Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I apologise that your mum had to wait for the toilet to be broken. Unfortunately, they have an unusual flush panel which we have to order. We will endeavour to ensure we have a spare on site so that toilets can be fixed properly. We will also ensure we have more fans available. We are pleased to hear that overall your mum enjoyed her stay, she is always welcome should she require another respite stay.
