Mum seems really happy and settled at the home. She has dementia and is on the top floor. I feel confident that she is safe and well looked after. The staff are always lovely and friendly to chat to when I'm there, but more importantly- they are always lovely and kind and patient when I see them interacting
with the other residents. The range of activities seems great and although sadly my mum can't talk and tell me what she gets up to, I often see updates on the social media page with pictures of her and others smiling and engaging in lots of things.
The home is kept so clean and beautifully decorated. Putting a loved one into care is such a hard thing to go through, but Chorleywood Manor has been a great choice for my mum.

Mum has settled into the home very well and loves it. She has received excellent care from the staff who are very kind to her and all her needs are taken care of. The food is also excellent. Putting mum in Elstree View was the best decision.

My grandmother was in Elton House for a few months after coming out of hospital. The care was brilliant, with all the staff being very attentive and caring. The entertainment options were brilliant, as was the accommodation. We felt that whilst there, my grandmother was safe and well looked after.

This care home is exceptional. The official rating is frankly ridiculous and not worth the paper it's written on (my understanding for something very minor in the scheme of things - an issue with an oxygen tank or something which was not in their control). It's a total insult to the staff who are absolutely
wonderful in every way. They organise a wide range of activities for the residents and my father, while failing mentally and physically, is incredibly well looked after. It is a great comfort to my sister and I that he's in a place where he is comfortable and stimulated despite the great limitations of his dementia. Thank you Chorleywood Manor Care Home!!

Acacia was very welcoming from the moment we walked in; they were happy to answer all questions with no pressure.
Staff are very warm and friendly and always smiling. Mum seems very happy, which is the most important thing.

My mum was recently moved into Acacia Mews and so far we are all delighted!
The staff are all wonderful and have really taken time to get to know mum and help her settle in.

From the first moment we met all of the staff at Acacia Mews, it has been a real pleasure. My mother-in-law came and stayed for a few weeks for respite care. The home is warm and friendly, with beautiful rooms and a real home from home feeling. The care and support for my mother-in-law and for us as

My cousin Carol has been a resident at Elstree View since April 2024.
The care and attention she has received has been of the highest order, and she is relaxed and comfortable.
She is suffering with dementia and the staff care and help her on certain difficult days, and I can only praise and thank

My stepmother moved into Elstreeview March 2022 having spent 5 weeks in respite the year before. All the staff were wonderful in initially getting her to settle in and after over 3 years she is happy, content and considers Elstreeview her home.
As I live abroad and she doesn't have any close family
I know that I can be confident she is always well cared for with kindness, I'm regularly updated and I feel lucky to have found Elstreeview for her
I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention she has been given over the years, all the staff are kind, friendly and caring.
