enjoy living here.

Exceedingly glad we chose this home for mum.

Mum had been here for nearly 3 years and has been very happy. She is comfortable, the staff ratios are very good and all the staff are friendly and approachable and care well for the residents. The home is very clean and maintained to a high standard. Food and activities are provided to a very high standard

Initially mum made use of all the activities; cinema, flower arranging, had her nails painted (for the first time ever!) and loved the food. As she slowly declined the nursing staff took over her care. They shared information constantly and I was still involved in decision making. They were great with me, as well as my mum!

My mum was well looked after at Bagshot Gardens, for her fortnight of post-op recovery. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were nice, including a lovely modern and well equipped room for mum to stay in. Thank you team - good job!

Although my mum was only in Chertsey Parklands Manor care home for a few months until she passed away in July, I found everybody so lovely and helpful. If I had any concerns about my mum it was always sorted straight away. Staff were always encouraging and her room was beautiful and well kept. My mum's final days in the care were dealt with in a compassionate and professional manner and the nurses were wonderful. Thank you so much.

Very pleased with the care and facilities. But very expensive

Outstanding service from our inital enquiry to dad's departure after two months convalescent care. All the staff are kind, polite, caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. Great facilities - cafe for visitors and lovely dining room. We particularly liked Dad's room which had a separate living area; we chose this so that he didn't feel cooped up in his bedroom. Good variety of daily activities but no pressure to take part. Great menu and the food is excellent.

Our mother has been resident at Moorlands Lodge for just over two years. It is a well managed nursing home and you are immediately welcomed as soon as you step into the building. It is very open too - places to sit and have a coffee/tea and lots of residents in evidence - in the living room, activity room or simply sitting reading the paper. Mum is very well cared for. The staff are friendly and caring and go the extra mile in many different ways. There is a wide range of activities for residents which they can participate in should they choose. Also there are occasional trips out.
